Pro- The bed was delivered quickly. Cons- The foam bed was extremely uncomfortable. The price of the hybrid is too high But worst of all don't expect to see your refund promptly. I returned the bed on April 20th they say they processed it on April 21st it is now May 10th. Would not recommend trying this company if you expect to replace it with another bed unless you have the money to pay for both.

I've used the mattress for over a month. I think the mattress is comfortable and supportive. However, I haven't noticed any improvement in my sleep, or that I feel different otherwise. I didn't have any noticeable problems from my old coil-spring mattress, so maybe it wasn't worth fixing a problem I didn't have. It is a nice mattress though, it just wasn't life changing as some would want to believe.

I purchased the purple mattress and the purple pillow, and I am in love. I am primarily a back sleeper, and I am not sure how well this would do for pure side sleepers, but for me it is amazing. With my old mattress, I would wake up with horrible lower back pain unless I slept with two pillows under my knees, and now I don't need them! And the purple pillow is heaven on my neck.

I am a very big person, because of that I can't roll over at night. With a regular mattress, I not only experience a lot of pain, but would break a mattress in less than two years. After years of buying expensive mattresses that didn't stand up, I got a Purple. My Purple is several years old and has not been effected by my weight. It has no dents and is as comfortable now as when it was new. Naturally, the only mattresses I buy fr my family are Purple now too.

Yes, that thing is HEAVY!! But so worth the struggle! I have chronic back and neck pain from a military-related injury, and this has helped significantly. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is personal comfort preference. I really like soft pillowy mattresses, but because I weigh 140lbs, I sort of float on top of Purple, so it feels much too firm for my taste. However, it definitely gives me all the advertised benefits, so I really don't have room to complain! I love it.

I love our new Purple bed. It's flippin cozy! Even though it's rated as "firm" it's actually quite soft! I love the Purple support so much that I wish I could order it twice as thick!!! (hint hint... pssst, send me one and I'd be willing to try it out. You know, if I had to... I guess I'd take one for the team.... (-; ) Thanks for being brilliant and such!

The purple bed is amazing. I never slept all night and always woke up with a sore back. Now I never wake up in the middle of the night and I never wake up sore. I tell everyone about purple! My mom says I should be a sales rep for purple! I carry the little grid around in my purse to show people.

Purple did an awesome job helping me figure out which bed to get for a mostly side sleeper....and did they pick out the right one! if this was any stiffer (like the hybrid) i probably wouldn't be as comfortable. This is the perfect bed for side sleepers and also back sleepers. (yes its great for more than one position!) I immediately felt the support factor of the purple grid the first time I laid down on it. And my typically tight back already feels better after just a few weeks on the bed. If you are a side sleeper and unsure what bed to get....start with the original. You will save money and also get a super supportive mattress that will make going to bed even more fun and comfy. My husband and I have dreaded buying a new mattress because the couple purchases we made ended up being horrible and put us out a lot of money. We had a memory foam mattress in hopes of comfort and it was awful. We ended up with an overpriced sleep number bed. I have a history of chronic neck problems and I'm a side sleeper. My husband was having a lot of back pain. We could never (after several years) find comfort in that bed and woke up every morning in terrible pain. We didn't have the money to risk another bad mattress purchase, but we took the plunge for the purple anyways. From night one, no pain! Never a painful night since, it's amazing! The mattress is firm, yet has a softness to it and really does what it says alleviating pressure points. And we realized how unrested we were everyday on our old mattress. Such a difference! Also, the mattress really does flex as they say. I am 135 pounds and my husband is over 250 pounds. We have jersey knit sheets as recommended along with a proper mattress protector and you can really see the difference between how the mattress flexes based on our weights. This is the best purchase and investment in health I have made in a while. As of now, we have had our mattress for about 2 months. Very happy!

I received this mattress as a warranty claim on my original mattress, and am very unhappy with the quality. They say it's the same quality and "upgraded" from the previous original purple mattress, but I assure you it is not. The mattress feels significantly thinner and when sitting on it, my butt is touching the frame underneath. The "edge control" actually made it worse for rolling off the bed. Very unhappy with this.
