I was expecting this to be somewhat of a sleep changer. When I unrolled the mattress initially, I felt one side was softer that the other, and after less than a month, I can already tell which side I sleep on as there is an 'imprint' forming. I hope it doesn't get more noticeable or I will have to return before my 100 days. Outside of that, the mattress is very comfortable and spot on firmness for my sleep style.

Mattress works fine for me as a side sleeper but for my husband he finds it too soft. He doesn't like the 'sinking' feeling. I had hoped the mattress would work for both of us. We are still only ~30 days into the 90 day trial period.. so we are still on the fence if we want to keep it or not.

I told my husband to pick the mattress because I have always been able to sleep well on anything. He's happy with the mattress but I wake up every morning with lowerback pain that I have never had before. I thought I may just need to get used to it but we are several months in and I'm still having back pain. I am looking into getting a topper for my side of the mattress to see if that may help.

Out of the box, just as expected, easy to open from the heavy roll and comfortable from the start. My only hesitation on a 5 star rating is that I feel like the purple honeycomb layer on top could be just a bit thicker to account for more body contours/softness. Have only used it for a few months, but so far, so good.

The bed was very easy to set up and was delivered relatively quickly. I have been experiencing back and leg pain for several months. My son ordered a purple bed and it helped his back pain so I decided to order one too. We haven't had ours 30 days yet. My pain isn't totally gone but I am able to sleep longer and hope it keeps getting better with time.

I have tried every bed on the market, and figured this was my last try. The first week I was walking up with shoulder and hip pain. I was reading the purple Web site to get info to send the bed back when I came across the advice of using sheets that will stretch allowing proper support. I realized that the heat blanket that was under the sheets may have been the problem. I removed the heat blanket and that made all the difference. No more shoulder, hip or back pain. I love this bed.

When I ordered this I was offered a set of sheets they did not come and I could find no way to contact company. The bed is OK as I ordered it because I continually wake up to back pain and hoped this would fix it but there as of now has been no change in this problem. I will give it more time to see if it gets better.

My decision to purchase the Purple Mattress followed a lot of research. Cal king standard size is 72 wide and 84 long. The purple Cal king I got measured 72 wide and 80 long (at the bottom). In addition, the concave shape of the mattress makes the top of the mattress smaller, measuring 70 wide and 78 wide. This resulted having a gap of almost 6 inches at the top of the bed, pillows keep falling in that gap. I have notified purple and they have sent a new mattress, the new one is better but it still is 3 inches short. How is it possible that they have sent 2 defective beds in a row I have requested a refund.

So in the last two or three weeks I notice I cant get out of bed. I sleep through all of my alarms (all 5) and have been late to work on mornings I open. I was considering going to a doctor worried about fatigue or something but when I thought about it... I GOT THE PURPLE MATTRESS ON CHRISTMAS! My body has just actually been resting and I'm so comfy I don't get up! Therefore I had to come share that I love the purple mattress albeit I have to get creative with waking up now. Haha!
