I have tried pillow top, memory foam, inner spring etc and nothing has even come close to the purple mattress. I was skeptical about what it said about cool sleeping above the mattress not sunk in mattress and you sleep like Your on a cloud. I don't hurt when I wake up and I finally look forward to going to bed. We put in the queen purple wave in our RV but when we build our home next year, already told my husband we will be getting a king size!!!

My wife loves it!! Me still working into it I guess, I hurt the first 2 weeks we had it was very disappointed. But I sleep on my side so I need a softer bed and this really is not a soft bed. The purple section is but after that it really firms up and for a side sleeper i can be painful. I did some research and everything said give it a couple of weeks. ( I Just got done trying a sleep# bed for the worst 2 months of my life) But I hung in there and I will say after 2 weeks I have become much more comfortable! I sleep deeper than I have in a long while and I don't wake up sore any more. The longer I sleep on it the better it feels. But I don't know if it will ever be as comfortable as I remember my first memory foam bed being. But I do believe the purple is better for me.

While you provided sheets and pillowcases, if I was not in a time pinch, we would have bought from your competition. They offer sheets, pillow cases, and pillows. But was in time to satisfy my family. Tried to review sheets but this form has defective links. So I am not a fan of your stretch sheets. Rather have Egyptian Cotton

We purchased the Purple twin mattress several weeks ago. Adam, our son needed a new mattress. We looked at other mattresses before making our purchase. Adam is sleeping more sound and comfortable. He committed that we should have done this for him a long time ago. The mattress he had was at least 20 years old. We will be purchasing one for ourselves in the very near future. Thanks Purple.

Easy setup and relatively smooth shipping. Wish it had gotten in the mail a few days earlier but once it was in FedEx system the delivery was smooth. Once received the setup was simple and the online video is helpful. It's definitely a unique feel the first time you lay on the mattress due to the polymer layer. But after a few nights, it is absolutely the best mattress I've ever owned. If you think it feels strange at first just give it a chance and you'll get used to the new feel. I received a free purple pillow with the purchase and while I think its fantastic, I'm not sure I'd spend over $100 on it. I also purchased the purple sheets, which I think are excellent and well worth the money if getting the mattress.

I'll say first of all that I believe each person sleeps better on different types of mattresses. I don't think there's one mattress that's best for everyone. That said, Neither my wife nor I got anything close to a good night's sleep on our Purple for three straight nights, and we returned it afterwards simply because we couldn't keep going like that. We truly needed to get more sleep, and we've never experienced that in any mattress before. The Purple was much more firm than we expected, even with stretchy sheets. I don't hold it against Purple very much that we didn't sleep well on the mattress, and delivery was pretty fast, and the return process was easy and painless. The packaging is another story. Our previous mattress was a Casper, which we also returned, as it was surprisingly firm as well. I took a video of the Casper setup, and it literally took three minutes from being in the delivery packaging to being on the bed, inflated, and ready to lie down. The Purple comes in way too much plastic. It was easily 15 minutes to wrestle through all the overlapping layers of plastic wrapping, and was a much more physical process to get it out of the plastic and laid out on the foundation. The bag it ships in (which hopefully is recyclable, in spite of the big zipper) looks disturbingly like a body bag. There was definitely a smell, which disappeared after a few days. I don't mind it personally, but my wife did very much. As I said, the whole experience was pretty painless, and I applaud the way companies like Purple are cutting out the ridiculous mattress stores from the process. This one just wasn't for us.

Had this pillow for a year or so now and it's the worst pillow ever doesn't keep you cool is not comfortable big waste of money I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this company or their products had to rate before I submitted it I would do zero but it won't let me

We ordered the Classic originally and it was too firm. Purple exchanged it for the Plus and we paid the difference. The Plus is much better and it is a bit softer but thicker like a normal mattress. Had some issues with the upgrade cost but Purple made it right. We are sleeping great on the Plus now!!

Before this mattress, my wife and I were waking up sore and not getting a full night's sleep. Not any more! First off, I loved not having to go to a mattress store (seriously, who wants to do that?!) I found the price reasonable. My only complaint is that it took a little longer to ship out our mattress than the 1-3 business day claim. We hated out old mattress so this one could not get here fast enough! We also bought the base which arrived a good bit before our mattress so that was not helping the anticipation. Our California king mattress arrived and we put on some jersey knot sheets right away. It has now been a couple weeks and I still love getting into our new bed! Neither of us wake up sore and we sleep through the entire night (as long as our toddler does as well). I bought this mattress after a strong recommendation from a co-worker.....needless to say, he was right and now I can't recommend it enough to others!

I spent years on a coil spring mattress and didn't realize the comfort level could be so much better. I love the Purple top layer and am already sleeping much better. I will definitely be sleeping on Purple for life. I was struggling with sciatica and now with physical therapy and the Purple mattress I am feeling much better.
