I was a bit skeptical about this material at first, but I slept over at my friends purple bed a couple nights and I was sold. Now all my friends are trying it out and are slowly getting converted. The only bad thing is that I can no longer sleep on regular beds. :'(

We bought the mattress based on the reviews and the advertisements. I wish we had the same experience but we didn't. Within a month there were already permanent body MARK'S that wouldn't go away and within 3 months the valleys were so deep we would get stuck and couldn't move around. Since we just went over the 100 day mark purple wouldn't give our money back (we didn't set up for a month after we got it.) they did send us a replacement which we are going to sell. Sorry to say we aren't going to use the second one. I wouldn't recommend this mattress.

I have different brands and models in my house (5 bedroom) I decided to give a try to new technology and definitely i was the best thing. This mattress is by far the best I've had, so I am planning to change all my mattresses to purple. You will notice from the first night, no more pain

I used to wake up in pain every day in my shoulder because I'm a side sleeper and my old mattress was terrible. I would also get very hot. This mattress sleeps amazing and I stay cooler through the night. I'm no longer waking up in pain which feels amazing.

We were lucky to get our mattress by Christmas 2018. We have loved our mattress since day 1. No more back pain and can't sleep on any other mattress anymore. The problem for me right now is that I'll be sleeping in my comfy spot on my back and I'll occassionally turn to my sides because I start to feel hot... which is weird because Purple beds are supposed to sleep cool. It might be because we layered the bed with the mattress protector sheet, then put a fitted Purple sheet on top of that, but why would Purple have those options if it's not going to allow the bed to breathe, right? My wife feels the same way. Another thing that's weird is that hot spot wouldn't take too long to cool down after I've turned to my side. Anyway, we love the bed but we can't figure out why it's not sleeping cool, at least properly, for us.

My husband and I shopped around and tried another mattress before finally settling on Purple. It has just the right support for us as two side-sleepers. My husband injured his lower back last winter and has had trouble sleeping ever since. And he would always wake up hurting in the middle of the night. We have both slept soundly since getting purple and enjoy it very much. I haven't heard him say anything about his lower back ever since we started sleeping on our Purple matress.

Customer service is really excellent. I impressed. Purple cares very much about the quality of thier product. We had our 7 year old Purple replaced via warranty no problem. The honored thier warranty very quickly and painlessly. Our new matter is perfect and we are back to sleeping sooo much better. Thanks Purple!

We bought the mattress for our daughter and she sleeps like a rock on it! Keeps her from getting too hot at night and coming into our bed. I understand why they have the "newer" models. The mattress is still comfortable, but it feels like you're sinking all the way through it.

Purple is by far the most confortable mattress I've ever slept on. It stays cool all night, and I could sleep in the same position for hours. I wake up feeling rejuvenated! My wife on the other hand likes a softer mattress. Something less firm. She doesn't sleep well on it at all for some reason. I wish I could cut the mattress in half so I could forever sleep on purple and get her something that suits her :-/

The ordering and delivery process was easy and as expected. I am still getting used to the mattress. They claim it may take several weeks to adjust to sleeping on their mattress. I have had issues staying asleep on this mattress, my wife seems to be sleeping without problems.
