Set up that I paid for was not done. I had to do it myself after spending a small fortune with your company. It was not appreciated as I was out of town and the task was left to my wife and 11 year old son. Other than that, I love the mattress and power bases.

I've never written a review for a mattress before and I never trust 5 star reviews (I mean come on, there's always room for improvement), but this is an incredible mattress! We have gone through 3 mattresses in the last 15 years. And that was holding out for years after he mattress compressed to inched shorter than it was when purchased. We're going on one year with this one and it hasn't lost shape at all. It's still just as comfy as the day we got it. Now the squishes... Let me just say that idk why you are not marketing these as shoe/boot inserts. I just ordered a 50 of them so that I can put them in all of my teenagers sneakers too. It takes 3 or 4 lined up per shoe, but I've never been more comfortable.

Full disclosure: I am an active duty service member with a few war wounds. I haven't quite hit middle aged yet but my body has more miles on it than most men get in a life time. 6'5" and a respectable athletic 280lbs. I fell in love with memory foam years ago but found they break down too quickly. The sagging hurts my spine like only a fellow sufferer can comprehend. Wife is a sporty 6'4". Since we started sleeping on our new Cal King Purple we have both achieved a deeper and longer state of sleep. In fact I am regularly sleeping 4-6 hours solid before needing to roll over. This is a huge improvement as I was getting little over an hour at a time in our memory foam along we used before. The bed responded quickly, is firm yet soft enough be still be very comfortable. I am experiencing less back pain then before and I am able to start my mornings without the in bed yoga routine I was accustomed too. In fact, my only complaint is that we sleep in a lot more than we used to. Hoping this amazing bed holds out as long as others I've spoken to about their Purple. In closing, IF YOUR ON THE FENCE, BUY THIS BED!!!

After a year with this bed it has really gone down hill. After about 6 months it started sinking in, after a year, you cannot sleep in the same spot two nights in a row without being in a big dip. I wake up frequently with back aches and joint pain. It is really disappointing to have this after only a year.

After watching advertisement and knowing we were due for a new mattress, my wife and I agreed on buying a purple mattress. The only concern I had was that my wife really prefers a soft mattress where I prefer a firm mattress. However, when the bed finally arrived and we test drove it, we both agreed it was like laying on a firm yet very soft cloud!! We both have had great nights of sleep ever since!! Great bed Purple!!! Would definately buy it again!

I was in a pretty bad car accident a couple of years ago. I hadn't had a decent night's rest since then. I was constantly waking up in pain or uncomfortable throughout the night and then I'd almost always wake up stiff and sore and hurting. The pain ranged from my neck, left shoulder, and upper back. I've now had my Purple for around 3 months and I wake up pain-free almost every morning. And I don't stir during the night anymore. This mattress is amazing and has revitalized my life. I'm exceedingly happy with my purchase! I completely recommend anyone and everyone who can, does buy this mattress!

I would have given it five stars but it does hold body heat. If my partner is sleeping beside me, it quickly gets too hot to sleep comfortably, even if I am only under a sheet. Outside of that... I can't say enough about how great this bed is. Best I have ever slept on!

We have had our Purple (king size) for just over 2 months now. We used to have back pain and were too sore to move every morning. This bed is amazing. It has made pretty much every pain go away. We never had the "break in" period that other people talk about. Our backs felt better the very first morning we woke up on it (which is good because getting it put together was painful). I also use the cushion on our uncomfortable old kitchen chairs, and it helps a lot.

I've had back pain for over 10 years and 3 days sleeping on purple helped out allot. Great firmness and support but can't recommend the pillow. It is way too low and my neck is not comfortable but that's just maybe me you're experience may be different.

I admit I really thought okay, can a mattress be THAT good? Well yes it is. I slept like a baby after a full bottle of milk. My husband entered the bed and I didn't even wake up! My only complaint is the strong new mattress smell but for the sleep that I got it's worth it.
