Great mattress, would have given 5 stars but do wish the mattress was a little taller. Maybe even an inch. When I am sitting on my knees on the bed, I can feel the slats on my platform bed frame. When I am on my side or back it is great! One really positive note is that I can leave my arm behind my girlfriends head without it getting sore or going to sleep. Just for context, I am around 205lbs.

I was very excited to receive my Purple mattress. I had tried a mattress from the Nectar company only to return it because the mattress retained indentation or body impressions. I am sorry to say that Purple mattress is no different. I sleep alone & on one side lot of the time & while Purple is a completely different material it does not appear to be a better product.

Purple is unlike any surface you had laid upon, but it's so darn comfortable. It's the best of all mattress worlds, firm where you need it, soft where you need it. It cradles your body with support, not in the way memory foam does where you sink in. Purple is like sleeping on a cloud. We also participated in the kickstarted for the purple pillows, and both of us wake up refreshed, no neck pain, no stiffness, no body aches. It is so worth giving Purple a shot!

Just got another for my second bedroom. This mattress alleviated me waking up and feeling "bent" for an hour. Perfect support, you feel almost weightless. I recommend it to everyone! I would love to see your company develop a car camping pad/mattress! Thank you!

At first, I was not so happy with my purple mattress. But, I was using my old mattress protector and sheets. I didn't think sheets could make that big of a difference. Before I decided to return my mattress, I decided to order the purple mattress protector and the purple sheets to see if they would make a difference. Now, I can really feel how the mattress contours to my body. I wake up less during the night and with fewer aches. I would recommend the mattress highly, but it is necessary to get their recommended protector and sheets.

Somebody wrote this bed is not for the big boys. He is 5' 9'' 230 lbs. Well i am 6' 2'' and 275 lbs. I can tell you there is no problem sleeping on this bed. I noticed if i sit on the edge of the bed it compresses down and i can feel the frame. No big deal. It does seem to be warmer than my old bed. I can live with it. I am physically messed up. Many back surgeries. Hip replacements. Shoulder surgeries. I normally change positions on my old bed over a dozen times every night. The purple bed has reduced the position changing to 2 to 4 times. Huge difference.

Love the Purple bed. I have never slept better on a mattress from the first night. I previously had the sleep number bed. This is by far as better mattress than the sleep number especially with regards to the cost. The only complaint was that it took 6 weeks to get not the published 3-4 weeks. This company is going through growing pains. This is a great problem when your product is a smashing success. All in all a good experience.

My husband and I purchased the purple mattress along with the mattress protector, platform, and sheets a little over a year ago. We love everything! I was having hip pain from pressures points with our previous mattress. No longer!!!! When we leave home and stay elsewhere, we are always happy to return to our purple mattress! My prime motive for writing this review is to compliment the company not only for it's fine products, but also for the extraordinary customer service. We had a couple of glitches along the way, and with a call to customer service (filled by friendly and knowledgeable people) our issue was handle promptly and efficiently. Big Thanks to a great company! BTW, we love the "s doing the "sitting on the raw egg" demo for our friends. They are always amazed and love trying it themselves.

So grateful we took a chance on all the Purple products. I had neck surgery two years ago, and I can't believe the difference I feel now. I'm sleeping through the night, and waking up feeling rested and out of pain. The Mattress and Pillow have given me my life and energy back!

We have been sleeping purple for about a week now. We noticed we are getting better and uninterrupted sleeps with the purple. Our previous "bobopedic" memory foam mattress would become so hot at night that we would sweat and wake up. I like that you this mattress isn't as super firm but firm enough for support and that it doesn't get hard. I did try a couple different pillows and got a Neck ache with one of them so find the right pillow for you before blaming the mattress.
