Hi folks! So, it only took my 5'10" 210 body a few nights to know I had finally landed in Purple mattress heaven. But, the 5'3' 135-lb wife wanted to take all 100-nights before she would let me send us our 100% satisfied review. 120-days later, we're thrilled to report that we're both getting the deep, cool, motion (her) and pressure (me) free sleep we've been chasing for nearly 20-years of dreaming together. That counts foam-topped spring and full memory foam mattresses, soft, stiff and otherwise. We love both the purchase and the great service, shipping an follow up we've gotten from you all. I love my bed now. I love to go to sleep in my bed. I love to pull the covers over my head and hit the snooze button a few times (not because I'm tired, but because I'm just too comfy to move). I love to read in my bed. I love to curl up with my pillows and pretend work was just a nightmare in my bed. I love everything about this bed. Actually, buyer beware: you may find yourself inviting friends to come over and hang out in your bed instead of going to the movies. I never find chewing gum on the bottom and there is never some little brat kicking it either. I bet if there WAS some little brat kicking my mattress though, I wouldn't feel it. No motion transfer. Gah, purple mattress, will you marry me?

It's an ok mattress, I did sleep better; however the improvement in comfort was not as good as I expected from their wonder and colorful ads. The edges are soft, so not very good for sitting on them. It is very heavy, which is not necessarily bad, just something to note.

We purchased the bed and knew the first night it wasn't for us. It caused back pain and nights were I slept an hour or so at a time. It was so soft, i felt myself sink into it and almost through it. We bought the base and it had some really hard hooks. The bed was good for side sleepers but just not for me. The people who say it is firm must be talking about a different bed. Spouse snd i are 175 and 165 lbs and both 6 ft tall. The customer service people were nice about it and took it back.

Great experience with Purple mattress and the platform base. Delivery was super speedy, assembly was quick and seamless, and it is so comfortable. I joke with my friends that I haven't known what a comfortable bed was until getting this mattress. It's a great balance of comfy and supportive. Very, very satisfied with my purchase!

My wife and I were sleeping very poorly on our previous mattress. Now we don't overheat as much, our bodies aren't as sore, and we fall asleep faster. We sleep so much better that our dreams are so much more vivid. So that's why we say it's a gateway to Narnia.

A little disappointed with my purchase. I wish I would have done better reasearch before purchasing. This is a very firm mattress, very! I've had this mattress for almost a month now and I've slept horrible every night. I'm used to more of a pillow top feel, something I can really sink into. This is not that kind of mattress. But I have no one to blame but myself for my lack of research.

Before me and my husband purchased this mattress my husband would barely sleep because he has back problems from getting thrown against rocks in the ocean as a child, but this bed cradles you so gently he is finally able to sleep and that is wonderful so 5 outta 5 everyone needs this mattress its that good.

I am extremely displeased with the new day mattress and the service to which I have to pay for the mistake of a purple employee that ultimately caused me not to be able to afford to switch the mattress that would be suitable and because I had to deal with multiple people telling me different things and ultimately I still do not have a cal king or a softer mattress and am STUCK with the king new day that doesn't even fit in my bed frame I'm over this company and if I can't get anything resolved with my next call they can come get all of it this experience has been by far one the worst customer service experiences ihave ever had If you have employees telling people one thing and call back get a supervisor on the phone and guess what she had no clue about anything and said that employee was confused well make it right ....nope well now it's goin on 2 mo and I still stuck with a crappy situation

I have come to LOVE my purple mattress. I appreciated how transparent the company was about the initial adjustment period with the bed. I slept like crap the first night, but improved each night thereafter. If you are a new customer, give the mattress a couple weeks to get used to and I promise you will end up getting the best sleep of your life!
