Bed turned out to be way too firm for my wife and I. Purple was great though on the return however they were unable to find anyone to pick up our mattress. If you are in area where they can't find someone to pick it up you may be stuck with hauling it away

I've been sleeping on it now for months and the pains in my neck and sides are all gone. Install was super easy; it was like opening a purple twinky and rolled it on the support box. Then cut the vacu plastic and and pulled it off like a table cloth trick.

In the beginning it took some adjustments coming from a box spring mattress. However its been wonderful since, my body got use to it. Comfort level excellent.Purple mattress was the VERY first piece of furniture we bought when we closed on our first home. Best investment ever!my husband and I love our new mattress. We've had our purple mattress for a couple years and the mattress is fine. I like higher thread count sheets and they do not stay on this mattress. So, I had to purchase the Purple sheets. They are like a t-shirt material and kinda stretchy. So all night long I'm pulling the fitted sheet out to try to smooth it out and they are thin, so you can feel the grid underneath. We tried the entire sheet set, but the top sheet just bunches up and is impossible to keep up with all night. I buy the sheets I like to use for the top sheets and pillow cases. Then I have to buy the expensive (expensive because the quality isn't there and I only use the fitted sheet) Purple sheet so the fitted sheet will stay on the mattress. We have to replace the fitted sheet pretty often, because it doesn't wear well. Final annoying straw was this week when I received another set of Purple sheets. I ordered white and it didn't say anywhere on the site that they were discontinued. So, I get whatever color they wanted to send me and then I find out the white was discontinued. Returning things is always a pain, so I'm just keeping them. Bottom line, I wouldn't order the mattress again. I don't know if my sleep is better or not, because I'm constantly just messing with the sheets. For the price you pay for the mattress, you would expect not to have constant frustration.

I haven't quite decided if I want to keep it or not. A lot of the reviews talked it up so much and I would hope the price would be justified in the long run with longevity of the mattress but as far as comfort goes it is definitely more comfortable than my worn out mattress but it isn't the amazing experience that people were describing in the reviews. The tool that it comes with for opening is horrible and went straight into the mattress cover. Once it is open call all of your friends for help if you need to move it because it is incredibly heavy and awkward to move around. So floppy when trying to move it. It is more firm than soft which isn't want I was expecting at all, as far as comfort goes it hasn't made me say "Oh this is comfortable" yet but it hasn't made me think it was uncomfortable. I was expecting it to be softer though. I am going to give it more time before I make up my mind on it.

I've been sleeping on my purple mattress for about 20 days, every single morning I wake up sore, my arms fall asleep and I am uncomfortable. Contacted purple and they won't stand behind my mattress because I bought it from a dealer in Lincoln, Ne. Worst mattress I've ever slept in. So disappointed!

Unbelieveable! It feels so good even the dogs dont get up to see me when I get home. Best matress on the market. I haven't regretted it one night. It Sleeps cool and it is comfortable no matter which position you choose. It is more expensive than everything else because it is really that much better. I'm a lifetime customer from now on

Buying this mattress has changed my life and my boyfriends for the better overall. I fall asleep faster and he wakes up with no pain. The bed was the heaviest thing I've ever had to lift even with help. That thing could easily give you a hernia. I did feel nervous about spilling things on the bed which might mess up the powder inside and felt the only solution for that worry was to buy the purple mattress protector. Once you buy one thing from purple you keep needing/wanting to get more.

Sleeps cool. 6'1" 215lbs side sleeper. Perfect position. Had nagging shoulder impingement/pain for the last 2 years. bought several contraptions/pillows to alleviate discomfort. Threw them all away after this mattress. Afraid to sleep in hotels. Wish you guys were around in my 20s and 30s.

So we got this to end the pain we were suffering on the older mattress we had. I am split on opinion. The mattress is great, feels nice, not a particularly cosmic experience like I expected but ok. I have found my body pains persist after sleeping on it now for a month. Maybe I have some other thing going on? In summary, Still feel the queen is too small for us but it is ok for now. I am stunned at the price but I guess that is what mattresses sell at now adays.
