I like flat pillows. We bought two in the store but had to have them delivered as there were none in stock there beyond samples. I am pleased with how cool the pillow stays. It is not as comfortable as I had hoped. I would like it even a little flatter, but it isn't bad. My big disappointment was how much plastic packaging they arrived in. The pillows and all the bedding are made of plastic. I can live with that because I assume that I will use them for many years. Each one, however, does not need to be shipped in a plastic bag inside of a large thick, purple vinyl container that I would have to go out of my way to figure out how to possibly reuse since it is an odd shape and size and made of a material that is unhealthy. Not only that, the way they are rolled, it takes much tugging and pulling and many hours to get them to lie flat and to have the cells regain their original shape. I recommend shipping them stacked and flat within one recyclable plastic bag. While vinyl may be recyclable, it will need to be dropped off at a special location. I don't want to have to spend my time taking care of unnecessary packaging. Also, what is the end-game for these pillows and mattresses? How will they be disposed of? I wonder about the mattresses. Nothing lasts forever and manufacturers need to think of the entire life cycle of their products. If you have an endgame, our salesperson was not able to articulate it to me when I asked.

After hearing rave reviews from personal friend about Purple mattress, we went ahead and made the purchase ourselves. The process was easy. We received everything on time. We got emails notice and confirmation of items being shipped and delivered. There was no guessing and waiting on anything. Finally arrived! Bed frame was a bit dented and damaged. We just use some tape to cover the sharp edge... too excited to try out the mattress to go thru the hassle of changing the frame. First night, awaken to numbness in the arm and stiffness upper body. Second Night, new pillow ... toss and turn. Third Night, another pillow,,,, awaken to ache and pain in the back and shoulder. Contacted Purple and got a quick reply via email and was suggested to use stretchy sheet and mattress cover. Made the change... 30 days plus in... Sleep is sporadic...good days and bad days...always tension in the upper back and shoulder areas. HOWEVER, my boyfriend did really enjoy the bed and his sleep. unfortunately, we need both persons to enjoy the bed and sleep well in order to keep it. Now I'm beginning the process of returning the bed. Balance out the rating, great responsive interactions with the company via emails but bed didn't cut it for me.

The Purple mattress is extraordinary. Comfortable at all times, supportive everywhere. There are no pinch points, no stagnant depressions, no awkward coil pressure, no noise, no smell, and no movement distribution. Truly incredible. Every day I get better and better sleep

My husband and I bought a new Serta iComfort innerspring mattress and boxspring a proxy 18 months prior to our amazing Purple purchase. We were both so very uncomfortable. We would never fully sleep soundly. We would drag ourselves out of the bed each morning reluctantly with aches and pains. Well, I had done extensive research on new matressest. My main concern was comfort and temperature. I get hot easily. I have slept on memory foam type mattresses and could never get comfortable. This is the only matress that does not make you hot and gives perfect support. I cannot speak highly enough of our purple mattress. Do yourself a favor and purchase it now! We are sorry we waited as long as we did.. no turning back! I honestly have had dreams every night since I started sleeping on our purple. Now I just don't want to get out of bed cause I am so comfortable. We bought a new platform bed from Restoration Hardware and it works beautifully. Thanks you purple for our amazing nights sleep back!

I really like the mattress but it took a while to get here. I expected it before friends were staying over during the holidays but we didn't get it in time. Plus, the sheets are purple, not the white that we ordered so my 17 yr old son refused to use them in his room. I never called Purple about it because I'm a single mom with too much on her plate to remember and too much spam to sort through to find the order information. I'm certain that I would not have ordered purple sheets for his room. The sheets don't match my room either, but I love the mattress!!!

We bought our first Purple mattress for our camper that we were living in while building a house. We loved it so much that we left that mattress in camper and bought another for our bedroom in house. Best night sleep ever. No more waking with aches and pains. We love our Purple mattress!

So far, not impressed. 1st . delivery took too long. packaging damaged with both base and mattress. 2nd , Not seeing results thus far. lower back and hip soreness continues. Still trying different positions with the adjustable base. but so far, not feeling any major improvements.

This bed has proven to be the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. I tried some similar mattresses in the furniture store and was unimpressed. This mattress was back ordered due to its popularity and still came very quickly and before the estimated time they gave me for it's delivery. I would highly recommend this bed! My college kids have their friends over and the first thing they say is "hey, want to try my mom's mattress?" I HIGHLY recommend this mattress. Congratulations to the cofounders, your hard work has paid off!

Our mattress took longer than expected to deliver. We ended up getting the frame that is super heavy duty and yes is very well built. We had received the mattress and frame a week apart which stinks cause I wanted to lay on it but had to wait another week to get rest of bed after waiting a long time to get the first part of it. I am still waiting on the pillows. As for comfort it is OK it is not what was expected. The mattress seemed very much like laying on several gym mats. The frame looks and feels like it'll be built for life. (Very nice quality) if anything I would change... I would have shipped the bed out together so the customer didn't have to wait for all the pieces to show up.

The packaging and mattress comes compressed and weighs an absolute ton and in Canada we could only order the classic purple. It is not something you want to do alone. It expanded and filled up with air as expected when opened on the frame. Over the last year the bed has been amazing to sleep on. I wish that Purple sold more options in Canada and if they could expand their product like into chairs, couches, or maybe head boards. The purple material feels amazing and really helps take off the pressure for side sleepers like me. I will have to try the new eye masks and blankets.
