I had some shipping problems, notified customer service and was helped immediately. I absolutely love my purple mattress, pillow, back cushion, and butt cushion. I splurged a little and got some goodies in this order and do not regret it. It has helped alleviate back pains each morning, keep me cool, and is amazingly comfortable.

I have spine damage from way back. I have to get up and move around throughout the night. I seldom get 3 continuous hours of rest. That has changed because of my Purple. I slept 5 straight hours the first night only to be awoke by a car alarm. I did 6 the next. Ordered the pillows and sent one to my Mom. She said it has the first time her neck hasn't hurt in the moring in forever.

Mattress is extremely comfortable, I love that it adjusts to my body and it's firm (I weight 130 pounds). I highly recommend it for for someone who is petite or with average weight. For someone more on the heavy side, I think I would recommend the hybrid.

Have had some medical issues causing muscle pain and even on my worst pain days I still felt restful. It took a little getting use to but overall comfortable and love the look. My husbands chronic shoulder pain never allowed him to sleep on his side and he now can!

I absolutely love our new california king size purple mattress. It was so easy to put together and then to actually sleep in it was just amazing. I never thought a bed could be that comfy. The only thing I would say which I don't believe is in purples ability is to make sure you have base on or before you get mattress so you don't have to wait to put it up in anticipation. Other than that ordering bed was easy shipping was decently quick and product is super comfy. Great bed! I plan to order again!

The mattress seems to as discribed but after numerous calls to the cue and supposedly my place was held and a return call will have, I'm well past my 30 days stick with the mattress with no customer support, no tech support, no information, no return call or email, but you do get what Is advertised, delivery was quick and set up was mostly easy. Not sure I would buy again or refer someone to buy it.

The mattress is great, and I received a mattress in good time - six days. The problem was that it was the wrong size - a full size instead of a queen size. Then after I called about the error it took one day less than three weeks to get the correct mattress.

We were searching for a new mattress and had heard good things about the Purple. having no fear of being stuck with something we didn't like as they will come get it if you're not happy we took the plunge and bought the frame, box springs thing and all. i'm amazed. i've had water beds and several different regular beds and the Purple is by far the best i've ever slept on. i sleep better, don't snore as much, if only it was warm when i got in it would be perfect.

I was a big hesitant on buying a bed on line. I am sooo happy I did. My husband and I both love this bed. It took no time at all to get used to it. No more back aches when getting up and my husband slept right through his alarm 2 days in a row! :) I also got the sheets which are amazing, so soft. Overall, I think the best bed I have ever bought. This is the most expensive mattress we've ever purchased. After nearly a year of going back and forth, we finally purchased a 3" mattress topper. The Purple mattress was just too firm. We were hoping for the "cloud-like" feeling as advertised, but it's very firm. We weigh 130 and 175 lbs and we just don't sink into it at all.
