I feel so well rested! I got the mattress, the frame, the pillows and sheets( the whole package). So easy to put together. The first night I slept through the night and every night after. This bed is amazing and has completely changed my husband and I thinking of a good night sleep. We sleep through the night, I feel supported and so comfortable. This bed is amazing. I will always go with Purple.

Overall it's good. I was expecting a little firmer but it is comfortable. I do really like the pillows, though I do need to use both for myself. When I double them up they're perfect. I realize doing this In manufacturing would make it not fit into standard cases so consider doubling up on them and put them in separate pillow cases. Or fold a single one and lay on that. Their shipping estimates were way off which created some difficulty for me due to my work schedule. Nothing insurmountable, but not as easy and smooth as advertised. It's still a high quality product and worth a look.

I'm getting no support at all from this mattress after only a few months. They say they'll keep replacing my mattress, but I'm on the second one and after six months there's no lower back support. I just want *one* mattress that supports my back. Honestly, really wanted to invest money into a mattress this time for the sake of my health and I feel as though that money went down the drain.

I've had my purple mattress for a about a month, and I still can't believe the relief I've had from chronic back/neck pain, starting with the first night. It was recommended by my physical therapist, and I sincerely couldn't be more appreciative. Absolutely the best purchase I've ever made.

I love our new mattress but i should have waited and got the newer version. I'm a very big guy and I feel I should have waited until I could afford the mattress with the coils for a firmer feel. My wife just loves the one we have and I know purple was the right decision for us.

After 2.5 years of service, I felt like I was bottoming out on the original purple mattress. Truthfully, I don't think it can handle a 250lb side sleeper long term. I sent some pics in and CS sent me a replacement mattress. I'm not going to open it and try to sell it on the secondary market. My minor gripe is, I wish Purple would have allowed me to pay extra to upgrade to the purple 4 because I think I will be in the same situation in 30 months or so with the original. I believe in this company. I've bought my daughter a full original and I'm 95% sure I'll buy the purple 4 if my original sells. Purple is a company that stands behind their product.

I was able to get a purple mattress refurbished. It has made major changes for me with my fibromyalgia pain and fatigue. I get a really good sleep. Although my underline problem still exist this has improved the quality of life for me. Allot of my doctor's have commented about how my condition seems to be improving. We are looking into trying the new mattress with the double layer and giving our mattress to our daughter. Our outer cover seems to be snagged easily it is wearing out. Like I said ours was refurbished so I'm not as picky as I would be with a brand new one. Over all I'm very happy with the benefits of our mattress and I highly recommend it for people living with similar chronic conditions.

I spent 3400 on a temperpedic mattress 2 years ago and let me tell you it had me going to the chiropractor every week . Never again memory foam!!! I love the Purple you somehow feel "lighter" because of how the purple cradles all your pressure points. I'm a side sleeper so with my temperpedic I'd have leg spasms because my hip would dip in to far also my shoulder would hurt to because of the "Stuck feeling " of memory foam. The purple really does make your spine aligned and is the best overall comfort I ve ever had in a mattress it's supportive but soft and if you do change position it rebounds very quickly unlike memory foam And I've never got hot in the Purple So looks like I'll save money on my chiropractor bill and it was worth every penny my next mattress in the future will be another purple Oh and the purple sheets are nice to

This is a great mattress. After about a month of having the purple, my body is still adjusting to the bed. I guess this is because I had been sleeping on a bed that was a piece of junk and started to sink pretty bad. I do feel that it helps realign the natural curve of my spine which is probably why I'm still adjusting. I do notice that my posture has improved while standing so that is a positive. I'm pretty confident that my back will get completely acquainted with the bed ( at least I hope so!) Anyway, it is a top of the line mattress and should be given a chance if you are serious about getting a new bed.

Not comfortable at all, gave me lower back aches. Had my brother try it, also wasn't able to sleep on it comfortably. I missed the return by 3 days from their 100 day policy. Disappointed for not keeping track of the days and for not having another option given like a partial refund or something.
