Our mattress was 'lost' en route and the reorder was a bit of an ordeal. Some of the customer service agents were awesome and some were absolutely mind numbingly frustrating. Once we finally received the reordered mattress, it was amazing. We love it!

I started with a purple pillow about a year ago and love it so much I wish I could travel with it!! (It's really heavy though and I pack heavy as it is.) I finally got my mattress last month and love it just as much. Perfectly squishy yet firm...love love love it.

I'll start off with that I've owned a purple mattress and pillow for 3 years now and love it. However, recently ordered the purple queen size power base and was delivered damaged. I took off work for the delivery, but had to refuse the product due to it being damaged. When I reached out to customer support they said it would take up to 2 weeks to get my refund! I'm having family come visit( I live in SC and they're coming from NY) and I don't have a flipping bed. Of course, I had gotten rid of my bed frame so I could receive the new power base. Absolutely, ridiculous!!!! Then they tried to blame it on Pilot the delivery service, it was obviously damaged when the product was packaged. Saying they have to wait on Pilot to return the product before issuing a refund is absolute bullshxt. Thinking about calling JG Wentworth because "I want my money, and I want it NOW".

Purple is the second mattress we bought online. The first was good for me, but not the wife, so we decided to try Purple. Now my wife is happy (you know what they say about that), and we are both sleeping well and my shoulders aren't sore in the morning. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the price is a bit higher than the competition.

My husband and I are both long-time side sleepers. Even though we both still attempt to sleep on our side, we are finding that the Purple forces us to move to our backs. We both agree that we are quite comfortable while sleeping on our backs, but side sleeping is a hard habit to break, so there is quite a bit of back-and-forth for us throughout the night. That being said, any time either of us wakes for a moment to shift, we are back to sleep in moments. And we both wake feeling pretty amazing after a full-night sleep. We are growing fans of the Purple Mattress and are even considering putting the queen into our guest room and investing in a king-sized Purple Mattress in the near future.

First things first, the ordering shipping and quality of the mattress was all first rate. And my experience with customer service has been perfect so far. I am in the process of returning the mattress now, so we'll see. The reason for the return is that this mattress is to firm for me and my wife. It seems to be a quality product and does sleep cooler than my current mattress with a 3" memory foam topper. So quality in my opinion is not a problem. I did use the purple sheets on the mattress. So that tight fitting sheets isn't the problem. I'm primarily a side sleeper and a big guy 6'0 260lbs. My wife is a combination sleeper, stomach and side and much lighter lol than I. We both quickly developed pressure point pains, me in the hips and her in the shoulders. If you like a bed on the firmer side I'd recommend this product, it does in my opinion sleep cooler than other similar mattress.

As the title says, the hype over these mattresses has kind of set an impossible expectation on them. It has had a subtle but still noticeable impact on back pain. Have to take down one star for how outlandishly heavy and difficult to move that sucker is. Took 4 people to get the king mattress up a staircase and set up. Totally worth the buy if you're settled in where you live.

I have relatively broad shoulders for my frame, so sleeping on my side (the only way I can sleep) meant I either had to let my shoulder get crushed and cause a huge arc in my back or raise my arm up and use it as a pillow to decrease my back arc - both ways resulted in really restless sleep and shoulder/neck pain. After a week with Purple my pain started to ease up and after a month I'm sleeping all night and waking up pain free. My wife adjusted more immediately, and like me, she's waking up ready to start the day rather than waking up sore or tired. I would absolutely recommend Purple

I'm a large woman, at when I first looked at the pics on your website I thought the mattress would engulf me as soon as I lay down on it. But it's fantastic! Not too firm, not too soft, perfectly supportive. Don't be spooked by the pricetag -- it's a little pricier than coil-spring mattresses, but those aren't even in the same league. This is more comparable to Tempurpedic (my previous mattress), but it's less than half the price, PLUS it's not nearly as hot in the summer as the Tempurpedic. I could not be happier with this mattress, and I've already convinced two other friends to purchase one.

In all seriousness, while the color did catch my eye, it was the amazingly thorough job they did explaining the varied reasons and purposes behind every innovation they made to the mattress. These thoughtful improvements, when brought together, make a mattress well worth the comfort.
