I absolutely love my Purple mattress! I admit I was skeptical in the beginning, especially since there was no show room to "test drive" the mattress before buying it. I bought a couple of the Purple cushions and used them for a few weeks before taking the leap and ordering the mattress. I love the cushions and that played a huge role in the ordering of the mattress. I use the Royal Purple in the car and the lumbar cushion has been used as a pillow while waiting for my Purple pillows to arrive. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and my body has taken a lot of abuse from lifting, moving, supporting wobbly patients, and moving heavy equipment, so it is no wonder that the old body is creaky and sore most days. I have always slept on a posturepedic extra firm mattress, so I was skeptical that a Purple would provide enough support for me. When we first took it out of the package and tried it out, I thought, "no way, this is just going to be too soft and not enough support". However, after the bed was made up and I actually went to bed for the night, I was amazed at how well I slept, and even better, how good I felt in the morning! I felt cradled by the mattress, with plenty of comfortable support. My back and hip pain was significantly reduced after just one night of sleeping on the Purple and over the past several months, the pain continues to diminish. I wish we would have had Purple mattresses for our patients when I was working--I'm sure the patients with severe arthritis would have benefited from the comfort and reduced pressure on their arthritic joints (we did have pressure relieft mattresses, but nothing that was as comfortable as the Purple). I love how the mattress maintains a comfortable sleeping temperature, regardless of whether the room is hot or cold--no more "covers-on, covers-off" all night. The company is great and transparent which should be paramount in a new company. Good return policy. Took a bit longer than expected to get the bed delivered but nothing terrible. On to the negative side the mattress is extremely heavy and very difficult to move. When laying on it the mattress is VERY hard and I barely sink in. I know it is supposed to offer some resistance for support but it is rock hard. I am a 6'1'' male weighing 190, I sink in my hips and shoulders but the mattress is very hard. My wife is smaller at 5'2'' 115lbs and she does not sink in at all. When I was researching all the review said this mattress would be soft...not the case. Sleeping on it for 2 months hasn't really helped either.

I got the pillow recently because I have a stiff neck in the morning. I was hoping for a miracle cure, but I didn't find one. I think part of my problem is that I sleep with my hand under my pillow and that elevates it too much, but I can't really tell what's going on.

I have always had trouble either falling asleep or staying asleep. I've had my Purple mattress for about three weeks now and it has been amazing! I have never slept better. I also used to always wake up with back pain. No more back pain! Thank you Purple Mattress!

I don't think it's a bad mattress just not as good as it seemed to be. Don't like the purple part it's too firm and I feel stiff sleeping on it. The purple top forms to you're body but I always remember to feel the texture of it and always feel conscious about it. Over all not that bad but not what I expected considering the price .

The first few nice took some adjustment, especially for my wife. It's not like any other mattress I've used (standard and memory foam), and it was a good month before she got used to it (I liked it after about 2 weeks). It's very cool, and has great support.

Excellently made product, helped out alot with my back pains from standing at work for 12 hours a day. Mattress is decently cool but the hybrid pillows are a must have with it. Only complaint about the purple mattress is that it feels like theirs a spot in the center where it formed some what of a body marking which is odd since its only 3 weeks old but othet than that it's a great mattress.

So far loving the bed, pillow, sheets, and mattress protector. Keeps me cool at night and my back doesn't hurt when laying down on it. The pillows were awkward at first sleeping on them but I've gotten use to them and they are actually really comfy. I love the fact they are heavy and I can't move them when sleeping like i always did with my other pillow. I have 3 kids who join me and my fiancé every now and then and we can all fit comfortably on the king size mattress.

I have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome, and my joints ache constantly, especially my left shoulder and my neck. This bed has changed my life. I have not slept more than 3 consecutive hours in over 10 years as I would wake up in pain and couldn't sleep on my left side or back in regular beds. I now sleep soundly for 6+ hours, can sleep in any position, and am feeling better than I have in years. I have bought very expensive mattresses and nothing compares to this one.

For months we have attempted to get enough sleep to not be tired all the time (about 8 hours) to no avail. Turns out that with the addition of our new Purple mattress and no additional time sleeping we wake up rested and refreshed every morning. Thanks for the rest!
