I slept on the same cheap mattress for over four years before I finally decided I needed an upgrade. I heard about Purple on Facebook and decided to give it a shot. It was delivered very quickly and I have really enjoyed it. It was a very different feel than what I was used to and it took a few days or so to adjust to the difference, but now I love it. The first time I slept on my old mattress (which is now at my parents' house) since I got Purple, I realized just how terrible that mattress was and how awesome my Purple mattress is. I don't have a history of back problems so I can't speak to that, but I think it is very comfortable and would recommend it to anyone. At least give it a try! Why not? You get 100 days and a full refund if you don't love it.

There are many great things about the Purple mattress (in no particular order) - no longer feel when my husband changes position in bed, my body feels supported in all the right places, no longer wake up in the mornings with aches or pains in pressure point areas. I read that it can take up to 30 nights of sleep to adjust to the Purple mattress. I did not have any trouble at all adjusting. Yes, it's a different feeling when I crawl into bed but it's a good feeling. I've been telling everyone about my Purple mattress! I'm looking forward to the arrival of my pillows on Monday!

One word: blissful! I had been searching/comparing many mattresses When I finally decided to give the Original Purple Mattress a try. Honestly, I was nervous about purchasing something like a mattress off line, but have been very pleased with the quality and comfort of this bed. I wake up refreshed and without pain in my back like I used to prior to this mattress. Thank you so much for making a quality Utah, USA product, Purple!!

As someone who weighs around 140 lbs., I felt that this mattress was overly firm. The grid didn't give into my weight enough to actually support my body, and my legs didn't respond whatsoever to the grid so they ended up slightly elevated. Trying sleeping positions that were outside of my usual one didn't change any results. I refunded the mattress after around 30 days because this issue made it impossible for me to consistently stay asleep throughout the night, and it was only getting worse as I continued using it. Someone may get a kick out of this mattress, but it's not me.

I had bought all purple products in past 20 days . My sheet feels great but it's not sturdy at all after 5 days it start to fall a part , I called customer service they told me I have to wait for few days to get an e mail ,then I have to go to post office and pay for the shipping and I probably get my money after two to three weeks. I wish I could upload the picture in this page to show it to everyone how defect my sheet is.

So long story short, when i heard and researched the purple i got so excited. I thought finally! I am going to have a real good night's rest. Unfortunately that was short lived. The first 3 months or so i was content since i felt i slept better and some of aches went away. We did noticed though the matress itself has little to no support on the outer area it just sinks down. Its was after a couple months, my aches came back, tossing and turning and that promise of rest and relaxation was out the door. My husband was very skeptical from the beginning and i dony blame him. Having a 2year old and 5 year old jumping on our bed made the mattress flop more on the outer part. I honestly would return it if i could. Sorry purple guys.. its not for every one i guess. -Mrs. Martinez

We have had a couple different foam mattresses. My wife had back pain with both of them. Once we stumbled upon Purple we figured we could try it out. Since we got our mattress about a month ago, she hasn't complained of her back pain. I wake up feeling well rested. The mattress has a springy feel when you first lay down, then it just cradles you. I would recommend this mattress to everyone.

I travel for work and stay in many Hotels throughout the yr, so i know a little bit about different mattresses. I'm a side sleeper with chronic shoulders and neck pain, I go to chiropractor often. The Purple Mattress after 3 weeks has eliminated my shoulder pain. I do like this mattress, but have one suggestion. I'm a 260 lb fella, the center of the mattress needs to be slightly firmer, slightly. I've recommended to 5-6 friends already, that are looking at mattresses. Liked it being delivered to my door Fed Ex, very convenient and was easy to set up. Oh and, get rid of the fruit in the PURPLE pants lying on the mattress, just disgusting. - GOOD DAY

After sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks I noticed that I no longer wake up with lower back pain. Sleeping in almost any position is comfortable, compared to the last mattress I owned there was only one position I could assume. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. If you are looking a new mattress you should consider trying a purple.

This mattress is all it is marketed to be. However, I live in PA and on the cold winter days/nights this mattress is COLD!! I laid in bed shivering. To solve this I had to put a wool blanket under my sheet as a protective layer. I can sleep toasty with the bed like that. Now, I'm wondering if it holds the heat in the summer??
