I have tried every bed on the market, and figured this was my last try. The first week I was walking up with shoulder and hip pain. I was reading the purple Web site to get info to send the bed back when I came across the advice of using sheets that will stretch allowing proper support. I realized that the heat blanket that was under the sheets may have been the problem. I removed the heat blanket and that made all the difference. No more shoulder, hip or back pain. I love this bed.

I travel.. a lot. And I've slept on all kinds of beds. I had a very expensive blow-up mattress with a remote control at home. But I've been waking up with back pain for years. Until I spent my first night on the Purple. And ever since that night too. I never knew a mattress could make *that* much of a difference, but it does. I'll never sleep on anything else! (By choice at least!)

Our last bed was a pillow top mattress that ended up forming pockets where my wife and slept. I slept on my stomach which caused me to have back pains. Also these pockets made me really hot. Since have the purple mattress there hasn't been a single morning that I've had to stretch my back from back pains. Zero regrets buying it. Also the purple pillow has been a game changer too.

This is the best mattress I ever had. Since I got this mattress a couple months ago I sleep straight through the night every night and wake up feeling great. My previous mattress which was more expensive than Purple I thought was good until I got the Purple. I never slept straight through the night without tossing and turning. I also bought one for my 14 year old son and he loves his too. My wife also thinks our Purple is the most comfortable mattress we ever had.

I was a bit sceptical at first and did a lot of research, watched youtube video review, read reviews, etc. I decided to try it out for myself; ordering was easy, I received my mattress in under a week, easy to set up and all my bedding fits. I suffered from lower back pain and hip pain and now that I've been sleeping on my mattress for over a week, I wake up pain free! I can't believe it! The mattress is not too firm and not too soft, it's just right. I highly recommend at least trying it out for yourself; I don't think you will be disappointed!

It took visiting my son in Florida and sleeping on the bed in his guest room to find this mattress, and what a serendipitous event that was! My partner and I couldn't find a bed that satisfied us both, and we were in a quandary on what to do to get a good night's sleep. By a fortunate coincidence, the bed in his guest room was a Purple mattress and it was perfect for the both of us. So when we got home we ordered one and we're happy now! Sleeping like babies (WITHOUT soiling ourselves) and finally waking up without any aches or pains. We couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Well I got one, and 2 years later I'm using the warranty to get a new one. Because the mattress had broken down over the course of 2 years. You shipped it for free and got rid of the old one. I really appreciate that. So fantastic customer service, product is okay. Costs entirely to much to ship to Alaska.

I can't review the mattress yet because it hasn't arrived. Purple has sent us 2 mattresses and none have arrived. They are sending us the third mattress and it should be here Friday. The first mattress was sent out fast. We ordered the king size mattress, the base and got a cushion for free. They all left Purple the same day and the mattress was due to arrive for my husbands birthday 3/19. I was watching the tracking so I could get it and try it out. 3/19 came and went, 3/20 out base and cushion arrived but no mattress. I checked the tracking and it said it was pending. I contacted Purple and the Customer Service person, Hannah was excellent and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Again a tracking number was sent and I watched for the truck. While waiting I set up the base and waited. Around 6 or 7 I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. I walked all around the house, looking for it, but nothing. Contacted Purple and they are again sending out another one, this one will have a signature required. Strange, I thought a signature would be required, that is why I was waiting. Anyway it should be here Friday and I really hope it is worth the wait. I will update this and change the stars accordingly. Also I see they are doing the pillow now with the bed. I wish they did the pillow when we bought ours. The cushion is nice, but we aren't going to use it as much as I think we would have used a pillow.

My husband and I LOVE this mattress! We weren't sure about buying a mattress without trying it first, but the 100 night trial and return policy made it worth a go. I have struggled with beds for years. I have insomnia, so getting comfortable in bed can be a challenge. By the time I was in my second trimester of pregnancy and was rarely able to sleep, we decided to try a new mattress again (4th mattress that year). The first night, I didn't even remember falling asleep and suddenly it was morning. It has been months now. I still wake up in any sleep position and I've slept marvelously every time! Thank you Purple!

Not too firm, not too soft, not too cold, not too hot. It's just right. My back feels better in the morning and I'm not stiff. The feel is difficult to describe. Not like a regular mattress, much airier. Maybe a little like a waterbed but firmer and with air circulation. Not like memory foam because you don't really sink in if you weigh 160 or less. But it's just right.
