I'm still trying the mattress to see how it feels. I've had a bad shoulder for a while and I was hoping the mattress would keep me from needing to sleep on that side by offering more comfort on the other, but I think it's just my shoulder. It's a great mattress, I'm just not yet convinced it's the perfect one just yet. The sheets, however, are indeed perfect.

Still waiting for the mattress.

I ordered my Purple 2 mattress 2 weeks ago, and still no sign of my mattress. I am a Chiropractor, and I was looking forward to this mattress and hoping to recommend this product to my clientele, family and peers, but so far I am recommending them to look elsewhere. I had contacted Purple 2 times prior to inquire about my order and they told me that all was good and that my order was being processed and I just needed to wait for the delivery service to email me. So I waited longer, and finally after 2 weeks I called back again, and now it turns out they didn't transfer my phone number to their new system, so my order would have never been fulfilled! So, now I am told that things in their new system have been resolved, but that I still need to wait about 2 more weeks before I get contacted by the delivery service. How much longer will it be before I get the mattress? Or should I just cancel my order?

Very comfy worth the money

We bought king size Purple mattress and arrived last Monday, my husband loves it and for me, at first the bed was tough and had sore back/neck. But after a week my body adjusted and realized that it was my pillow that are causing my neck pain-I had to put extra cushion. I have ordered myself a Purple pillow so I am looking forward to it since the bed are very comfy and worth the money. We had Sleep Number for 3 years but after a year the bed were having problems, mattress became uneven due to air hose not secure in proper place and the number were all over the place and too costly to repair/replacement even it has warranty on it...not worth it...and very difficult to sell/future moving. Glad we found Purple and in the future we don't have to worry about moving since it's easier to roll, pack and on the go. Purple stays with us and goes with us.

In all honesty, I was hoping this bed would help me out with some of the issues I have with insomnia. It's only been a few weeks(ish) so far, and it doesn't help so much with being able to fall asleep any faster, but it does help me get more sleep at night and wake up feeling like I did sleep better than the pillow-top we had before. I wish it was a little cooler to sleep at night, but I'm guessing that's what the newer styles were created for.

Great for me.

Mainly a side sleeper and I've had really bad back problems for a while. I've had the mattress for a week and half and my back feels noticeably different, in a good way. No complaints. And I was a little worried at first. I went through a lot of the reviews before finally ordering and I am happy with it. One thing I noticed about the pillow though. And I had two goes at it. My boyfriend bought me a purple pillow last year and I noticed the first two nights I woke up hot which was weird but after that it's be very comfortable. Got a second one when I ordered the mattress and same thing happened with the pillow again. But again after the second night no waking up hot and sweaty.

Amazing customer service!!

I ordered a Purple mattress. It only took about ten days to receive it. The packaging was very easy to handle, and the whole process was so simple. However, for my personal taste, the mattress was just too firm. At that point I emailed Purple about returning it, and might I say your customer service is unequalled. My initial letter stating that Purple just wasn't going to work for me was answered immediately with a very cordial letter stating how to initiate the return. I took care of the steps and the next day received another email stating my account would be credited within 3-5 business days, and two days later I had my money back. The next day I received the nicest email stating your company appreciated that I tried the mattress even though It didn't work for me. Great product. Unbelievable service. I would, and have, recommended it to anyone looking for a great nights sleep.

At the suggestion of my chiropractor (she had heard good things about it), I purchased the Queen Purple mattress and I am waking up with less back and neck aches (most often NONE) I also decided to purchase the seat cushion. The seat cushion arrived first and so I had the opportunity to try it out first! It sucked!..... when I forgot to bring it along!!! I LOVE IT...this cushion AND now mattress has made my life so much more enjoyable and do-able. Often when my 4 or 5 year old sneak into my bed at night, I don't even know it... bad part; they are getting away with it...good part; mommy is not getting disturbed and is getting better sleep at night. I don't feel them move around or even crawl onto the bed. Best purchases I think I've ever made!!!

not a perfect fit for me

The mattress collapses to easy on the sides. i can feel a uneven layer from comer to middle after about a months of use. No HANDLES on the side of the mattress for easy moving. man after a bout a week of owning the mattress i had to take it out of the room to fix a floor problem. and this mattress just folds in on its self while trying to move it. if you grab the sides it just stretches cause of the weight. its pretty much takes 3 people to move this. im 6'1 160 on a queen purple mattress. if i got to sit down kinda quick and hard, say from a long day. you can feel the bed frame as you lay down on the mattress and if you sit on the corners just right it will collapse and you will go straight to the floor.

No more back pain

I previously had a well-known brand memory foam mattress. It was only about five years old, but it had to have been worn out. I was waking up most mornings with terrible back pain. For the longest time, I assumed it was just due to my bad back or the previous day's activities. However, when I read that most people's mattresses are actually worn out, I decided to buy a new mattress and see if it would help. My chiropractor recommended a Purple mattress. For the first two nights, when I first lay down on the Purple mattress, it felt a little different against my hip than my previous mattress. This was probably just the result of having a mattress with better support than my last one. From the first morning, and every morning since, I have woken up with no back pain. I purchased the base model mattress. The mattress was very well-packaged.

Bad business practice

I purchased my Purple as a Christmas present to myself, just missing a Black Friday deal to get a free pillow, oh well, should have been on top of it and shopped earlier. Only to receive an email and (physical print) postal card within a day or two after my purchase offering a promo again for a free pillow, and I had searched all the usual suspects for discounts without any luck, again feeling like I had missed out I attempted to inquire with absolutely no response and posing the question on social media sites only led to my posts "disappearing". Finally a month after I received my Purple, without having even opening and setting it up yet, I learn of Purples introduction, not coming soon, but now selling a new updated line. Really, you didn't know you were rolling out a new product line 3weeks ago and give me the opportunity to upgrade or purchase the new product? Apparently customer service and marketing have no communication, and I will think about looking into other companies and products in the future for this very reason. By the way it has been 10 weeks since my initial order, during which time I have under gone spinal surgery involving multiple disc replacements and fusion, and received my new Purple mattress. Now finally after my surgery and release from the hospital including six weeks in traction, have slept on my new Purple Mattress for the first week. Imagine what my customer testimonial would be had I not been so disappointed before ever receiving and sleeping on my Purple Mattress!!! Like your company I will make no further comment or support.
