I have a Cal-King New Purple Mattress in medium support and a Queen Original Purple Mattress. They are both amazing! I have had absolutely no buyer's remorse ordering from Purple. This mattress is by far the best night's sleep I have had in many years. I recommend getting a good mattress protector. I actually like the Merous Cotton Mattress Pad - Pillow Top Quilted Mattress Topper, Fitted 18 Inch Deep Pocket Mattress Pad Cover better than my Purple mattress protector. It is more comfortable than the one I ordered from purple. Be sure to order your sheets from Purple. I ordered a set in white & in purple, but the purple ones are my favorite ones so far. The sheets fit the mattress perfectly and are very comfortable.

Our sales lady, Kaeli, was awesome. She asked us what we wanted and how we sleep and pointed us to the perfect bed. We ordered the 4-inch mattress and we love it. It's comfy, cozy, and we don't wake up aching all over like we did with our old bed. Purple heaven!

Unfortunately for me and my wife the matress did not work for us. We tried it for about 60 days and then started the return process. There truly is no reason not to try this! The refund was deposited back into my checking 3 days after proof of donation was submitted. I really wish it would have worked for us, but the return policy and how smooth it went will continue to have me refer friends and family to try it out first! I will be ordering a purple pillow very soon as well!

Honestly, I was neutral about the mattress. First week sleeping was dreadful. After that it was ok. Acceptable. I didn't love or hate it. My wife, however, couldn't adjust. New pains and they weren't going away. Too firm for her. But returning the mattress couldn't have been easier. Outstanding customer service. Will never speak negative about the company. Try it out if you're considering, you really have nothing to lose. BTW the stretchy sheet sent with is really, really nice.

A lot of businesses preach about their warranty, and then when you go to use it, surprise it's not as easy as they made it sound. But our platform base broke and punctured our purple king mattress, and when we emailed them with pictures they shipped both the frame and the bed out that night no questions asked! Seriously, there was 3 emails exchanged and they were so apologetic. That's a pretty penny they replaced with no argument! If you're looking for a new mattress, go with Purple! We've never seen such great customer service. Not to mention, their mattress is AMAZING!

I have only had my Queen Purple for about 4 months now and I can already feel a indentation where I sleep. I was a stomach sleeper when I bout the mattress but now it hurts my back to sleep on my stomach. I would rotate around the mattress when I sleep but I share the bed with my husband and my 65 pound standard poodle Winston, so as you could imagine there's little room to move around to prevent that.

Certainly more comfortable than the used 15 year old mattress I had been using, but not what I was hoping for. I am 40 years old, 6' 290lbs and I am a bed roller. I roll over and over throughout the night in an attempt to relieve pressure and I was really hoping that this bed would solve that issue. It did not. Even taking a sleep aid and 5mg of Melatonin every single night, I am still turning over a dozen or more times a night and I am completely unable to spend more than about 6-7 hours a night in the bed. After that, the pain in my lower back and shoulder/neck area is just too much to remain in bed at all.

I thought it was going to take time getting used to, but from the first night I was completely sold and obsessed. I wake up without back and hip pain and actually feel rested. I also sleep with the Purple pillow and the two combined are a dream come true.

I love my new Purple Mattress. I am getting such quality sleep. It is truly life-changing. Even when I'm only able to get four or five hours of sleep, I am sleeping so soundly that it is making a huge difference. Thanks for making such a great product.

Seriously this has been the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. It took some getting used to at first, because I sank into the old mattress ( with a two inch memory foam top) a great deal more. At first it was an odd feeling sitting up on top of the mattress and yet feeling no pressure on knees, hips, even shoulder as I rolled onto my side. I will say that if you're a side sleeper, do not skimp on your pillow. You wont sink into this mattress much which means you really need the pillow to help support your head when you're on your side. But now that I have a pillow as good as my mattress I've never slept better.
