I recently had neck surgery and had to have a disc in my spine replaced. Needless to say it is been difficult to get a good nights sleep since that happened. After I bought the purple bed I noticed the results the very first night. First morning I woke up I had no stiffness and pain in my neck or back. Since then it's only gotten better. Everybody in my family wants to sleep on this bed now LOL. I'm going to have to buy another one for them. I can't recommend this been highly enough. You only have one spine So why not make an investment in it.

This is a great mattress for the price. I have a painful ligament weakness with my shoulder area, and this mattress hasn't helped any more than my current mattress. It really lets your muscles relax fully and supports well... but if you have ligament damage in your shoulder, then it's too soft and lets joints drift a bit. What is different, is that the Purple is 1/3 the cost of my current mattress, and for that price the support you get is a real bargain. Unfortunately it isn't worth spending that much money to not gain any improvement so, I've returned it. That said, if you're looking for a really good mattress that matches the super pricey folks, Purple is a good choice.

My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have gone through 8 beds in that short amount of time. We've tried them all - sleep number (air mattress), temper-pedic (hard as a rock), beautyrest, and all the other brand names out there. When my brother-in-law showed me the commercial for Purple on YouTube, I thought, yeah right! I was very skeptical, but thought, hey I have nothing to lose! As it turns out I had everything to lose... no more sleepless nights, no more tossing and turning, no more back pain! This bed is the real deal!!! Thank you Purple!!!

It did take a week or so to get used to it. You may need a thicker pillow since you don't sink into the mattress. Once I got the pillow situation took care oh man I have more energy because I actually sleep. I have even slept all night. I have chronic pain due to a spinal cord injury and I haven't slept this good on 16 years. You may have to wait a month to get it but so worth it

I had been sleeping on a 10+ year old tempur pedic memory foam that was over 2 ft thick without sheets or comforter. Thus far with Purple its light, very straightforward and easy to set up. I'm not waking up sore and the mattress isn't as thick as a concrete foundation. It sleeps cool, which is a plus as I'm in the south, and fits well to how I sleep. I'm hoping it continues to perform this way so that I no longer have to look into other mattresses in the future.

The first mattress we were sent came very quickly. However, it had a defect on one side of it. We contacted customer service within a week. They didn't respond to us until 19 days after that. When they recognized that there was in fact a defect, it took three weeks longer for the mattress to be delivered. Now that we have a good mattress, it is a very comfortable mattress. The cover makes it sleep very warm. We have had no problems without the cover. It does sleep quite a bit cooler without the cover.

I got a cali king and loving it!!! Was always having back pain but now i feel great!! Got the base for it aswell and its awsome, though i did hear some squeeks here and there..i would love your pillow im sure. Ill see when i can get that next. Thank you for this wonderful bed..u made my life better!

Awful. The first night I would wake every hour with shoulder pain making me toss from left to right. Second no better. In fact in work I have aching and a slight pain in my neck. For a company to claim they have the most comfortable bed is a scam. I bought bases which are not returnable. I will never buy a bed i this manner ever again. I'm in my forties and weigh 180 so not as if I'm a big person. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever purchased. No bed you buy should give you this much grief on the first 2 nights. My couch is more comfortable.

Very happy with our purple matress and matress pad. It came quickly and sleeps great. My husband is a big guy and has been happy with how it sleeps. I used to wake up with some back stiffness and pain but I haven't since sleeping on my Purple matress!!!! I appreciate the science and your product very much and would highly recommend it to anyone!!

First off this mattress weighs 3x what a normal mattress weighs. That being said a king is a nightmare to move even with 2 strong people. It's easier to move when you get it because it comes in a large bag, but once you open it forget about moving it easily. Secondly, we have had the mattress for little over a year. At first my partner didn't like it, but said he could live with it. I thought it was great. Around 6 months it just seemed to not feel the same and a bit uncomfortable. Now at over a year it is awful to sleep on. For the 3k we spent on this mattress it should be comfortable for at least 5 years. Thankfully we kept our old mattress in the guest room bc we are switching them out. My partner and me both have moved to that room on many of nights bc the purple 3 is so uncomfortable.
