So far we love our bed and sheets. We do want to in the future get one of the more expensive ones with the cooling foam in it because the base model gets a little hot, but the sheets do help that a little bit! Other than that I fall asleep in like 2 minutes on it! Lol I'm on love with the sheets as well! They are so soft and cool feeling! Love them! I want the grey ones next!

I've had the bed just over 100 days.. everything started off ok. Just ok. As days went on I couldn't really tell if I like the bed. Just after we hit 100... all the problems started. My shoulder and my back are killing me and not I'm stuck with this expensive bed and no way to get something better!!!! Don't do it.

My husband and I LOVE this mattress. We started with a queen and upgraded to a king after two weeks (would love to splurge on the split king platform but maybe another time.) I thought our old Tempur-Pedic was pretty great but I had no idea how good a mattress really could be. Also, the customer service is out of the world. Seriously, everything about this company is amazing. My only real complaint is that getting up in the morning has been a big challenge. **** YOU PURPLE now I'm late for work all the time because I don't want to get out of my comfy new bed!

I really wanted this mattress to be as awesome as advertised, but for us that isn't the case. It's fine but not anything fantastic. I was hoping the back pain I have had for years from a cheap mattress would go away but it is virtually the same. We are giving it the full 100 days to decide but if the decision had to be made now we would return it.

Would have given it 0 stars but that wasn't a choice. Worst night sleep of my life. Mattress has no give and feels like you are sleeping on a rock. Impossible to get comfortable. Finally fell asleep for a few hours and woke up with a sore back and stiff neck. Eventually moved to the couch and slept much better. Will be retiring asap.

My husband and I bought this mattress after word of mouth of the comfortable and unique style it offers. So far, it feels good to sleep on our 'sore spots' such as our back and shoulders. My problem is the delivery. I had to help the fed ex guy carry it in, walking backwards and up steps in the snow to get it into my house. After that my back hurt and hasn't been right since. I would say the fed ex guys need to know the weight of these before they send out their delivery boys alone.

I don't wear clothes when I sleep. My body heat would create too much of a sag in the heat activated memory foam. The gel type top layer keeps me cooler so I don't get sucked into that hole and I have support finally.They found the problem and solved it. I dig it. Wouldn't change a thing.

I was excited for this mattress but it didn't impress. It is much more firm than advertised. I tried stretchy sheets as suggested, as well as walking in top of it to break it in, but still is uncomfortable. I'm going to give it a few more weeks to see if I adjust to it prior to initiating a return, but things are looking grim. 6'6" male 225lb

We bought a purple mattress after reading online reviews, hoping that it would be a good replacement for our old mattress. Unfortunately, after sleeping on this for 90 days, we feel as worn out as we did on our 8 year old mattress. The pain point is in our lower backs. My wife and I both wake up quite stiff and need to stretch our aching backs. We had high hopes for this mattress. :-(

I was so worried about purchasing a foam mattress without being able to try it, 'would it be comfortable', 'would it be too hot', 'would it have a chemical smell?' I worried for nothing, we have loved it since the first night, it is so comfortable, not hot and there isn't any chemical odor which so many foams have. I have advised all my friends when they are ready for new mattress, they have to buy a Purple.
