Been sleeping on this mattress for a month now. Every night has been the best sleep I've ever had. We (spouse and I) were in a pretty big car accident just over a year ago; We've had lasting pain from it that hadn't gone away even after physical therapy and strengthening exercises--once we got this bed and slept on it for a week, that leftover pain was gone and still has not returned! It was a miracle for us. This bed has been a lifesaver. At the end of some days our bodies will feel the effects of the accident again but once we sleep on the mattress and wake up the next day it's completely gone again. We often times wake in just about, if not the same position as we fell asleep. SO Glad we took the jump and purchased this mattress! Best purchased we've ever made. By far.

This is the second Purple I have had. The first started to get a few saggy spots after about 2-3 years. I contacted the company not really expecting to get far. However, I was shocked to find put that after submitting the needed photos and information they had already shipped out a replacement. They even offered to have a company come get the old one. Great company who follows through on their promises. I dont think I'll ever buy another mattress from anyone else. .

The purple mattress took a little getting used to. It feels much firmer than my old pillow-top mattress. The first few nights I was pretty restless, and I woke up in the morning feeling slightly sore, but a good sore like after working out. After a week, I slept pretty soundly through the night and woke up feeling refreshed. I still am not completely used to it, but I am very much starting to love it.

I have been using my Purple mattress and pillow for just over a week now and am totally in love! I have some hip and back problems that were aggravated from sleeping on an aging, sagging mattress. After only one night of sleep on the Purple mattress, I was pleasantly surprised to wake up with no aches or pains! The mattress has a firm but floaty feel and you can tell that weight is evenly distributed and that spine and hips stay straight/aligned when lying on it. The pillow also has that nice floaty feel and does not get hot so no repetitive pillow flipping during the night. My kids both want Purple mattresses now too! I highly recommend both the mattress and the pillow.

I was very excited to get my new purple mattress and get it all set up on the frame i purchased from your company. However, the mattress is some what deformed, It's not even and has big indentations and on two corners and in the middle it has a big lump. I was hoping it would even out, but it's going on three weeks and its not looking any better. It feels like the material was not placed evenly on all the King mattress. I will be contacting your customer service very soon. So far not happy at all with the way it feels and looks. I hope to get it replaced.

ive had the same mattress since I was 13, I needed a new mattress and I did my research and I decided on purple. It was delivered rather quickly and I was so exited. The first couple of nights I couldn't sleep a wink (I think out of pure excitement, anticipation and, change) but once I got used to the change, I don't think I've ever been this comfortable in my life. Every day I'm sitting at my desk at work counting down the hours until I can go home and lay in my bed. I fully recommend this bed to everyone that will listen to me. My husband and I spent a lot of time talking before we moved across the country. We decided that one place where we were going to spend money was on a GOOD mattress. We have really enjoyed our Purple mattress, and we're glad we invested in something that helps us sleep so well. Mornings are still not fun, but it's not because we're full of aches and pains!

My husband and I bought a new Serta iComfort innerspring mattress and boxspring a proxy 18 months prior to our amazing Purple purchase. We were both so very uncomfortable. We would never fully sleep soundly. We would drag ourselves out of the bed each morning reluctantly with aches and pains. Well, I had done extensive research on new matressest. My main concern was comfort and temperature. I get hot easily. I have slept on memory foam type mattresses and could never get comfortable. This is the only matress that does not make you hot and gives perfect support. I cannot speak highly enough of our purple mattress. Do yourself a favor and purchase it now! We are sorry we waited as long as we did.. no turning back! I honestly have had dreams every night since I started sleeping on our purple. Now I just don't want to get out of bed cause I am so comfortable. We bought a new platform bed from Restoration Hardware and it works beautifully. Thanks you purple for our amazing nights sleep back!

We had a sleep number bed which never lived up to the hype which made me a little skeptical of the Purple mattress. The guarantee made it feasible to try it out. I was concerned because I prefer firm and my wife likes a more plush feel. We've had the Purple about two weeks and we've both slept like the dead. My wife's back issues have all but gone away. My only regret is that the price of the Power Base was just a little too high so I had to shop for an alternative.

Alot of people asked for reviews of Purple. I can say they are full of promises they can not deliver. I need to return my mattress for the firm option. It is not simple nor easy. In fact I will be without a bed for WEEKS if I chose to exchange it. If I am not happy with that mattress I am not allowed to return it. The only option of communication for the process is email. I get a response 24 hours or later from the time I send my email. The bed lacks support. The quality is poor. Do not waste your time! Purp lo e is NOT recommended by me
