Was surprised to find that a bed could be shipped and arrive wrapped like a large rug and then turn into a comfortable mattress. Loving my new mattress! My only complaint is you used Fed Ex vs UPS. If I was rating Fed Ex on this delivery I would give them a one.

Very happy for my purchase. Bought 2 queen mattresses and adjustable bases for myself and my 85 year old mother. She went from having to sleep in a recliner to sleeping fitfully back to bed. I too am sleeping better with less shoulder, back, and hip pain during the night. I also bought a twin mattress for a 92 year old family friend who was in great pain in his shoulder and back. He too has staighted a decrease in his pain. Thank you Purple for improving our quality of life. Terrific customer service!

My wife and I are 300+ pound people and I'm thinking we bought way to firm a mattress. She has done nothing but complain, vehemently, every day since we received the mattress and started sleeping on it (about 21 nights). The purchase was her idea. Me, I have chronic back issues that forces me to sleep with a memory foam wedge system. So all I need is a bed that is comfortable for my tosh. Mom sleeps on her stomach and side (mostly stomach) and obviously I'm in a seated position (zero gravity position). So, unless we can get a more comfortable purple bed, we're going to end up having to go shopping again. Just don't want to spend a small fortune, but may get forced into it. The pillows are great, in my books, but she's not a fan of those either because they are too thin. Works for me though. I get to sleep with both of them, if I choose.

I truly love my new mattress!!! Seriously, I've gone through 4 different mattresses in a year. This is the best one. No more headaches or body aches. Even if I don't get lots of sleep I feel better than sleeping 8 hours on a traditional mattress. The sheets are amazing as well as the pillows. My 12 yr old grandson keeps begging to take one home!!!

Sleep great with no aches in the morning. Easy to move in bed, don't feel stuck. Sleeps cool. Very heavy so needed help moving it upstairs. Hopefully the weight is indication it will last longer than my Tuft and Needles which lasted only two years. It was very light by comparison.

It's been a month since we began sleeping on our Purple. It's everything you talk about in your promotions. Around this house we refer to your mattress as "Purple Magic." No more morning stiffness and back aches. Fantastic! Probably spending more time in the reclined position then I should :) PS: I experimented with the two samples of the materials you make the mattress with and enclose with the directions using them as shoe inserts. Work great. Have you considered making orthotics? Or maybe a line of foot sole inserts?

I'm tall and like to spread out so I got a queen. While it's really comfortable, at that size it's quite hard to lift. Even lifting up the corners just to change the sheets is a small workout. I'd recommend inviting a friend or loved one to help out on delivery or changing bedframes.

I purchased the purple mattress and harmony pillow and i can not express how perfect it is! Its like laying on a cloud that you cannot physically get out of. This is the best purchased i have made in my lifetime. I use to be a side sleeper and also a stomach sleeper. I use to get bad neck problems and pain in my back from not having the correct support my body needed while sleeping. The mattress and the pillow have solved every problem. I can sleep on my back ALL night long. it forms so well to my body and i love it so much!! I would recommend everyone to purchase purple products and i have already encouraged it! "The Purple mattress is the best mattress we've ever had, period hands down. We had been looking for a mattress that relieved both the lower lumbar back pain we both had, and the shoulder pain I had. It accomplishes both, we now sleep through the night and we wake up pain free feeling refreshed, no more aches. After sleeping on the mattress for 3 weeks it sleeps cool and comfy, and with the grid pattern, we no longer disturb each other when we get out of bed. This was money well spent, we love it!
