My wife got up one morning after 2 weeks of trying and she was weeping and said I had to get rid of that mattress because she has hurt so bad since it arrived that her Hydrocodone would not even calm it. Since I returned it, she has gotten better every day since I put the old mattress back on.

We've had our Purple mattress for about two years and every night when I lay down I think - why did I even get out of bed this morning? It is SO perfectly comfortable, it amazes me every time I lay on it. I never wake up sweaty, any position I'm in is comfortable and I seriously love the peace of mind knowing it's not going to start sagging or giving out on the edges. We also got the Purple sheets and the first-gen Purple pillow, and the combination of these three things have made me reluctant to travel because I don't want to sleep on anything but them. I do travel with my 10 pound Purple Pillow every time I spend the night somewhere, it's that good. I could not imagine a better mattress than my Purple.

My husband and I were very excited for a new bed after we moved. We decided to get the zero gravity new purple mattress. After buying it, it's frustrating to know they are basically impossible to move. Due to the structure of the bed being limp and 200lbs. Now it has been 8 months since buying the mattress and we got a mattress topper to go on it which is very disappointing for the price. Apparently I don't weigh enough to sink into the bed properly. (My husband has no issues; I'm 112 he's 260) The mattress would cause me lower back pain very frequently and shoulder/neck pain rarely. My husband had none of these issues. Cooling on the mattress is great and was almost too cold for me during winter.

Prior to getting my Purple mattress, I wasn't able to sleep in any one position for longer than 10-15 minutes. I hated going to bed because I could never get comfortable and it had been years since I experienced a pain-free night. On the Purple mattress, I don't feel the pressure on my hips and lower back. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. I don't flip flop all night long. I sleep more deeply and I don't hurt. I wake up feeling refreshed and truly rested and not stiff and sore. Unlike the foam mattress I had before, the Purple is cool and comfortable. No sweating! This mattress has been a life-changer for me! Highly, highly reccomend!

I like it, I feel I get into REM much faster. I have noticed my lower back does get a little stiff. My husband who has had 2 back surgery doesn't like it,it causes pain in his lower lumbar so we are going to buy a topper for his side to see if it helps.

Loved it to begin with, but the Purple 3 developed severe body imprints in less than a year (I'm 5'7" & 170lbs, my husband is 6'0" & 195lbs). Customer service was great about replacing it, but the replacement is having the same problems 3 months in. It's just not built to last, which is terrible given the price point.

After doing a ton of research both on line and in person my husband and I know that purple is the best for us. It did take a little bit to get use to but from the first night it felt great. For as long as I can rememberi would wake up 3 or 4 times a night. More times than not I woke up sweating, this past summer that had not happened once.. We would and do recommend the purple bed to everyone.

We have had our Purple Mattress for nearly a month now and are thrilled with our purchase. We are expecting our first child and as I got further along in my pregnancy, we knew we needed a new mattress. Our old mattress had 10+ years on it. My husband now sleeps through the night, wakes up with no pain and without a sweaty pillow. I am able to sleep through the night with my growing belly with no springy mattress pressure points. The mattress is perfectly firm and contours perfectly to our bodies. If you enjoy a firmer mattress, this is the one for you when comparing to other similar mattress styles.

My husband and I both have back issues and since getting this mattress we never wake up with aching backs. I also co-sleep with my nursling so I lay contorted to accommodate him but I rarely wake up with aching hips or back because of this mattress. It's great for co-sleeping with babies because it's firm but still super comfortable because of the grid layer on top. It's hard to describe. But when my husband tosses or turns we don't even feel him move. I LOVE PURPLE!! Next up, we will be buying pillows :)
