My teenager was really set on having a Purple so 3 years ago we bought the first. It has worn really well so when it was time for me to get a new bed I went back to purple. I enjoy how much its helped my joints... much less hip pain so I wake and roll less.

My husband and I had both had back problems for about 7-8 months and could not seem to find a solution. We had purchased a new mattress (different brand), gone to chiropractors, received massages, etc. and nothing would help. Eventually I started to think that maybe it was the mattress we bought and that maybe we should try a Purple mattress because my parents had one and they were always raving about how amazing it is, so we purchased one. It took a couple days to get used to, but we LOVE it and neither of us have had a single issue with our back ever since! We will be Purple customers for life!

Unfortunately I had to return this beautiful mattress I'm a hugh guy and needed more support..My own fault! Thought it would be soo so stressful on the return, but the Purple people were nothing short of incredible..Kind, considerate, patient, and very professional!!

My wife and I opened this up and the kids put it together for us. My wife said it feels like the other bed. About a week later I noticed she sleeps all night now compared to waking up early. She loves it. I am a side sleeper and just had back surgery. It is a great mattress. Supportive where it needs to be and my shoulders don't go to sleep and ache in the middle of the night like the old mattress.

This bed is worth it! I mean, really worth it! I was so hesitant about buying online since I could not feel it prior to purchase and I knew no one who had one. However, with the 100-day trial period in mind, I decided to try it out. I'm so glad I did! This has to be the best bed I have slept on! I am a stomach sleeper and the bed I had prior to this was just not cutting it anymore. I am too young to be waking up with hip and shoulder pain! At first, I thought it was because I was not exercising enough, so my body wasn't tired - and I would toss and turn all night. I kept thinking it was everything but my bed being the issue because, let's face it, a new bed is pretty expensive. Finally, at the end of my wits and waking up (once again) in my overstuffed chair because that is where I would fall asleep at night, I decided to look into a new bed. And I looked into A LOT of different beds but I kept coming back to this one. And, yes, good people, it was the bed! I got the Purple Mattress and Platform Base together and have not regretted it since! The bed and base arrived on the same day and in record time, set up was a breeze, and sleep was found that night! I will admit, it took me a week or so to get fully use to it but now, 3 months later, I have no problems sleeping. I am not hot at all in my bed and all my pressure points are relieved. I have problems getting out of the bed in the morning because I want to stay in it! I wake up pain free, refreshed, and ready to go. I would recommend getting both the amazing Purple Sheets and the Platform Base as well. I never realized how much my old bed squeaked and how much it kept me up until I fell asleep on my Purple bed and didn't wake until the next morning. I will definitely be getting another for my daughter! My parents tested mine out and decided that they are getting one too!! It's worth it guys!!

The purple company is great, the return policy is great, they are nice and easy to talk to. The mattress itself did not prove to be comfortable for me. I am a slide sleeper and I got the original style, I tried it for 100 days and I didn't love it. I had back pain that I didn't have before and found myself more restless. Hopefully this helps someone else! Mattress shopping is hard and I had people rave about it but was let down. Still totally think it's a great company and maybe one of the more expensive mattresses is better.

Was good first couple of days but then just became to uncomfortable. Called and spoke with someone about return and they helped me with the complete process for a return. Now we are just waiting on the company to pick up. Might be good for some but the mattress is just way way to firm for me.

after only about 15 days i was bottoming out into the yard foam. 30 days in there was a big dip in the mattress. my back, hip and neck hurt every morning. i really wanted to like it but i don't feel like the polymer is doing anything. i just sink right through it. it seems pointless.

I've been very happy with my queen size Purple mattress. I haven't noticed any real change in terms of back pain since I've started sleeping on it but it's helped a lot in regards to pressure points. I didn't give it 5 stars mainly because I'm 300lbs+ and so when I sit up on the bed i seem to go through the layers a lot more than I'm sure i'm supposed to. I bought it knowing this could be an issue and am still happy with it.

Why I give Purple a 5 star rating but returned the twin xl mattresses? The all foam original Purple mattresses were difficult for my wife and I to adjust to having an had an innerspring mattress for years. If we could have afforded Purple's Hybrid selections, we would have definitely purchased from this awesome company. After giving the mattresses to a needy family (taking a picture and filling out the donation form), Purple immediately refunded the "entire" purchase price with absolutely NO pressure to keep the mattresses. They were very kind and helpful. You cannot go wrong dealing with a company that stands by their agreement and places the interest of their customer above their own. Thank you Purple!!
