So far this mattress has done what they advertise. Sleep has improved. Lower back pain gone. When I say gone, I Really do think this thing aligns things just right to eliminate non serious back pains. It take take a couple of weeks to get used to it, but I am a picky sleeper! (like I have to sleep on the same side of the bed when traveling otherwise I don't sleep) I do worry about the long term though. I had my last mattress for 14 years, it wasn't until the last 2 years I started having issues before I started exploring options. Time will tell but so far I am happy with the purchase but will evaluate fully in the 100 days before committing 100%. Not a big fan of the sheets. The stretchiness of the fabric makes grabbing and shifting a pillow a chore and the sheet itself is no longer in use because it wrapped around my arms and legs. The fitted sheet is ok, but it fits the queen like it is too small. This is because it fits a full and queen. So the "free" sheets are certainly not worth a purchase. Their customer service is fair so far too. The sheets showed up with a couple of ugly snags/holes in them, they quickly replaced with a simple picture being sent to them. I kind of feel bad now because I don't like the sheets, but they do strive to please the customer. The general cost is a bit steep and was a deterrent for sure. Some of the reviews helped but, like with my own experience, may be completely different from another. Had they committed to a 1 year trial, I think they would have had me sooner. It does take some time to get used to but I think any mattress, for me, would require time to adjust to it.

All the positive reviews I've read are right! I'm a side sleeper and the side I sleep on is the one with an osteoarthritic hip and knee. Not once have I awakened from pressure or pain in that hip - first time in several years. I'm recommending the purple mattress to everyone I know.

We bought the hybrid 2 this past winter and went through the achy back and neck pain stage then the bed was pretty good. My wife was pregnant and she said it was the best sleep she had ever gotten. Recently I've been waking up throughout the night sweaty and sticky. I asked my wife if she had experienced this also and she had. We bought the mattress protector and the best sheets purple offered. Really not sure what's going on here. We have central air and never experienced this with our former bed. Wish we were still within the 100 day return window, I would definitely send it back.

We have had this bed now for about 4 weeks. My wife and I both agree that when you just lay down on this bed you don't immediately think "wow this is comfortable", but I will say I sleep WAY better and wake up less sore than I have in a very long time. I have been very pleased with the bed and would recommend one to anyone. We went from a sleep number to the purple and are happy with our decision.

I bought the mattress, frame and bed sheet about a year ago. Frame as squeaky so got it replaced after 1-2 months having it. Liked the mattress but it didn't hold up. Had an indent after just a year. Also bought a sheet as well. Had a hole after 1-2 wash even after following the care instructions. Customer support was bad. Took an entire a month for them to finally process the replacement which is fine since they're so backed up and I don't need it to be sent right away anyway. But then they sent it on the wrong even though I repeatedly told them to send it after a centain day (twice email, twice phone call). All in all, liked the products but they didn't hold up very well and they're not cheap either. I bought multiple things and every single one of them had some sort of problems so it couldn't just that I got a lemon. Mattress indent seems to be a pretty common thing as I know someone who also has the same problem after about a year as well. Even though I liked the stuff, I would just rather get some other brand for better quality and customer support.

This bed has honestly changed my life. I know it sounds dramatic, but I've never slept better. I've gone from waking up often and tossing and turning to full nights of rest. I now feel refreshed in the mornings (like you are supposed to!). I would definitely recommend this bed to any who are searching.

My wife and I have had this mattress for about a year and a half and it's horrible. Should have returned it. We both have back and hip so bad from this mattress that we are lucky if we can get a few decent hours of sleep. Everything this mattress claims to do it definitely does not do, and now we are out a lot of money on a rip-off mattress that leaves us exhausted every day. Now we are stuck with this paperweight and have to figure out coming up with money to buy another mattress. this is hands down the worst mattress I have ever had and huge financial loss, DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS IT IS A RIP-OFF!!!

My husband and I found the mattresses to firm. I felt like I was just laying on top and didn't sink into the mattress at all. My husband sleeps in his side and felt like his shoulders were sore after sleeping because the mattress wasn't giving away enough. I am 120 lbs and my husband is 170 so we may just have been to small to compress the mattress. We felt they were very high quality and the kids loved jumping on them, be we had to return them.

The feel of this mattress is hard to describe. It is the softest, firm mattress I have ever felt. (I know what I said...) I have yet to find an uncomfortable position. I weigh about 145 Lbs. and I don't sink into this mattress like I expected to, but instead, I kind of float on top of it. Again, it is hard to describe...I can say I have been sleeping on this mattress every night for almost a month and I am starting to feel more refreshed in the AM. So, in conclusion: So far So good....

My wife and I were becoming increasing dissatisfied with our mattress and after looking into one of those overpriced air-mattresses we decided it was time to try something new. After having a traditional pillow-top spring model and then a more modern memory foam style, this new mattress from Purple is refreshingly different and really quite comfortable. It was a bit more expensive than what I would normally pay but we have no regrets and are getting much more restful sleep now that I have found the perfect pillow to go with the new bed.
