Worst mattress I've slept on. I'm 5'7" tall, weigh 165. The top of my body sunk further than the lower creating a very unnatural feeling while trying to sleep. Felt like my butt was in the air and all the blood was rushing to my head. For people who have terrible mattresses to begin with may find it okay but for those who've experienced quality please don't waster your time trying it. I will say, the company responded promptly to my request to return and had it picked up in a timely manner.

I have gone through several mattresses over the past few years trying to find one that helps my back pain. Even a Sleep Number bed wasn't helping. I have had the Purple mattress for 2 weeks and can already tell a major difference in how I'm feeling when I wake up as well as during the day. I am hooked on Purple!

Our satisfaction with the mattress is still being evaluated. Some nights we sleep great, other nights, our backs hurt some by the morning. This never happened with our sleep number bed. I am also wondering if we bought at the right time as I don't know if we got a great price or a great deal for some extra things when buying. I don't particularly like when companies do "specials" and you end up feeling like you didn't get the best deal because of when you bought. Just make everything standard. Every customer gets the same deal no matter when they buy. Pretty simple. Verdict still out, on the company and the mattress, just like my review states.

I must say that I this mattress was not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be. I know it states that it could take up to 30 days for your body to get accustomed to the new mattress. Both my wife and I are just trying to make it through the 30 days suffering each night with lower back pain and constant tossing and turning. I thought the Purple pillows would be the saving grace as well, but those also are turning out to cause us both neck pain as well. I prefer a thinner type of pillow, I think for me, if the pillow was about 1/2 the thickness, it would serve me well. My wife likes a thicker pillow and she has tried night after night adjusting the booster, but to no avail. We will continue with the trial on both the mattresses as well as the pillows, but our thoughts are as of right now, that we will be returning them. On a brighter note, we LOVE the sheets!

Our first king purple developed sags where we slept after 2 years of sleeping. We contacted purple and after some email contact back and forth Purple shipped us a brand new mattress. The only difference is this King mattress was a little bigger by a couple of inches than the previous one.

I've suffered from chronic back pain for the past 8 years, (I'm currently 28). This bed has allowed me to wake up feeling normal again. My back feels completely relaxed when lying down. I love this bed and can't wait to get home to get some rest in it.

I've had the twin xl for about 2.5 months and I have to say it's a very nice mattress. Very supportive and comfortable, also the cover is incredibly soft. My previous mattress before the purple was 14 years old and had a lovely crater in it that needed to be filled with 4 thin fleece blankets and topped off with 2 sleeping bags. Needless to say I had some severe neck, back, and hip pain from sleeping on this mattress for the past few years (I'm 25 btw). The purple mattress took about 2.5 weeks to be delivered and was super easy to open/throw on the floor. Since I was used to sleeping on a terrible mattress it took some getting used to and honestly it was a bit uncomfortable at first. However, after about 2 weeks it was really nice and comfy. It's a very supportive mattress; it relieves a great deal of pressure but also pushes back very slightly at the same time (a nice feel that has made all of my body pain disappear). Since I've received the mattress I've also lost about 17lbs (was 178lbs) and it's not as comfortable as it has been, it feels a bit to firm for me now. I'm fixing to start the return process but overall it's a great mattress that I would highly recommend to anyone who likes a mattress that's a bit firmer.

I have suffered from chronic back pain for many years. In addition to every possible medical and alternative therapies, I have tried new high end conventional mattress with various toppers (some helped a tiny bit) the Sleep Number Bed, a foam Mattress, and continually sleep with a fat pillow between my knees, and finally I tried the Purple Mattress. I AM IN HEAVEN. Every night that I sleep on it my back seems to heal and improve a little more. No longer do I wake up unable to move until I do the physical therapy exercises and walk with pain for hours upon rising. Purple has improved both my sleep and my wakefulness- my pain has decreased significantly and I am able to be more active and take little to no medications for pain. Thank you Purple, you have changed my life!

I contacted to inform them my sheet which is one of many purchases I made from them was falling apart and they said it had a one year warranty the purchase was made a little over a year ago they did offer 10% another purchase but I don't know too many people that would purchase sheets that don't hold up and aren't made to last longer THAN ONE YEAR.

Previous mattresses have always lacked in support for my back. Once I got the Purple mattress that all changed. My back feels so much better and I am sleeping through the night more and more. I would absolutely recommend the Purple mattress to everyone.
