Hands down the best decision we have made buying the purple!!! My husband & I were both suffering from back/leg pain, I researched for a month!!! We kept coming back to purple....and I'm so glad we did!!! My husband & I are both sleeping through the night, we have our energy back & couldn't be happier!!! No more aching bodies!!!

I would never have considered myself a 'mattress diva' before owning this Purple mattress, yet I can honestly say that I've kind of become one now! I sleep better, I feel 'safe' that I'm spending such a good portion of my l24 hours on something that is good for me. I am comfortable, and I feel kind of ' pampered' by all the science that went into this mattress. I thought about it for a long time, because I am thrifty, and I wasn't too disappointed with my regular old mattress I bought 8 years ago. Yet my husband was never a big fan of it. He found it uncomfortable. So I bought some memory foam for it. That made him feel too heated. Even though I was okay with the old one, I wanted something that he would like. And he does! He sleeps more sound, and wakes feeling more rested. I am feeling that it was a good health investment, and I'm glad that I did it.

After a quick and easy checkout (receiving an amazingly convenient term at zero interest with AFFIRM), My Purple Hybrid Premier 3 swiftly arrived at my door a few days later. A large 200 pound tube that arrived on m porch had me initially confused. "Surely they can't roll up a mattress with springs in it to the size of this package", I said to myself. Momentarily having the negative feeling of being delivered the wrong version. But I was wrong & had nothing to worry about. They actually do vacuum ship Hybrid Premier 3 with springs like their cheaper counterparts. This has got to be a industry first packaging/shipping protocol. Color me impressed. Now I just gotta figure out how to reverse engineer it, to get my existing mattress out of the way. I wish right? I proceed to open tube to unfurl mattress, gave it a couple days before sleeping on it as recommended to expand. By night 2, I was purposely forcing myself to give it one more night to expand, thus making it that much better when it's ready, even if that was only in my mind. It was worth it, big time. Night 1, I lay down on what feels like nothing else I have ever slept on before. My body knew straight away. A tingling and all encompassing feeling consumed my body. My spine and muscles instantly relaxed into what can only be described as "euphoric realignment". Then, for the next few minutes as I drifted to sleep, my body felt like it was releasing years of poor sleep pain and discomfort. It was almost a shock to the system unlike any feeling I've ever had before. I am a pretty large guy at 6'2" & 280 pounds. This mattress truly supported me like no other. Over the next few nights, my body slowly got used to the mattress and this unreal lightness you feel as you sink into the purple grid while simultaneously feeling supportive. After a few nights, my sciatica got noticably better right off the bat and I look forward to crawling into bed every night now. The mattress itself has become truly Life changing. Period. A tool to improve sleep habits. Hands down, this has become the best consumer experience of my life. Start to finish Purple delivers on all counts. I also purchased the Purple frame. A mattress protector & basic plush pillow came free with purchase of mattress. The Purple frame, which is extremely solid and supports mattress the better than any other I've seen before. Total surface area support. No chance to sag. Solid. Adds to the feeling of feeling truly "supported". The Purple mattress protector was more a thin fitted sheet than a traditional Mattress protector. The packaging explained that this was purposeful in order to have nothing but a thin layer between you and your mattress. I get the intent, but not the norm nonetheless. The plush pillow was nothing special and is the bottom basic pillow type. No innovation here. Finally, The sleep masks that came with the mattress were silly. Too small, thin and uncomfortable to use in real life. More of a marketing swag item than anything. But all that was free, so I can't really complain. Bottom line, life changing. The true evolution of sleep culture right before our eyes. Thank you PURPLE!!

First things first, the ordering shipping and quality of the mattress was all first rate. And my experience with customer service has been perfect so far. I am in the process of returning the mattress now, so we'll see. The reason for the return is that this mattress is to firm for me and my wife. It seems to be a quality product and does sleep cooler than my current mattress with a 3" memory foam topper. So quality in my opinion is not a problem. I did use the purple sheets on the mattress. So that tight fitting sheets isn't the problem. I'm primarily a side sleeper and a big guy 6'0 260lbs. My wife is a combination sleeper, stomach and side and much lighter lol than I. We both quickly developed pressure point pains, me in the hips and her in the shoulders. If you like a bed on the firmer side I'd recommend this product, it does in my opinion sleep cooler than other similar mattress.

I'm a little conflicted about my purple mattress (the original one), cause initially when I got it I loved it. The feeling of sleeping on it was just wonderful. Soft and yet stable. My back felt well rested in the morning and I was pain free. But after a barely 5 months of sleeping on it, and mind you I'm not a heavy person (6' 165lb), the comfort level changed drastically. Now I go to bed with my back feeling fine and wake up with a stiff and painful lower back. And it seems to be getting worse. I can deal with the pain with stretching exercises through the day but it's always right back in the morning the moment I wake up. I don't know understand if maybe the cushioning effect is already worn out. Laying on the mattress I can tell a difference between the center of the mattress and the borders. And I'm trying to get away from sleeping dead center, and sleeping on my back instead of on the side. But I can't control how I turn during the night. Am considering getting a better bedframe but more than likely I should have gotten a different kind of mattress.

My back and overall body pain has definitely decreased since sleeping on the Purple. I tend to toss and turn a lot all throughout the night but this mattress has decreased that as well due to the comfort of it. It is taking my husband a little longer to get used to it. But with anything new that's what I consider normal. Overall we are very happy with it. The only downfall I can say so far is that I do still get very hot with this mattress but that could be because I have a mattress protector on it.

I have had my mattress for 3 years now and still love it. I have had such success with my sleep satisfaction that I purchased another one for someone else. They always had lower back pain when waking up and now no more back ache. I can't say enough good things about Purple products. Love, Love, Love.

The bed, thus far, has been very comfy. The base has been good (the massage feature is weird and unnecessary, not relaxing at all). The mattress is very cool to the touch, which will be awesome in the summer, right now it is kind of irritating. But I digress. Delivery took FOREVER. We had our PowerBases for two weeks-just taunting us. A better coordination between those deliveries would make so much more sense.

I can't tell you in a review how great this bed has been for me and my wife but I'm going to try anyway it's the perfect compromise between two people that have completely different ideas of what a good bed should look like if you're on the fence read this review purchase it you can thank me by writing a review for somebody else and let them know how awesome is this

We have had our queen purple for around 5 months now. It is incredibly comfortable and has helped reduce back pain and head aches. We travel a lot and wish hotels would adopt the magic purple. We have a second home in another state and just purchased a purple for it.
