Usually I woke up with achy joints, but this mattress is so comfortable!!! I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to find a mattress that both my husband and I both like, but we're really happy with it. Just as a side note... there was an adjustment period, and I did't like the mattress the first few nights I slept on it, but after that it was great!

From the moment received, to six months later, the hubs and I have been excessively happy with the Purple mattress. We have very different sleep styles and complications (he on his back with shoulder problems, me on my side with back problems) but have both experienced a decrease in pain and improved sleep. After a long day you just melt in to it and it's wonderfully receiving. The only trouble is it makes getting OUT of bed (because it's so darn comfy!), as well as sleeping in other beds during travel, that much harder. Worth it!

I bought mine 5 months ago and I still love it till today. I always recommend it to people having a bad night. Never have gotten a stiff neck from this bed. I just hope purple would have given existing customers free sheets too not just the ones buying just now.

My tween son loves his Purple mattress, so when we needed a mattress for the adults in the house we decided to try the Purple as well. While we ultimately realized that the mattress didn't meet our needs (too soft!) we were able to return the mattress and a refund was issued swiftly. Always pleased with good customer service!

The prices of these beds are pretty extreme. It really is not necessary for these materials to cost this much. But because I, like everyone else that have back, neck and hip problems will do anything for some help with discomfort of a restless and pain free sleep. We will try anything. I have had my purple bed now for a few weeks. At first it was great, but as time to adjust has come and gone I am feeling the pain in the areas I have always had. So as far as the purple bed being comfortable, yes, it is comfortable, cool and better than the rest I have had. I am still paying on a bed that I bought 6 months ago and still have 6 months more to pay. I took the mattress off of it and am using my purple mattress on it. It's an adjustable bed. Overall I will sleep on my bed maybe 3 times a week and in my recliner 4 days a week.

I have been living with back pain almost all my adult life, I've seen doctors, specialist, physical therapist, massage therapist, and even working out, but nobody knew why I was in so much pain. I would be able to stand straight for more than 3 hours before the pain started. I know now, ( thanks to my perfect Purple mattress) that it was because of my old bed. Now I sleep like a baby, Im able to play with my kids for more than an hour, I don't dread taking long walks, I even took over my daughters trampoline from how great I feel. I couldn't believe it, something so simple like a mattress had so much impact on my life. Thank you everybody at Purple. You've giving me my life back....!!!!! P.S. it's perfect for couples to, if you know what I mean ;)

We'd been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for several years and I had developed such pain in my hip from arthritis that I limped most of the time. In less than a week on the Purple mattress my limp was gone. This mattress is such a blessing! Worth. Every. Penny!

We have been sleeping on the Purple 2 mattress for 3 nights now. I love it but my husband isn't sure. He feels like if he turns from the outside of the bed to the middle it rolls down into the middle. We plan on giving it more time. I'm wondering, as I read a review somewhere else that we should have stretchy sheets instead of cotton. Does this make a difference?

Since we've received our Purple mattress, our mornings consist of a husband and wife team who can actually walk when we get out of bed! Personally, my back does not hurt near as much anymore, and my wife continues to have blissfull nights of uninterrupted sleep. Thank you all for a great product! Brett

We have had our Purple bed for about one year now. I was a bit skeptical at first especially not being able to lay on it at a store but we have it a shot since they claimed to have a good return policy and customer service reviews. The first few nights felt a bit strange but I got to sleep quickly and waking up without hip and back pain! The reason I'm writing this now is to state that every time I sleep away from home at hotels or relatives homes, I experience the pain. We went to a hotel last night and here I am dealing with pain. I always sleep great on any mattress, but the pain after waking up... Wow, I just take for granted that I don't have to deal with this pain from my Purple bed. Thank you so much for a better !!
