I have multiple Orthopedic issues from childhood I also have several slipped discs in my back and neck I have a hip replacement I have a shoulder that I fell down and hurt. This mattress has been a lifesaver. The foundation is wonderful as well very sturdy very quiet lots of room to store underneath easy to vacuum underneath. I absolutely love this bed

When I first bought the mattress, nothing could beat it. Comfortable, quality sleep every night. A year after purchase I moved to a new home and I noticed my first few nights felt like I was half-on, half-off the mattress. These nights continued and I wondered if maybe this was the side my ex always slept on. He was bigger, after all, so maybe if I switched to the other side it would be better. It was, for about 2 months. Recently I started noticing that same feeling. I have a king, there's so much space, but now both sides of my bed are unusable for sleep? After 1.5 years of ownership? For the price I paid, that seems unacceptable. I purchase a mattress for a much longer period than this. Maybe other people have more luck, but new buyers should look at long-tenured owner reviews, not just those who are 2 weeks in.

My best friend recommended Purple Bed. After sleeping on his for a night and testing it out, I was sold. I recently made a big move for work and was in the market for a new bed. While I was skeptical to make such a big investment, I can honestly say this was one of the smartest purchases I've ever made. Statistics say you spend 1/3 of your life in your bed-so why not make it a comfortable bed? I am so happy with my Purple Mattress. It makes waking up for work in the morning hard. I would like to note, I did extensive research on other competitors before making my purchase. Purple, hands down, was the best value for the money.

If you're thinking about getting a Purple, do it. You will not regret it. The best mattress my husband and I have ever slept on. It's super comfortable, the sheets are soft as a baby's butt and the platform base doesn't squeak at all! So stop hesitating and just BUY IT! And when you get it delivered, make sure you try the raw egg test! Seriously though, Purple, you rock!

We love our king purple mattress. It's very comfortable. My husband used to have low back pain that just wouldn't go away even with physical therapy and chiropractor visits. After we got our purple his back pain is gone. He noticed it after the first night.

So we bought a king purple mattress, protector, pillows, etc. I can say that while my back pain has slightly improved, I sleep terribly, waking up and tossing and turning all night. I wake up exhausted. Sometimes because of how hard the bed is, it takes me an hour or more to fall asleep. The company we bought the bed from, wants us to try it longer and touts this crazy warranty that purple has. Well..I just got through reading the warranty information and it appears to me that purple left themselves with dozens of "outs" and very little guarantee to the buyer. Loosing some of the cushion over time is normal, but this other sag that must look like a body, well that's abnormal. Just way to many ways to wiggle out of the warranty and if I am paying that much money for a bed because I need the support and it settles or dips or anything and my back starts killing again, well then that warranty didnt help very much, did it? Then I'm stuck paying for a bed with a dip, and having to buy another. This made me not trust purple. When the warranty reads like a lawyer wrote it and the consumer can be shafted all too easily. ..between that and the sheer discomfort of the bed, I do think it will be going back.

After 5 years of wanting a Purple Mattress we finally bit the bullet. Got the basic queen model. I'm 6'1 and 230lbs. Wife is petite. Anyhow I found the mattress to not be deep enough. And I disliked the waffle feeling of the top. The bed was not as cooling as expected. Still slept warm. To solve this we got a 3 inch charcoal memory foam topper. Now it's awesome. So recommend expecting to spend a few hundred on a topper. But then worth it.

The purple mattress was comfortable for the first couple months. Shortly after the weight of my body (175 lbs) started leaving the mattress uneven. I tried moving sides and rotating the mattress but nothing worked. Now every night it sucks me into the middle of the mattress and puts me at an old angle leaving my back hurting most morning. I do not recommend buying this mattress because it does not stay comfortable for more than a few months

I got this matress couple weeks ago. So far we like it. Our old matress was starting giving up backpain, shoulder pain, and hips pain as well. The purple matress helps us very much, within few weeks our backpain, hips pain, and shoulders pain are starting to disappeared. We love it. My concern is I found that it's very hot and I've been sweating more with purple matress. We did purchased the matress cover and I don't know why I'm sweating more than I normally do with this matters. It says that it should give more cool in a hot summer day, but I didn't feel that way. I have the breathable sheet, but it doesn't help. Overall, I like the mattress and it is very comfortable as supporting our body.

It took a couple of weeks to adjust to the new mattress but once my body got use to it i feel more rested. I had too high expectations so i was little disappointed on my first night sleeping on it. Just give it time, break it in and youll enjoy the mattress.
