This mattress is firm but soft hard to explain its done wonders on my body im a furniture delivery man suffered from lower bak aches and now that i own a purple mattress i wake up brand new ready to take on the of being a delivery man.... thanks to purple

The purple pillow CANNOTt be made any better, used to wake up with headaches and occasional neck pain but NOT anymore. No more searching for the right pillow, I have found it.Love the air bladder ,but a quick tip, you don't need as much air as you think.Love it, would give it 10 stars if I could.

I bought this bed over a year ago. King. I have returned this already and now about to return for a second time. This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever had. I bought this because I also own the queen which is actually pretty good. I am confused as to why the king is horrible.

It is comfortable and definitely better than my last bed. My husband has had back surgery and it has helped his pain levels. I can feel the grid pattern which I don't love but think after I get another cover over it that will diminish. I would prefer if it were thicker, it sits pretty low to the ground on a standard frame and box springs. Overall we are pretty happy with the purchase.

I won't say the bed isn't comfortable. I think the pillowy aspect is the problem. I'm a big girl and I tend to sleep on my back most of the night. It seems there is a pocket in the bed now of where my rear sits! It just didn't do everything I thought it would. And honestly, this is just me! My husband, who we bought the bed mainly for due to a car accident and 2 years now of recovery, doesn't like it at all. It was more of a disappointment than I was thinking for the amount of money we spent on it! I feel him moving around all night long trying to find a comfortable position!

Absolutely the best thing we've ever done for ourselves....purchasing a Purple Mattress. It took a month to get use to the "feel" of the mattress. We found it "weirdly" comfortable at first. But now....we sleep like rocks and wake with no pain. That's the key friends, no pain. And this mattress delivers that! We will never sleep on anything other then our Purple. Nicole Howton

This is the best bed EVER!! I haven't had a good night sleep in 13 years. My back would always hurt and then I got migraines. Ever since I got my purple bed, no back pain at all and my migraines went away. I have showed your videos to my family and friends and HIGHLY recommended EVERYONE buy this bed.

I love my Purple mattress!! The financing available has aloud me to have a top of the line mattress, sleep well, and make manageable payments. I have been putting my mattress on top of an air mattress until I can afford the base for it. My back and body has benefited greatly and has experience no pains until my air mattress below starts loosing air and the mattress is not so flat, lol.... (trials of living paycheck to paycheck) But! I love it and thank you to the Purple Team!

I had a huge dip going on one of the sides of the Purple Mattress and after contacting the Warranty, and providing proof of the issue, they gladly provided my with a brand new replacement. I am already having issues with BOTH of the sides sagging / dipping now. My nights are becoming a nightmare as they were before with the old mattress and my wife is now pregnant... they last thing I want is for this mattress to cause more back pain on her. Please, send me a newer, non-faulty, model.

I'm a side sleeper and the Purple mattress is just too firm for my needs. I tried to get used to it, but have not found a comfortable position even with varying pillows. Perhaps if Purple had a choice of a deeper or softer top, it would have worked. Thanks for the opportunity. I've reached out to the "return team" and they were very helpful.
