Despite all the mess within this Corvid-19. Purple was very friendly helpful punctual and pleasant. My products arrived surprisingly fast since shipping from other companies has been greatly delayed. I called to ask some tech questions, fully prepared to spend 3k on a bed and after talking with a rep. I discovered the original bed would be more then enough given my wife and I's body types. I found this very surprising that Purple was confident enough in their products and service to actually be honest about the products which lead me to spend less and they were total okay with that so long as I was satisfied. We have found a company we will be staying with thank you guys. *side note* We also bought 2 mattress protectors 2 sets of sheets and 2 pillows. ALL of their products are awesome we just LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE their pillows I haven't been happy with a pillow in forever. Buy a pillow if nothing else buy the pillow.

I thought this mattress was Just a overly pushed on social media product but I see why so much marketing is out there. I suffer from back pain and insomnia. I haven't had better sleep in my whole life. The level of comfort is unmatched and I wake up feeling refreshed with renewed energy. Thank you.

Worked great for a few months, but now is almost worthless. On one side of the bed there is a deep groove where I sleep. The purple grid isn't deformed, but the memory foam underneath is totally squashed. I'm only 220lb, seems like that shouldn't have happened. I guess you don't get this with the improved version without foam, but for the price I was really hoping this would have help up better. Purple grid is very nice otherwise, I enjoy napping on my wife's side of the bed when she's not there.

I am giving 5 stars for the customer Service. The mattress itself is good, but not great. My first one was a complete defect and was thinner than advertised and uneven and sloping heavily on the side. When I sent pictures of the mattress I was blown away at how quick and efficient the process was. I was immediately sent a replacement and it was exactly as shown on the website and much better. I've learned a actually need a little firmer mattress, but i still love it.

This is the best bed I have ever slept on. It is helping my insomnia and I don't feel tired all the time. I love it and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends. My only beef is that I could not afford the pillow with my mattress purchase. But that will be amended soon enough.

Great mattress! I was slightly nervous about getting the base model now that there are "better" ones. I immediately noticed that I was sleeping better even with some odd pains that I quickly realized was my back aligning correctly. Those slight pains went away by the 3rd night. My posture seems better and I wake up feeling far better than on our old mattress. 5/5!

I recently purchased a Twin XL Purple mattress, after several years on a Select Comfort, and a standard coil mattress. I have a history of back problems. After sleeping on my Purple for about 3 weeks, I have noticed a reduction in stiffness and pain after getting up in the morning. I am sleeping longer in between waking up in the night, and I feel more rested. I love my new Purple mattress.

1. It's tall which I love. 2. No smell whatsoever when I first opened it. 3. It took a couple days to get used to but now I don't want to get out of it. 4. My German shepherd has a very large high quality memory foam bed for himself that him & the cat would always sleep on & now they almost exclusively use my purple mattress. 5. Surprised I enjoyed the seat cushion so much. It was waaaaay better than my old one and I didn't even know it. 6. I am 5'2" & 105 lbs & i was able to drag it to my room and unwrap it on my frame by myself. 7. Super happy that I could finance it & that I had financing options because otherwise I would have had to wait much longer before purchasing.

I was waking up with back pain and headaches frequently. Regardless of having a 3 inch mattress topper, my mattress just wasn't cutting it. I started looking into the purple mattress because a close friend of mine had suggested it. (Owns a purple matress too) Needless to say, I made the switch to the purple mattress about a month ago and I haven't looked back since!

So I was skeptical 100% about this mattress but the results were clear in the first week. I read this and that between purple and ghost bed and I didn't know what to choose but since it offered a month guarantee or return it I said it couldn't hurt. At the first 3 days, i felt like this was uncomfortable and not what I thought my body didn't adjust right. That actually was purple realigning our bodies to how it should be! I was waking up cracking my back neck arms everything that my girlfriend thought I died. With purple, i would instinctively just try to crack my neck and back when I wake up and not one crack. On the first two days, this bothered me like how? why? and then it hit me purple is fixing me up day 1. Ever since it's been a month almost and I sleep cool, calm, and instant with no pains whatsoever. If you do feel pains like I did the first week it's your body adjusting back to how it should be. Purple was the best choice for me for a while and I will definitely get the pillows and other things in the future!
