I was one of the original owners of the first series of the Purple Mattress and for nearly 7 years it was a great mattress. It started to loose a little support and when I inquired about a warranty claim, Purple was great to work with. I followed the steps for the warranty claim and within a week a new one was being shipped and the picked up my old one. They were great to work with and I highly recommend Purple mattress to anyone who may be on the fence.

My Purple bed is everything they say it is and more. I sleep longer and deeper but the real plus is I don't wake up tired and sore. As much as I love sleeping in it, I can't wait to get my day started. If you want a bed that treats you better than you treat yourself, you need to look no further. Please don't waste another night without your purple bed.

i found purple through facebook ads and got curious. decided to replace my bunk bed and get a real bed. purple really delivered, they sent a sample of the material used and it was extremely soft and didn't lose its shape. i laid on the bed for 5 minutes and it was so comfortable i didnt remember the sleep and woke up refreshed 30 minutes later. installation was extremely easy, my brother and I assembled it together, purchased a queen sized set and the pillows came free. would recommend to others

Best mattress yet. It is a bit more expensive than other out of the box matresses, but personally find it worth it. It's supportive in a firm way, not the kind that contours your body like typical memory foam which im not too keen on.And top notch customer sevice. Hope they keep up the good work

My daughter found the purple mattress after years of me complaining of our mattress woes. It was the answer to everything and we love it. Needed to replace my daughters mattress and when I asked what she wanted, no surprise it was a purple. We all have a purple mattress. I think that says it all.

I was worried at first about buying a bed without trying it out first but I went ahead and took the risk. Of course they have their return policy but I didn't want to go through any more delays of getting a mattress I loved. My mattress was old and very uncomfortable and I slept on the couch most nights, which was still uncomfortable. I also upgraded from a queen to a king, so I got the bed frame with it. This bed has been amazing. I finally know what it's like to be comfortable in bed. The only complaint I would have is to be able to send the frame with the bed. The waiting period for the frame was 5 weeks longer than the mattress so I was sleeping on the floor with it (which was stay way better than before!). But if you already have a king then it wouldn't be a problem.

My husband and I have owned our purple for 2 years now. For the first year we enjoyed it and the. As the next years has gone by my husband and I both have been experiencing more back and shoulder pain than before we bought it. Constant visits to our chiropractor only to go to bed and wake up hurting. Of course we are way past the 100 nights but for what we paid, it's not worth it. At this point we are unsure how long we will keep it and have to spend even more for something better that won't break down as fast. Sad.

Ordering, tracking and delivery was perfect. My set up was very easy. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress gives me excellent support as I have slept on this mattress for about 2 weeks and wake up with less back and neck pain. I hope that Purple also develops an even more firm version of this mattress. It is one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on.

It is taking some time to get used to this mattress. But each day seems to be better. For our weight, it seems to be more on the firm side, but could still be due to the adjustment period. My hips are not nearly as stiff as they have been, so thats a plus.

My wife and I spent months researching new beds. Our old memory foam mattresses was killing our backs and sleep. After laying in tons of beds we decided on purple. It was really bouncy but soft at the same time. A weird feeling for sure. After a week or so we are in love. You have to buy the sheets that they sell. They are sooo soft and stretch perfectly with the bed. I get now why they recommend them so much. We are 3 weeks in and find ourselves going to bed hours earlier than usual. My numb shoulder and hip pain are gone. We are so happy with our purchase. We bought the original bed. Can't imagine how nice the higher end models are. Bottom line is the price is beyond reasonable. Thanks for all the work to build such a great bed. We would have loved to add the adjustable base but the price is way to high. Hope that changes as some point.
