Purple, I waited the duration of the trial period to do this review. In short, the best investment I've made yet. I love everything from purple. I was happy with my Matress from day one. I have purchased both the Royal & Ultimate Purple seat cushions, the back support, and the Purple Pillow.. and I love them all. I was never aware that my entire life, I've had swollen feet, I always thought that my feet were just shaped like that. It wasn't until Purple, that my feet actually SHRUNK and stopped aching like they usually did. I was amazed, I still am. AND THAT'S JUST THE START. I literally wake up feeling amazing every day! I used to always be in pain because I'm a driver and I work long hours, so I'd have to crack my back and re-set it, go to chiropractors and get massages. None of that ever really helped. I'm so glad I found you purple. I tell everybody about this company and their product and how you've all changed my life. I could go on about how messed up my feet were. I had sores, blisters, dead skin, and they were of course swollen. Now I know it was because of poor circulation! Because it's all gone now!! Thank you so much Purple. I'm writing this as I sleep on the floor, because I'm exchanging the original purple for the NEW PURPLE mattress and the guys just picked up the old one. I'm beyond excited to get to sleep on that baby. It's a bittersweet moment, but I know it'll be worth the wait. Can't thank purple enough. Now if only there was a way to make Purple Shoe Inserts that would change the game

First time buyer. Owned for about a month now and haven't had any issues at all. The first night I woke up sore but I think that was just my body trying to adjust to the new comfort level which it wasn't used to. Every night after has been pretty awesome as I fall asleep faster then I ever have.

Our experience with Purple was awesome! We received the bed in a timely fashion and were able to try out the bed for two months. Unfortunately, my back did not do so well with the bed, so we ended up returning it. However, there were many great things about the bed. There are NO pressure points when you are laying down. It feels like you are laying on a cloud! Also, the bed is bouncy and springs back quickly, but does not stir the other person sleeping on the bed. The customer services was amazing. They were quick and timely with picking up the bed and issuing a refund. Awesome company!

Do Not Upgrade to the new Purple series. My husband & I did the 100 day trial on the Original Purple. He really like it and I liked it too, but I wanted to LOVE it. Finally, as the days were running out on my trial period, I bit the bullet to return my Original Purple and buy the Purple 4 instead. Unfortunately there is NO trial period beyond the first mattress. I asked for even just 30 days and they said they couldn't. So I took a big risk, especially considering how expensive the new series is, and boy it Did Not Pay Off. I am waking up in agony on my new P4. I miss my Original Purple. It wasn't perfect but I wasn't crying; Yes I am crying now... looking at the next 10 years of my life sleeping on the P4. The gel layer is great, but 4 inches of it is way too squishy; not enough support. The coil base was supposed to be more supportive than the foam base AND the deeper gel grid was supposed to be less pressure on your joints when you side sleep. I have not found either to be true. The joint comfort/discomfort is the same, while back sleeping on the P4 is impossible. I really am devastated and implore all Original Purple owners to hold on to what you've got.

The purple mattress is hit or miss for me. The top layer of the mattress, the purple grid, feels great as a comfort layer. Not too soft, and just right. However after several hours of sleep, the deeper support layers become more noticeable as being too firm for my liking. It has caused some small to mid-level back pain when I wake up. I'm trying to hit the magical 30 day window where I should have adjusted to the new mattress, but right now I will most likely return it. To those at Purple reading this, PLEASE sell a purple grid topper! I would buy that in a heartbeat, and add it to a mattress with the right amount of support layers.

"The Purple mattress is the best mattress we've ever had, period hands down. We had been looking for a mattress that relieved both the lower lumbar back pain we both had, and the shoulder pain I had. It accomplishes both, we now sleep through the night and we wake up pain free feeling refreshed, no more aches. After sleeping on the mattress for 3 weeks it sleeps cool and comfy, and with the grid pattern, we no longer disturb each other when we get out of bed. This was money well spent, we love it!

At first, I wasn't sure because it is "softer" than my last memory foam mattress. However, after a month I realize it is not softer, just more moldable. No pressure point pain when I sleep on my side. And no back muscle pain because the mattress did not allow my body to fully relax.

Our mattress purchase was actually for our kids. My 13 year old has absolutely loved his Purple mattress. He feels like he is getting better sleep compared to the spring mattress he had before. Ordering was easy. It shipped quickly. Setup was very simple. The most difficult part of the set up was getting through all of the plastic. If I have one complaint, it is that the large vinyl bag that contained the mattress cannot be sent back and reused by Purple. This seems like a waste of material.

I am thrilled with this mattress. I have been sleeping on it for about three weeks. I love the feeling of the squares. While I did not know I would be able to feel them in the mattress, the squares feel like a safety net. They hug around your body in a way that makes you notice. I think it is a nice feeling. I purchased the twin. My old mattress was starting to give me back pain, so I knew I needed an upgrade. My back is already much better. I sleep in crazy positions. The packaging was well above my expectations. The mattress came in a purple tube with handles that made it easy to move. There was a ton of plastic packaging. I was not a huge fan of this because it seemed like a lot of waste but that is personal preference. But seriously this packaging will blow your mind. I also purchased the mattress protector and purple sheet set. The protector is seamless under my sheets. I have not "tested" it exactly but I love the material. My purple sheets are pretty awesome! I wish there was a better description of the products. Since I will be sleeping on these products I would have liked to know how they felt before they were shipped to me. That being said I do like the feeling of these sheets but it was not what I expected. The sheet material is like that of a "t-shirt". It was very soft! A little clingy but I do not mind that in the summer. I would definitely buy again. I do not think I will be needing another mattress but I am already thinking about another set of sheets! I am very pleased with my purchase. Definitely worth the money.

Our previous mattress was 16 years old. We were moving to a new house, so it was the perfect time to get rid of the old one and buy something new. We were intrigued by the idea of buying a mattress online and having it delivered directly to us. We chose Purple because of the reviews and their videos explaining the technology. AND WE HAVEN'T BEEN DISAPPOINTED. We've had the mattress for five full months now and love it! No more stiff backs. No more rolling into the cave that had formed in the middle of our old mattress. No more waking each other up when one of us rolls over. The Purple has been a dream come true!
