My wife and I were in desperate need of a mattress. Our old mattress was old and just leaving us with back pain. We were hesitant of going the Purple route due to how different it was. But purchasing this mattress has been one of the best decisions. A good night rest feels real now.

Since we got the purple mattress we are sleeping through the night, which didn't happen with our old foam mattress. Back pain has also dissipated and disappeared. I like lying on my back before getting up in the morning and feel the support all under my body. Any smell was gone within days. I do recommend this mattress.

We bought this mattress because of the free trial period...nothing worse than being stuck with a horrible mattress for years! If a company has an exceptional product their not afraid to offer you a great warranty. DON'T BE SCARED!!! Best mattress we have ever had.

We have had it a few weeks. My partner loves it. He's a back sleeper. I'm a slide sleeper and I've been waking up sore almost every morning. It's expensive, but I've slept a lot better on less expensive mattresses. Going to give it a bit longer but probably going to return. The sheets are awesome.

When I ordered, it was during the X-mas season so they were getting a lot of orders. They let us know that there would be a delay in the shipping due to the high volume of orders, also that the free bed sheets (promotion w/ purchase) were on back order. The mattress arrived when promised and my fiancee and I love it. Also, received the sheets at some point and wow, I love those -- they're stretchy and super soft. I really didn't know what to expect with those but they're awesome. ** if you work out at all, this bed at the end of the day is great. ** FYI I weigh 170-180 6', and shes about 120 5'8 -- I know some people were asking in reviews so there ya go. I may actually buy the portable seat for the office..

We are extremely satisfied with our decision to switch to Purple. We ordered the king mattress and have both been getting the deepest, most uninterrupted nights sleep we've had. We also bumped up from a queen and love the space. The mattress suits all our needs very well, and I'll leave it at that without getting into the amorous details. Can't recommend this mattress enough!

you spend 1/3 of your life in bed - just buy this thing! it used to take me at least an hour to fall asleep, and i thought it was just my overactive brain, but now i conk out in about 10 minutes...i've never been so comfortable or slept so well...they give you 100 nights to try it out, and just like with the pillow i bought years back, i knew the first night this is not getting returned:)

My last order makes 4 purple mattresses that I have purchased from you. Love the mattress but dealing with your customer service this time is the reason I am giving you only 4 stars. The freebie with the purchase was a set of sheets. Without consulting my wife I opted for the split king. She was unhappy with this and wanted a regular king. I called customer service to ask if I could purchase just a king fitted sheet. Informed that was not possible and I would have to return the set, I would not get any refund since it was a freebie. I would then have to pay for the other set and when the return was received I could ask to get my money back. They could not assure me that it would be done. At that point I told them what they could do with their sheets and hung up. I would probably recommend your mattress if someone asked but I would give your customer service 1star

The only comment I would have is you should let customers know that a box spring isn't necessary if your using a platform frame to support the purple mattress we thought we needed a box spring and spent extra money we didn't need to spend. We are using the box spring anyway it makes the mattress firmer than with out I love these mattresses and can't sleep in anything else

My daughter gave me a seat cushion for Christmas 2016 and boy does it make a difference. My left hip (arthritis from falling on it on the ice hard years ago) hardly hurts at all anymore unless I sit too long on something else. I bought one for my car, too. I also bought my husband a mattress that I think will help his back issues.
