I honestly would give it 0 stars because it's so comfortable that I want to snooze my alarm every morning! This bed is a definite game changer. Buying online before trying is always a gamble but the purple mattress has exceeded our expectations so far. I hope it lasts over time. We bought the entire bundle with sheets, protector, and harmony pillows and I think it's worth it to have the entire set.

I have been back and forth between a Novosbed, Loom & Leaf and the Purple for the last month. The Purple definitely feels softer on my pressure points and the support is surprisingly good! It is my favorite of the 3. It does, however, put strain on my neck. I don't know why yet, but every time I sleep on the Purple with or without my pillow, my neck hurts. This is not just due the the bed. I've had neck problems for years. That said, if you have similar concerns, Purple may not be the right choice. Also, it's really heavy and floppy = difficult to move. It REALLY needs handles. The Loom & Leaf is the lightest of the 3 and it is buy far the highest quality outside material. I think the Purple internal materials will likely last longer though.

We have had our purple mattress for about a month now. I can honestly say the first week both me and my boyfriend kept waking up saying... "well, I don't love it, but I don't hate it". The feel of this mattress is like nothing I have ever slept on (so for sure have to keep an open mind). Within a few days I did notice that some of the kinks I was used to waking up were just were no longer there, which was a nice realization. The real moment of truth was 2 weeks after our purchase we went to a beautiful (large) beach house for the weekend with family and friends. First morning my boyfriend looks at me and says..."Ok, i really like our new mattress" all the kinks and back pain were back (these were nice, fairly firm mattresses provided in this house). I honestly can say I think we are still (even after a month) getting used to our new purple mattress but liking it more every day. On a PG-13 note the mattress is a 5 star and gives perfect support without to much bounce for the other activities adults often do it bed ;) All in all... it was not love at first sight but its becoming tried and true purchase. I would forsure recommend (actually I already have). Thanks Purple Team!

So to start off, my body is a wreck. I'm 23 and have had brain surgery, bulging discs in my neck and middle of my back, and a herniated disc in my lower back. I have Chiari Malformation and Occipital Neuralgia. With all that said, keeping the body in proper alignment and pressure where it needs to be, is VERY important to maintain my health, comfort vastly dictates how much pain I will be in every day. What does this mattress do? Helps control all of that!! It's amazing. The top layer is super soft and feels amazing, contouring to your body as you need. But then the layers of foam stop you from sinking and getting stuck or causing more problems. It is just so stinking comfortable. I DO NOT toss and turn. Whatever position I fall asleep in, that's exactly where I wake up at, not moved an inch....I sleep like a bear. The mattress stays so cool! Oh my gosh, it's the best. I am always very hot, so sleeping can be trouble for me if my bed is warm. Not with this bed, it regulates temperature like you can't imagine. Overall I can't say enough about this bed, I tell everyone about it. It's so cheap compared to any other good mattresses. It's helped relieve quite a bit of pain for me. If you have back pain, I urge you to try this bed. For anyone who deals with back or spine pain, knows how frustrating it can be. Thank you to everyone at the Purple Family!!

I have never had a bed as comfortable as purple. For a long time I wanted to get a bed, I was always thinking about tempurpedic, but I'm glad I waited for purple. I sleep deeper and longer, something I have struggled with for a long time as I suffer from insomnia.

I was skeptical at first and even the first 2 weeks were a bit rough. Coming from a super soft mattress to something a lot more firm took some getting used to. My lower back had ached during that time and I wanted to return it but my wife convinced me otherwise and I am glad she did. I need less sleep and feel better in the morning. This has led to being more productive in the workplace, firing on all cylinders, and more productive at home. I dread sleeping elsewhere because I love our Purple Bed!

We love the mattress particularly the no hot spot sensation and super even support and the Dogs love it too. But... Don't buy the Purple sheets or pillowcases The sheets don't fit and the pillowcases fit even worse. The Purple sheets are too small to tuck in on the sides, they stretch like elastic but of course wont stay tucked in any better then a rubber band would. The pillow cases on the Purple linen set with the Purple pillows in them are way too big, or the pillows way too small. there must be a one foot tail on the pillowcase with the pillow in it..

I bought a king Purple mattress and have slept on it for about a month now. It is a different feel than a normal coil mattress for sure. The collapsing edge is unusual and it feels harder than I expected. My back hurts sometimes when I wake up, which was the problem I was trying to correct, so I'm not yet decided on keeping or returning it.

Purchased approx. three to four months ago..... I originally ordered the "simple" cushion for my Mom since she has back and hip problems and when my child is in an active part of the season, either running cross country, swimming or water polo, the seating provided is not kind to anyone having to sit for a lengthy amount of time. When I placed my order there was discrepancy in the county they listed me in for taxes. When I contacted customer service they kept me in the loop through the whole process of them looking into the situation. I was about return the cushion I purchased, because it was not thick enough to provide the support I had hoped it would for my Mothers issues. I contacted customer support and again they had no problems with sending me a return label. Two days later they contacted me about the original question in order, which was the county discrepancy, and said it was showing the wrong county but the taxes charged were correct. However, they took it one step further and said they were sending me another cushion. I believe it was the "Royal" cushion which was a two inch thick cushion and definitely a huge step above from the original one I purchased. Their customer service blew me away - they didn't have to do that for a simple matter of having the wrong county listed - I've never experienced that level of customer service. One day after that email my sister arrived in town and she used the original cushion during my child's swimming event and she fell in love with it. So, I once again emailed Purple back to let them know that I would be keeping the original purchase and thinking they would then go ahead and cancel the shipment of the second cushion but they did not. The second cushion arrived and it was much better for my Mom. So, on taking a chance and ordering the cheaper cushion because I was unsure if the product would work (or live up to the hype as some might say) Purple, and their cushions, made three people very happy. My sister and Mom for the cushions they received and me for the outstanding, and shocking, dedication of the company's customer service and how they stand behind their products. I know this is a long review but I felt you should know the full story to understand how rare and dedicated this company is. If you're on the fence about their product all I can say is go for it.

My 16-year-old son loves his new mattress. No issues or complaints. I did order complimentary sheets that haven't yet arrived. Been over a month. Was informed that they were on back order or similar. Aside from the sheets issue, I'm pleased with Purple.
