We've been excited about getting a Purple mattress for years shed finally splurged on one. My wife is under 100 and I'm 180. When I'm on the mattress, it's very supportive on any position I sleep in. But my wife hasn't been able to sleep peacefully in it at all. She got some relief when she added a mattress topper but now she's higher in there need then I am. So depending on her much you weigh, you might love it or hate it. Wish Purple could make a dual firmness with a plush option.

I never wanted a new bed then my ex one day just ditch our old pillow top for a purple. 1 night and it changed how I slept forever. I went to sleep faster and easier. I stopped sweating as bad in my sleep. I just felt way better head to toe. Then the worst happens to most people we split up and she of course took the mattress. I felt bad for about 3 days about the relationship. I counted down the minutes till my new purple arrived lol :). I had been on a couch for about 6 days from when my order was made to it was here. Easiest breakup ever. So yea long story short... I could do without her. Can't do with out my awesome new bed !

I am more excited to get home after being on the road then ever before, because my purple mattress is there waiting for me. I am happy about my purchase every time I lay down. Usually I toss and turn while sleeping but there have been a number of times that ill wake up exactly where I went to bed. Kudos and highly recommend to anyone.

When I got the mattress it was good nice and soft now having it for 2 week I'm still not staying asleep and my back and neck still hurting in the morning but it a lot better then my old mattress I would give this a c+ I was hoping on that this mattress would form to my body I did a lot of research before I bought it and but it's a nice bed to get

This mattress is the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. I haven't been able to sleep on my back since about 1984, I can on this bed. Usually I can move a mattress off the frame 4 inches in a few nights tossing and turning. I work up this morning, after 7 hours sleep and hadn't moved and I wasn't in pain. I sink into the mattress where I need to sink in and yet I get all the support I need. Its firmer than I am used to but it doesn't cause pain. I wish I'd had this mattress 30 years ago.

We just used our warranty to upgrade to the newer version of the original purple mattress. It is even comfier than the first one! My husband and I are average weight people and the hyperelastic polymer really cradles all our pressure points. I sleep so comfortably that I don't even want to get out of bed.

Had our Purple mattress for about a month now and it's been a life saver. My wife and I are sleeping soundly and we can move without disturbing each other. Love the base as well, however it is squeaking which is annoying. Really thinking we want to upgrade to powerbase in the near future.

I love it! It's what I hoped every expensive, or not, mattress, or sleep thing would always be. It has the perfect (for me, so far) combination of firm, yet squishy. Just Perfect! It feels engineered. I can perceive the effort and thought inside of it (maybe in the voids?). This is from a guy (me) very used to dealing with highly engineered thingys of all flavors. (** that's a compliment **) It's winter now and the next real test will come on the other side of our orbit, when my '60s home's lack of a/c will be much more material to me than it is now. Right now I've got a bedding sandwich consisting of: Purple mattress/Purple white fitted sheet/Purple white top sheet/comfy soft waffle weave blanket/grandma made flannel lined quilt made of MY OWN pre 1995 retired jeans. The bed is in the lower level of my split entry mid century home. While it does feel much cooler down there (vs upstairs) in Summer, some swampy summer scorchers will come every single year, and I'll be there, hopefully for eight sweat free restful hours. When it finally does gets hot, any kind of hot, I am making a kind of rare (for me) Optimistic prediction that this mattress will perform very, very well ( Exactly how well.....we'll see...stay tuned). I came to that prediction through two methods. One: The ventilated design by it's nature Seems to indicate a natural ventilation will occur. Of course, this is a guess. but I've got some wisdom, and I am using it here. Two: Until I decided to take my old mattress and put it inside a tent out in the snow, my bedding sandwich had one other item that had been on my old metal spring mattress (how old fashioned and gross, ick). That was my trusty mattress pad heater. This thing would warm up my bed before getting in, and sometimes through the night. It's just like a super warm (but healthy, and not contagious) entity had just gotten out, warming it up for you. It's so much better than getting into a COLD bed. Brrrrrr!! Awful. Booo! Anyway I did notice it took a much higher setting on my dial (0-10) to get the same warmth. A bummer, but as long as I just had to crank it up a bit, no biggie. But.... it does tell me that the same heat (my old dial setting) isn't effecting myself (my chilliness factor) as much.... therefore those Therms must (probably) be dissipating in the voids of Purple polymer, or some such engineering/science voodoo that I now trust, that you do so well. A + Purple *** :) I will have to find a appropriate pillow. My instinct with this mattress is to have none, but I need something to keep my head pointed to the sky (back sleeper, but side curious). I tested dozens of mattresses. I normally need very very firm beds to prevent my back and neck from aching; I tried the new versions of my old mattress (Sealy Posturepedic) and thought they were ok; then the second I laid down on the Purple Mattress (original) I almost died. It is the perfect blend of support and squish. I cant just lay in bed and not fall asleep now; great for night time, bad for my stack of books. I cant imagine any mattress coming close to this level of comfort. I tried Nectar and Molecule and neither offered the experience that the Purple did. This mattress is worth every penny.

Me and my wife sleep in different rooms because we both take up a lot of room in the bed and like to sleep at different temperatures. We both have purple mattresses and got one for our son too. I've tried other beds before finding purple and I'm never returning to anything else. I've had mine for at least 5 years now and it still sits as if it was brand new
