Both my wife and I agree the purple has not really been impressive. Right off the bat we were surprised of the height of the mattress compared to our traditional King Size. Still feel pressure points in some cases worse that other traditional mattress . We are not convinced this is the system we would like to stay with. Can you provide us with additional suggestions ?

The Purple isn't as revolutionary and life changing as people claim, but it is pretty comfy and overall seems to be a good mattress. It's definitely been helping a little with my back pain, but I haven't slept on it long enough to fully judge it in that matter. Docking a star because the mattress was just left outside my house without a doorbell ring or knock of any kind. Normally that's not an issue for a package delivery, but this was a LOT of money just sitting outside my house waiting to be stolen so I am a bit touchy about it.

I am a heavier body type (250+lbs) and my wife is lighter body type. We decided to buy the base purple mattress after our current foam mattress was sagging really bad after a year and my wife is pregnant. The process of getting the purple mattress was amazing. We ordered it and it showed up in about 3 business days. It fit right in to our existing queen foam frame. It's been about a couple months now and the mattress has solved some major sleeping issues for the both of us. Wife states I don't roll around as much and she doesn't feel like she is going in my crater anymore. Wife feels like she is getting enough back support and has been loving the balance of firm/soft the mattress brings. I hope this mattress lasts as advertised. Might submit or edit a review if the mattress does not hold after a year.

I buy a lot of things online, but when it came to mattresses, I was super skeptical. My finance has shoulder problems and I have back and hip problems, but this mattress has changed the game. I haven't had such an amazing nights sleep in years. I sleep in whatever position I want and wake up without any pain. He hasn't been complaining about it either. Try it! You might thank yourself later.

This will be the 3rd Purple mattress I've bought. Gave my 1st to my sister because I needed to downsize (queen to full). And bought a king for my mom. If only Purple had a punch card... Needless to say, when it comes to comfort I go Purple and Purple accessories.

I was a Marine Corps Infantrymen for 8 years. I suffer from herniated discs, nerve damage and insomnia. Simply sleeping in any position on any bed increases my pain. The best relief I'd find was "resting" on the recliner in a sitting position all night. I wouldnt really sleep and was constantly tired. The nights I actually slept in bed I would toss and turn so much that I started effecting my wife's sleep. This in turn made the recliner an EVEN better alternative to my bed. One night I saw that silly Purple commercial and said What the Heck and ordered a king, frame and covers. For the first time since i gave away my sleep and sanity to the Marine Corps i slept 8 HOURS!!!!! I felt like a human again. My attitude improved i felt positive and outgoing... and even if I get in and out of bed the motion didn't transfer to my wife so she sleeps all night too! Purple, I know you make profits and this is a business, but from the bottom of my heart thank you for giving me a little back of what I gave for the country. I thought no one cared for us, but you guys helped us out alot. Semper Fidelis. Keep up the good work

I had to rewrite this... this is bed is so good, my review sounded like I was writing my girlfriend an anniversary card. I. Love. This. Bed!! Oh wait.. "We" love this bed. My girlfriend and myself purchased this bed together for our first bed purchase ever. Right away the first night, I slept better then I had in probably 4 or 5 years (my bed was probably well done like a potato). We use our sleep mask every single night too. I never would have taken myself for a sleep mask type of guy, but hey! When in Rome right?! You guys did a fantastic job with the overall delivery, sales pitch, you name it, you guys did it. I applaud you. I love this bed so much, my friend tell me I should be a promoter, because I Snapchat atleast 2 twice a day on this dang dream machine. Oh, really quick! We also purchased the purchased the protector and the sheets. Also a very satisfied purchase! Thanks Purple Peoples!

I am mostly a side and stomach sleeper, so the mattress ended up being to firm for me to sleep comfortably on. After trying it for almost a month, I called up Purple and they guided me through the refund process (which involves donating the mattress to charity). I had the Salvation Army come pick it, and the same day Purple issued me a full refund. Despite the mattress not working out for me, I think the company is great, as the Purple's support team was a pleasure to work with and there was absolutely no hassle with the refund process.

We got this mattress in our RV that we fulltime in, good thing we have a residential queen. It was a bit heavy for the manufacturer frame but after adding a few braces the mattress is no problem. I was having lots of back issues before and the first night sleeping on it was glorious. The 2nd and 3rd night was still a good nights rest even with our two-year-old in bed kicking around all night. I have also not complained about my back aching or hurting in the mornings or throughout the day. The biggest con to the mattress is that all day long you'll be thinking about just laying down in your bed. Which I did on a Saturday just bc it was so comfy and inviting. I have recommended this mattress to lots of my military friends and they are slowly making their way over to feel it and see what they think. One of them have already ordered it. Another one of the biggest things I believe helps the bed more comfy are the sheets that I got from purple. I don't think I'll ever use any other sheet again. Though expensive they really make the night. All of our other sheets have turned into ground blankets outside or in the garage already.

We ordered a queen mattress and platform bed, and the original shipment was a mismatched queen mattress and king bed frame. Within a few days I had the correct frame and had shipped the other frame back, with a minimum of fuss. The bed itself is so easy to set up, and incredibly supportive of my lower back and comfortable in any sleeping position.
