My two daughters, ages 14 and 12, love the two Purple mattresses that we ordered. Contact free shipping worked well, and it was nice to have the duffle bag style shipping containers with straps and the tool to easily open the mattresses one we got them to the upstairs bedrooms. They were easy to carry with the suitcase-style straps. Also, removal of the plastic wrapping was easy with the nice tool you provide with the shipment. I am so glad I did not waste time in mattress showrooms. Ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza (this is the same thing I said when I ordered my Tesla car). I highly recommend your mattresses. Your no questions asked policy for returns is comforting at time of ordering. Now I know why - No one would find a more comfortable mattress, finding it very hard to want to send it back. You know good ole goldilocks was right- there are many different types of mattresses out there = bad news! With so many choices you're torn all those directions trying to decide where to spend your hard earned cash. In the last - let's take 3 years - we've spent close to $2500 on 3 mattresses! Yikes!!! Now I know we got a half price deal on our purchase prior to the buying the purple so yes, we too have fallen into that trap. Buy a temperpedic they say, buy a softer one they say, buy a purple they say .... well we did!! And man, after the first night you knew something was different. Now just under 3wks in my husband has stopped rolling over then falling to floor to get out of bed ( that's how stiff he was waking up with temperpedic mattress) I used to have a catch in my lower back - I don't know how to explain it other than a WAY better support at night to realign my body!!! If you've got a good laugh watching the promo video like we did you will know exactly what they're talking about after you make your lifetime investment in this mattress. Don't wait!!! That's the only negative about the mattress was the anticipation of it getting to us (approx 2weeks) but worth it all!!! Worth it all!!

Let me first start out by saying that the bed was not too bad. Just a little too firm for me. The thing with purple that was horrible was when I ended up wanting to return my bed it was not picked for 2 weeks after I contacted them. The customer service was not good.

We received our queen mattress over two weeks ago, and every day I fall more in love with this bed. When I move it doesn't wake up my partner, and vice versa. The bed is soft on first touch, but firm in all the right places. It's so stable I can even do restorative yoga on it!! I have a chronic illness, so the quality of my bed matters a lot. I didn't realize how much until now. I will never go back to spring mattresses! More info: We have ours on a sturdy slatted platform bed from a well known furniture company and the combo is wonderful. We are using the Purple Mattress Protector, but have normal high quality cotton sheets. My partner and I are both normal sizes/ weights.

My girlfriend and I got our mattress last week. It felt weird to me the first night (I honestly wasn't comfortable) and after that it got better and better... It took a few days to get used to it and since then, it has been the greatest mattress we've ever had! I've always had sleeping problems and knee pain. My knee pain is down about 80 percent (The pain would ironically get worse when I would finally get off my feet and lay down on my old mattress) and I can actually go back to bed when I wake up in the middle of the night. We couldn't be happier, Purple Rules! P.S. My girlfriend could sleep on a rock but she also loves it haha.

After a few months of sleeping on my couch because of a hip injury, I was getting really annoyed with this situation and needed to find a solution. I asked my chiropractor what he would suggest for a mattress. He told me that I should get the purple mattress. I never heard of the purple mattress, so I researched it and shared what I learned with my husband.We decided to order the mattress. It took, maybe, two days to get used to this mattress, but I was able to sleep on this mattress, from day one, without any pain. It's been about three months now and I love this mattress. Most mornings I don't want to get out of bed because it is so comfortable! I did read negative reviews about the mattress after I purchased it, which made me nervous, and I felt like I made a mistake in purchasing this mattress. But, when it came, I decided that I needed to try it out for myself. So I did, and I am very happy with this mattress. I sleep better, and my hip injury, which I still have, lets me sleep without any pain. My husband loves it also. I tell everyone about the purple mattress, and, I've had some come lay on it and say, Wow! So, for me, it was a positive choice. Thank you, Purple!

We've had our purple for about a month now and it's life-changing! I don't wake up as much in the middle of the night, and I wake up feeling so much more rested. And, in the past I'd wake up most every morning with a stiff, sore back. No more! It's great. I also can stay up a little later but still feel rested in the AM, I think simply because I'm getting better sleep. Awesome all around, totally worth the money.

Unfortunately I did not like the feel of the purple grid. I really wanted to love this mattress but it just wasn't comfortable to me. It hurt my back and I could feel the individual grids poking sensitive areas like my ribs. However, we received excellent customer service and that is greatly appreciated.

If we had to run hurdles to get to our purple mattress we would! The most incredible, comfortable, restful sleep ever. No sore hips or backs when we get up. We are retired and hate the idea of vacation without our purple matress. Can you make one for our RV? Please!

The Purple mattress is worth the price. I've always heard great things about the purple mattress and do they live up to those things. I usually side sleep, but the mattress is perfect for any style. Smell and adjustment might be the only few gripes with the mattress. The smell goes away after a couple of days to about a week. It's not strong or pungent but it is noticeable sometimes. Also at least for me my body had to get a little used to the structure beneath it. However, after a few nights it's like floating on air sometimes.
