Claims are hard to live up to. I find this mattress no better than the traditional upper quality box/spring styles I've used in the past. Experiencing minor shoulder and knee issues I didn't have before I started using this mattress. Verdict is still out as to whether I'll keep it.

The Purple mattress is incredibly comfortable. I was a bit worried about buying a bed-in-a-box; it's a large purchase for not having tried the mattress first. The 100-day guarantee put me at ease, and I'm very happy I bit the bullet and went for it. It also doesn't sleep too hot like pure memory foam toppers I've used in the past. I have already recommended the mattress to friends and family. The only thing that I'd love to see improvement on is a slightly lower price tag.

We are still adjusting to our mattress.We are happy with the construction and ease of set up. It hasn't been an overwhelming positive experience so far. I am happy that the mattress is cooler and am impressed with the texture not being an issue. I am just not sure that it is relieving my back pain as much as I had anticipated from reading the reviews of other individuals. We are open to continuing with our mattress and hoping to become completely happy within the next few weeks.

Sometimes I feel like it feels greater without the mattress protector but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It makes the bed smoother and it cradles you nice without it being too much. I don't wake up with back pains anymore, their frame helps too. I also recommend a velvet headboard for that extra literally on clouds feeling you get when on this bed. The harmony pillows are must with this, they are the cherry on top! Also yes this is great for cuddles:P

Extremely comfortable and cooling sleep experience when you combine all 3! I absolutely love the mattress, sheets and pillows equally. The sheets are stretchy, don't wrinkle, and most importantly they don't hold dog hair like cotton sheets do. If you add a velvet topped comforter, you will be free of the pains of getting pet hair out of your bedding! Highly recommended.

I appreciate the effort you make to help people sleep better. I do not find this mattress extra comfortable. Although I do not sink in like an old mattress and I do like firm. I find this mattress no better or worse than any other mattress, yet I am grateful to have this nice new mattress. It was also very heavy for a twin mattress.

I used to sell mattresses and always had a bad taste in my mouth towards memory foam. Well after having our first child who caused terrible lower back issues, working out 5 days a week lifting weights, and running around being a stay at home mom, I decided to give Purple a try. When it came in we unrolled it and out 2 year old jumped right on it! He loves to bounce on it. My husband and I have been sleeping amazing since the first day we got it! The best decision we have ever made!!

I've been sleeping on a competitors's mattress for just over 2 years. Though it was fine, it never felt as comfy as I wanted. I decided to try the Purple sight unseen and from the first night I knew this was exactly the mattress I was looking for. It has just the right amount of cush that I was looking for. My hips don't hurt as I am a side sleeper. I turn over with ease. I truly love my new Purple mattress.

It's an above average mattress. We have had it for a few months now, and it doesn't seem to be sagging. It's not too hard nor too soft. My biggest complaint is the weight of it. If your wife or partner can't lift very much then this might not be the mattress for you. I myself could lift the mattress, but it is so flexible that moving it around by oneself is next to impossible. You can't even lean it against a wall. I'm sure this is a similar issue to all of the other online memory foam mattresses, but i really wish I'd have taken it into account before buying it. If I had to do it all over again I'd probably go the more traditional route and find something easier to move around.

My wife and I purchased a standard KING Purple mattress in 2017 and we continue to tout it as the best mattress we have owned all of our lives. We decided to replace a QUEEN Casper mattress in another room with the 2020 standard Purple Mattress and are disappointed to find that the new standard is half as thick as the original design and acts more as an over-glorified pillow topper. Our original mattress sits on our bed frame with zero effort and is comfortable. The new standard mattress require you to have a box spring or you will feel the slats of the bed underneath you. To note: The new standard mattress has cooling technology which has been a small help and Purple continues to be more comfortable and gives a better body rest as compared to Casper, however, we are disappointed to spend the same price from our 2017 king for a 2020 queen mattress that is half as thick and not as reliable and am not willing to spend the extra (double the price) money for the hybrid with springs- we went to purple to be rid of springs.
