So we bought a Purple mattress about 2.5 years ago and it was great for the first 2 years and I noticed a little sag in it while sleeping which was causing back pain. I called CS and they sent me an email with instructions on how to get it replaced under warranty. I followed the 5 easy steps and 1 week later my new replacement mattress showed up on my front porch. No haggling, no questions, they just stood behind their warranty and replaced my mattress for free! Had the best night sleep I have had in a while last night! Thanks Purple Mattress!!!

I have been through a few mattresses in the past year trying to find one that worked for me. Some were too soft. Some too hard. Some too hot. Purple seems to be the best of everything. Love that I can finance my purchase with Affirm. I love that I have 100 nights to try it out before I decide if I am going to keep it. While I'm not totally over the moon about it, I will say that my hip pain has decreased and I seem to be sleeping better than I was before. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. :)

Overall I was unhappy w/the experience bc I received a short King square mattress 2 times. A 2nd one was sent w/o the issue being resolved which is poor customer service. It was not easy to handle this mattress as it's quite heavy to carry up a flight of stairs and I went through The trouble twice. The 2nd time I even tried flipping it over and unzipping the cover which didn't work. The experience felt like a complete waste of time and effort. Before The Junk haulers came to pick up, your costumer service rep assured there would be 2 people coming. Well only 1 person showed up and my husband had to help and deal w/this mattress again. I'm very disappointed that I received a defective mattress twice which is too bad bc I actually thought it was comfortable. Customer service was responsive though and I received the full refund.

The site was very easy to navigate and I was impressed that even though there was a 2 week wait for my mattress the company kept me informed of that prior to purchase. So far I'm very happy with my new mattress. I don't wake up with aches and pains or stiffness. I got a free cushion with my mattress and gave it to my grandma she loves it. She's able to sit comfortably now.

To be frank, I actually thought the mattress would have been somewhat softer, more plush-like, than it is now. Overall, I did notice that I fell asleep a in a slightly shorter amount of time. A funky little mattress that does not take any time to get used to at all. Sleeping better than being at a nickleback concert.

The first week having this bed, it felt stiff but after a few days, omg! This bed melts to every curve of your body and it helps keep you super cool! Love the material and the way it helps me sleep through the night! Definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to be able to enjoy true comfort!

I really wanted to love this mattress. My husband and I saw an ad for Purple in a magazine and I ordered it the very next day. When it arrived, we couldn't wait to get it on the bed. After the first night, I woke up with an extremely sore back and my husband noted his arms fell asleep and were tingling all night from not being able to sink into the mattress at all. I gave it a try for 10+ more nights and same thing. I dreaded going to sleep and wanted the mattress gone. I gave it 3 stars because their customer service was good. They were very responsive on the online chat as well as by email and promptly scheduled a pick up for the mattress and communicated about a refund. Overall, I really wish this product worked out for me but at least I was able to get my money back and try it out.

I have tried every bed on the market, and figured this was my last try. The first week I was walking up with shoulder and hip pain. I was reading the purple Web site to get info to send the bed back when I came across the advice of using sheets that will stretch allowing proper support. I realized that the heat blanket that was under the sheets may have been the problem. I removed the heat blanket and that made all the difference. No more shoulder, hip or back pain. I love this bed.

This is a wonderful mattress for the price. I have some back issues and feel like the mattress does help alleviate some problems. Highly recommend. Also make sure to invest in either their sheets or a brand like Sheex-- something stretchy will go best with the mattress.

I am only giving 5 stars because I would like to have more give in my shoulder and head area. All in all I love it and have tried a lot. This is still my favorite. Definitely takes the right pillow for optimum comfort. I am eagerly awaiting the release of the Purple pillow to give it a try.
