I was initially hesitant about buying this, and even skeptical about all the so-called features and benefits. My first night I slept better than I had in WEEKS. My backache before falling asleep disappeared overnight, and I've not had any neck aches, backaches, or sore muscles as I did before. It was amazing!! I'm so pleased I bought this new twin mattress, because I'm continuing to get incredible sleep. :) And, all the benefits and features, which are legitimate, definitely make me wonderfully pleased I bought my twin. :) Worth the price 100! :)

I've had my purple mattress now for around 2 years. Its still as comfortable as the day I recieved it. I would love to tell about how great the customer service is at purple but the truth is, I've never had a reason to call them. My wife and I are bigger people and the mattress has held up great. I highly recomend Purple to anyone reading this. Mark H.

If there was one thing I could change about the purple mattress it would be that I waited so long to get it. There was no adjustment period for my husband or myself and we have been sleeping like babies since we got it. Just try it, it speaks for itself.

Our satisfaction with the mattress is still being evaluated. Some nights we sleep great, other nights, our backs hurt some by the morning. This never happened with our sleep number bed. I am also wondering if we bought at the right time as I don't know if we got a great price or a great deal for some extra things when buying. I don't particularly like when companies do "specials" and you end up feeling like you didn't get the best deal because of when you bought. Just make everything standard. Every customer gets the same deal no matter when they buy. Pretty simple. Verdict still out, on the company and the mattress, just like my review states.

I'm completely in love with my purple hybrid premier 3. I was concerned when I read other reviews that it was firm so I was scared it wohld be to firm for me but no, not to soft and not to firm. It's perfect! They said to wait a week or so for your body to adjust but from day one I had very good sleep. I love my bed. I'm a Purple customer for life. I thought It's a little pricey but the good night sleep is worth it for me.

We have had the mattress over a year. I make it about 4 hours and wake up with severe back pain so bad i move to the couch. Thought it would begin to soften up but hasn't so i spend many nights on the couch to begin with because i know i need good sleep. I look forward to going out of town so I can get a good night's sleep with no back pain in the morning. First night back from vacation and i am sitting up at 2am now writing this wishing i had never bought the hype.

My wife was a little skeptical of us getting the purple mattress. I did a lot of research on all different types of mattresses that are available online and in stores, and I convinced her to try this out at least for the 100 night trial. We are almost 30 nights into this mattress, and we have never slept better. I, personally, am a hot sleeper and very restless. My wife and I both have noticed that we actually sleep through the entire night and I love the breath-ability of the mattress.

First off, the customer service is stellar. Now for the mattress. I ordered the twin as a trial to see if I would like it and I did. I then ordered the king. But, I was a little disappointed that the bed wasn't a tad bit softer. Why? Because the entire reason for buying the bed was because I was going to have arthroscopic shoulder surgery. And since I've had this operation before, I know how painful the recovery period is. And that if the bed didn't allow my shoulder to sink in to the bed and offer comfort, then any pressure on it would be unpleasant. I assumed from the trial bed that it would be sufficiently soft (pre surgery) but it turned out not to be (post surgery). This is not to say that it's not a comfortable bed because it is. It's just not meeting my immediate need where my shoulder is concerned. That's my error, not Purple's. I'm sure that after I've gone through physical therapy and I'm back to feeling normal again that I'll enjoy the bed. But for the record, purple is more firm than soft.

I'm a bad sleeper. This mattress (and the pillow) are just wonderful. I'm small and memory foam doesn't work for me - it takes forever to adjust. I also like a firm mattress. This does the trick! It's like being held up by lots of comforting hands except not creepy, because that sounds creepy. Just buy it.

THE CUSHION - After falling in love with the Simply Purple seat cushion, I knew I would be buying a Purple mattress someday (I had a bad pressure sore that developed from sleeping in an armchair because the bed was too painful, and the cushion caused it to heal up completely!). THE MATTRESS - The day finally came, when Purple had the promo of free sheets with mattress purchase! Hooray!! I also purchased the mattress protector, and everything was delivered a week after I ordered! I have slept on my Purple original queen mattress for two weeks now. I have degenerative arthritis, with painful back and knee damage. From the first night, when I lay down, after the initial pain of lying down and putting pressure on those joints, in less than a minute it seemed like the mattress was "absorbing" the pain away from my body - I have needed no "breaking in" period like other reviewers have experienced. I do not even need a pillow under my legs to take the pressure off my lower back and knees - the mattress fully supports everywhere, and I am a heavy woman. THE SHEETS - Also, the mattress protector is very nice, not stiff, just soft and stretchy, as are the sheets. The sheets are a must for the mattress to do its job. However, I love cotton sheets/pillowcases, so I only use the fitted bottom sheet (which stays completely snapped in place no matter how you move) and just use my cotton top sheet and pillowcases. I have my mattress on top of my existing queen box foundation/frame. THE HAPPY ENDING - Bliss!! Praise God for the Purple technology; He knew I would be needing it!
