I have slept on this mattress for a month now and for the first time in my adult life (I am turning 50 this upcoming weekend) I actually want to go to bed and my husband and I are also happy to say that this mattress "allows" us to have relations like never before! No awkward dip, no weird bouncing. Love it !

While the mattress is working out just fine and has a return policy of free shipping back to the manufacturer, anything else you order does not. I ordered the extra frame not knowing if my bed frame would work or not. As it turns out my bed frame worked fine. That's when I found out that the return policy does not extend to anything else you purchase. And the cost of returning it fell on me. As it stands the product I want to return only cost $180 but the return shipping is going to be anywhere from $80 to $90 depending on the courier. So needless to say I'm a little disappointed with that. It doesn't profit me to return it if I have to pay almost half in return shipping charges. It would be nice if those policies were made clear up front.

I am very happy with my purple mattress. I am a heavy girl with a lighter husband and while he likes firm beds, I need a little give because of some hip pain I experience on hard beds. The purple matress has helped me sleep without pain for the past 6 months. It's also firm enough to satisfy my husband too. I love it and am so glad we invested in this bed. With it!

I bought the base model mattress, and a pair of pillows. Free promotional sheets were included. The 6.5 inch pillows are pretty great. The sheets are nice enough. The mattress is good, but I have another that was purchased from a competitor with a ghostly moniker that I like slightly better. In fairness, I am using a box spring from an old bed with my Purple, and perhaps the complete unit would provide optimal comfort. At any rate, it is a good product line overall. Delivery was not as quick as I had hoped.

I am a disabled veteran, suffering from post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD). Like many diagnosed with this disorder, I suffered many sleepless nights due to nightmares, pains, general restlessness, etc.. Within the first night sleeping on the Purple mattress I noticed a huge difference. My girlfriend and I fell asleep almost instantly after laying down in bed. I was so relaxed, and didn't wake up even once during the night. Best sleep I've ever had.

Best mattress I've ever slept on. Seriously love it. I took the plunge and decided to let a scientist decide what makes the best mattress for me, and Purple knows what they're doing. They have created a wonderful product in even the basic level Purple mattress. I also purchased the Purple doggy bed to go inside his kennel. I think he likes it too. I find him sneaking away to be in his kennel more now than before.

My husband and I have been sleeping on our Purple mattress for only a month and we LOVE it. We've got an eleven-month-old, and good sleep is crucial. We've noticed falling asleep more quickly and more deeply since making the switch. I also can't feel his jumpy, restless legs anymore! I HIGHLY recommend the Purple mattress.

This is the best bed ever, and I love it so much.i have loads of back problems, and laying in this bed (but not any others) helps relieve a lot of that pain. I became bedridden a couple years ago, and would spend 20-23 hours a day seven days a week laying down in bed, and this lasted for nearly two years. During that time, my original purple mattress did develop a dip, but I think that was because of the near-constant pressure for two years. I was sent a new mattress since I was still under warranty, so I'm absolutely thrilled besides. If you aren't bedridden, this bed will last you quite some time. If you are, I still recommend this bed. I know I'll never buy any other brand again, personally.

We got our Purple level 3 a couple weeks ago and it is amazing! I love how it never gets hot and has give to it in all the places MY body needs it with support in the areas it doesn't. Also, not only did we upgrade our old mattress to the Purple but also upgraded to a king, so now my husband and I sleep comfortably every single night.

I purchased the Purple mattress with great expectations. I was replacing an older sleep number mattress which was very uncomfortable. I found the Purple Mattress to be much too hard. The top layer isn't thick enough and my body sank into the hard under layer. Customer service was terrific and took care of removing the mattress and gave me a fast refund.
