I USED to sleep on a "high range air mattress" that every time the temperature changed, I had to reset my "number". Just got a "purple" .. best sleep I have had in years... I had to put it up myself.. the frame was a cinch.. but the king size mattress was so heavy I needed to borrow the neighbor's husband to get it up on the frame... and the part that says "unroll it with the grey side down" doesn't work because the mattress is rolled so that the grey ends up on the upside.... and my mattress started to expand before all the sticky plastic was off it... consequently I had to borrow the neighbor's husband again to help me flip it... NO easy task... Return it?? Over my dead body!!! You just need to roll it so that when it unrolls the grey side is already down. (already posted this to your facebook page if it looks familiar.. lol)

I love this mattress. We ordered a queen sized purple mattress and was skeptical. We have been suffering from a mattress that promised a lot but sank under the pressure. Literally. My side of the bed sank permanently. My back would be painful and go out often. My neck would also ache, but what is worse I developed nerve issues in my shoulder. Since receiving our blissful mattress all three pains have virtually disappeared. Thank you Purple, Alex

This was a great investment - I had a good mattress that was only 3 years old and every morning when I got up my lower back hurt so bad it was hard to walk for the first few minutes. The very first morning when I got up from my purple mattress I had zero pain - I can't believe it, I am so happy!

I was having back pain caused by a firm mattress, or at least that is what I was hoping was the cause. We went for the upgrade to Purple and never looked back. It offers great support for my hips where I need it and I absolutely love the feel of it. Only downside is it is not as effective when using tight sheets. Back pain came back a bit when I used cheaper flannel sheets, a bummer in the winter months. Purple released their own brand of sheets, but haven't tried them because I'm not interested in them aesthetically and my everyday Crate and Barrel sheets seem to work just fine. I am not looking forward to having to move this mattress into a new house because there is nowhere to grasp it and it folds on itself, making it difficult to move, but I'm sure it will still be worth it in the end. Would highly recommend this product, but consumers should know these other things going in.

This is my 2nd purple mattress and it's great. Just as the first it's comfortable and has pressure points where you need it so you're not sinking into it like a foam mattress. My spouse and I can't feel each other's movement when we are getting in or out of bed and this thing stays really cool all night. My order was delivered pretty slow especially compared to the first time 3 years ago. I know the delivery was slow due to FedEx delays during the pandemic though. The issue was I received a confirmation the day after I ordered and didn't have any updates or hear about it until I called 5 business days later. Unfortunately the call ended in a stalemate in which nothing could be done. 4 days later I went to chat on the website and waited about an hour and was never connected. I followed up with a call and wasn't told much more information. Finally I was unexpectedly called by a manager the same day who was able to give me more information around the delay and what the go forward plan was regarding a replacement mattress and getting it shipped Two Day. He was very helpful and available, and followed up with me via email 2 times until I received my mattress. Ordering is easy, the product is perfect, and customer service is very friendly and mostly helpful. I know I ordered in a difficult time so I'm just explaining my experience. I always recommend purple product to my friends and family and will likely be a lifetime customer.

I was biased at first but after purchasing this and actually get to experience this, it was all worth it! Definitely recommended! I love it! It is really amazing how much mattress can do to your body. I don't get back pain like i did on my old one anymore.If you are going to invest, invest it to your health. This is worth the money!

I've really enjoyed the first month with my purple mattress! The only complaint I have is it's very thin and every once in a while I can feel the bars from the platform through it. Now I'm a full figured woman so that could be contributing to it but my recommendation would still be to make it a little thicker so that doesn't happen for anyone. Overall I love it and I sleep great! I never want to get out of it!

I got this bed not to long ago and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! It's so comfortable and the base is awesome as well. It doesn't make any noise at all. The bed is so comfortable its unbelievable. I would like to buy a bed for my kids in the future but you guys don't have a full bed (T_T). Any way the price is also reasonable with all that I purchased and was also able to receive a free cushion. So Thank you for this awesome bed!!

We tried the Purple king mattress and I was never able to adjust. For me, my arms fell asleep (both of them), I woke up multiple times each night and just couldn't ever get comfortable. It seemed like once I picked a position in the bed (side sleeper), I was stuck there and the mattress wouldn't let me move around. My husband tolerated the mattress better but said he was hot and that the mattress felt like it was pinching against his skin. We did very much appreciate the return process. As promised, it was fairly painless and quick.

I had a serious car crash 36 years ago! I have tossed, turned, flint, walked around the house all night; or cried myself to sleep!! I've Slept on all kinds of mattresses, and it wasn't until I slept on my new PURPLE Split-King Bed did I FINALLY get to sleep through the night!! Thank you PURPLE!! ~j.
