First I want to say customer service is amazing as for the mattress it self we have a king size and its great for the first week maybe then after that its all down hill. We have had to make a warranty claim twice now because the mattress does not return to its original shape. We honestly dont spend much time in bed maybe 4 to 6 hours a night because of a busy life and even at that short time it forms dents. I havent really noticed any less back pain or stiffness in the morning either. Id like to try another brand since they have so many others out there and I probably will in the near future but for now I believe we have a 10 year warranty so ill just keep grtting a new mattress if it keeps happening.

It's been one month and I'm still trying to get used to this different technology. I can absolutely verify that I no longer have lower back pain in the morning! The problem is my arms get numb sleeping on my sides. It was bad in beginning so I put a topper on but again with lower back pain so had to remove.

I bought this on a black Friday whim, but I did need a mattress. I was sold on the durable, temperature inert, "space-age" material. Before arrival I perused Consumer Reports on the mattress. They gave it great marks for durability and back sleeping, but a little pricy. I was a little concerned because it did not score well on side-sleeping. To be fair, only three of the fifty or so mattresses scored well for side sleepers. Thankfully, I find myself disagreeing with Consumer Reports. I'll admit that lying on my back on this bed is a little more comfortable, but on my side is fine too. The support I find excellent. It's just like the commercial says. It cradles your outlying points and supports the rest. I'm not even using bedsprings. Thank you.

We've had our Purple for about 2 months now. My wife LOVES it. Especially since we are coming from a 20 year old box spring mattress. Personally, I like it, and it's comfortable, but it is not the panacea that all mattress manufacturers want you to think their mattress is. It seems to have helped a bit with some of my lower back problems, but it certainly hasn't fixed them all.

Purple, I waited the duration of the trial period to do this review. In short, the best investment I've made yet. I love everything from purple. I was happy with my Matress from day one. I have purchased both the Royal & Ultimate Purple seat cushions, the back support, and the Purple Pillow.. and I love them all. I was never aware that my entire life, I've had swollen feet, I always thought that my feet were just shaped like that. It wasn't until Purple, that my feet actually SHRUNK and stopped aching like they usually did. I was amazed, I still am. AND THAT'S JUST THE START. I literally wake up feeling amazing every day! I used to always be in pain because I'm a driver and I work long hours, so I'd have to crack my back and re-set it, go to chiropractors and get massages. None of that ever really helped. I'm so glad I found you purple. I tell everybody about this company and their product and how you've all changed my life. I could go on about how messed up my feet were. I had sores, blisters, dead skin, and they were of course swollen. Now I know it was because of poor circulation! Because it's all gone now!! Thank you so much Purple. I'm writing this as I sleep on the floor, because I'm exchanging the original purple for the NEW PURPLE mattress and the guys just picked up the old one. I'm beyond excited to get to sleep on that baby. It's a bittersweet moment, but I know it'll be worth the wait. Can't thank purple enough. Now if only there was a way to make Purple Shoe Inserts that would change the game

My husband and I are loving our Purple mattress! We were prepared for a few rough nights after reading reviews, but night one was a dream! I woke up without back pain for the first time in years, and have been feeling great ever since! As far as firmness, we could probably deal with it being a bit softer, but it is definitely supportive! We've read that heavier people experience a softer Purple, and lighter weight individuals experience a firmer Purple. We are average size, but in my husband's words, "we can't afford to loose any weight or the bed would be too firm!" Overall, very satisfied with our Purple dream boat!

The mattress stays very cool. It threw me off for the first couple nights bc you can feel the mattress beneath you. It's a solid piece, but you can still feel the "ribs/grooves" under you. It is completely different from a solid mattress we all have slept on for our entire lives. Other than that - very comfy and wake up refreshed :)

I was very excited to have purchased Purple and expectant to try it out. After 5 weeks of my order it finally arrived. I measure my sleep patterns with technology. Immediately I saw my sleeping scores drastically drop. I was averaging 87-90 and since I have Purple I've dropped to 73-76 daily. Mattress hurts my back. I'm a back sleeper and have sleep apnea. I'm returning when my 21 nights are done. I tried returning it before but Purple forces you to sleep on it for 21 days. Can't wait until the 21 days are done.

We had a good, firm mattress before, but when I became pregnant my hips and back were hurting every morning. We decided to try out the Purple mattress on the recommendation of a friend, and my hip and back pain dissipated overnight! It's soft yet supportive in all the right places. Plus we love the free sheets that came with it.

I had bought all purple products in past 20 days . My sheet feels great but it's not sturdy at all after 5 days it start to fall a part , I called customer service they told me I have to wait for few days to get an e mail ,then I have to go to post office and pay for the shipping and I probably get my money after two to three weeks. I wish I could upload the picture in this page to show it to everyone how defect my sheet is.
