The purple bed has been absolutely amazing. I've had mine for almost a month now and I definitely notice I'm getting better sleep. Having a memory foam mattress previously, I also notice that the purple mattress stays much cooler throughout the night as does the pillow! I Would definitely recommend anyone who is on the fence to purchase one!

It truly saddens me to post this as anything but amazing because I had high hopes for this. However, I must leave a review in hopes that I can save someone the money and frustration. After weeks & weeks of research, reading & watching reviews, I had decided on a Purple. For the 1st year & a half it was fantastic. I had previously been experiencing such hip, back & shoulder pain, it would wake me up in the middle of the night gasping for air and in tears. So this mattress, it was a dream. So extremely comfortable and literally the first night, NO PAIN. Fast forward a year & half later, i'm in the same pain. I try laying on my back, laying on my side & even my stomach which I can't stand doing. Oddly while the mattress itself is still comfortable to the feel, as soon as I lay down, instant pain. Then I wake up in such excruciating pain every morning & can't shake it during the day. It is currently 10PM & my hips are still aching. I've now resorted to sleeping on the couch lately, which of course had not been pleasant on my marriage. However, now my husband is in extreme pain daily as well. I am well beyond my 100 days so there is no returning. It makes me so sad that after all the hype, hopes & money, this was only temporary.

Love it! Had the sleep number for years, but we started having issues with it. I was not paying for a new one, so I asked a friend who had a purple, and they loved it. I gave it a shot, and we absolutely love! Our purple has provided a good nights sleep since the first night.

My Wife and I have been waking sore for the last year or so from our former Pillow Top Bed. We have had our Purple Mattress for just over 3 weeks and we love it. My wife doesn't feel me roll over or get out of bed early in the morning to go to the gym (which was a huge problem). We also get a better night sleep and do not wake up sore anymore. When I got it I expect a little too much. I honestly thought it would be life changing, coolin, hitting all the spots just right. But it could've been the bed frame I got, for it could've been that I prefer a much more frim bed but I woke up with (lack if better works) back pain for like 20 mins then I was fine after standing up. Its a good quality. But it was not much different from my original bed, which I don't mind loved my old bed. But it was just to much to get the same bed

My 79-year-old mother purchased this mattress after tons of research to find the best mattress for her needs. She has been sleeping on Purple for two weeks now. After waking up for years with a backache when trying to get out of bed, she is pain-free. She has always had to get up before she really wanted to because her back was hurting. Now she doesn't want to get out of bed. She also has a bad hip which caused her pain to lay on and now she is able to lay on it with no pain. She wakes up less at night and doesn't toss and turn because of pain. She said it is the best mattress she has ever had!

Are you kidding me? This is THE BEST MATTRESS EVER !! I told my husband who can buy a mattress online without checking it out and laying on. Well, after spending good money on other name brands in our local stores and had to return them all after testing and laying on them and a couple I even laid on for an hour. They were horrible and put me in pain that I didn't have before. (now I know where all my pressure points are) What happened to the quality of the old name brands? Thus I thought ok what do I have to lose with money back guarantee. I did it, I ordered online and OMG. Best night sleep in two years and the pain the others gave me I had to return (for store credit) was gone on night one. Purple saved me. And for those like me saying how ridiculous it was to buy that sight unseen among other words. I take it all back. Even my ailing dogs sleep better and we all do not get hot! 3 dogs and two peeps. I normally never write reviews and just had to do a review on this. Please don't ever get rid of this original mattress. 10 year warranty but even if it last a good 6 I will be purchasing again for sure. In fact I am going to order the new dog beds! The key for those that say they are hot is the bamboo sheets. Don't use regular sheets. There is a reason why and I can feel the difference. Closest to bamboo is jersey modal 100% pure beech. They work too. Being menopausal I found what works. Awesome Bed! Its been almost 30 days and I know i will go past the 100 day guarantee. But comfort is comfort and I found it. Always had lower back pain in the past and when my old bed wore out I knew it was time for a new one. Just can't believe the beds in local stores were crap now. Husband called up brother who works for a foam company and told us that the name brand companies were using lower quality foam nowadays. That might explain it. My son a truck driver has the seat cushion and swears by it. I bought the mattress and called to tell him and he told me he had the cushion. Wow, we didn't even know each other had purple in some way. He wants to see if they make custom bed for his truck. I asked him to call purple. I don't have that answer yet while writing this. It arrived nicely packaged and was amazing to watch it open. Follow directions and there is zero problems. We did it and didn't have to move or lift. Awesome-Love it !! I read so many reviews and know a few people that have the purple bed, my wife and I were looking to get a new bed and decided to pull the trigger on getting a purple mattress! Man what a mistake we made, we've had it for about a month now and we're getting worse sleep than what we we're getting. We are always tossing and turning and we both wake up exhausted, on the bright side it a good thing we kept our old bed because I will be returning the purple mattress.

The products are great, but customer care leaves much to be desired. Different pieces of my order were delivered with a delay between 2 to 4 weeks instead of anounced 2-4 days. When asked to change delivery address because of the delay nothing happened. All items were delivered to old address which resulted in 3 separate 30-mile rides. Nit convenient at least.

We've had the Queen Pirple for 2.5 months now. The mattress came shipped in cool packaging and was easy to set up. In general, we like the mattress. The only downsides have been (1) we've tried a few different sheet sets and none of them stay on the mattress very well. They slip off the corners easier than what we've experienced with other mattresses and (2) insleep pretty hot and it is normal for me to wake up completely soaked ever since we got this mattress. Even my husband gets night sweats now (didn't used to). The mattress is very comfortable (right combination of firm and soft), but we're just so hot! Overall, good but not great.
