It is a good mattress, however it is not as good as I was hoping. My wife has had more bad nights than good nights on it. My sister and Brother-in-law love their mattress so we had high hopes.. Its been about a month so we going to give it more time before we decide if we are going to keep it or not.

Since using the purple bed I have been getting full nights of rest, waking up happier and more awake, and honestly just laying in my bed is more comfortable. My back doesn't hurt anymore either! Definitely worth the money, I suggest this to anyone who has the money to get it.

Was a little skeptical at first but took a leap of faith and brought the purple mattress. SOOOOO glad I did!!! The mattress is beyond comfortable. I wake up well rested every morning with no aches or pains. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family without a doubt. Worth the money and well rest. Now I'm going to invest in their pillows.

Ok guys, me and my husband SUFFER from back pain. Its so terrible that it has altered our life! We bought this bed with really high hopes and we. Were. Not. Disappointed. At all!! Its unlike anything we have ever slept on! Forget Tempurpedic, forget an adjustable bed, forget all in between...This is definitely THE LAST bed you will ever buy. Or atleast that's the case for me and my husband. We have had it for 5 days now and my back feels 100% better. Its made such a difference that I have been going about my work days and haven't even noticed that ive been without pain until just now. Because when you're not in pain, you don't think about it., my husband isn't waking up with headaches or back pain anymore.. I couldn't believe how much your back is effected just by the mattress you choose to sleep on. GET THIS BED. End of story.

I went into this with a grain of salt nearby. I know well done marketing when I see it, and this is definitely a product of fantastic advertising. Thankfully though this mattress is amazing. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for the past 5 years or so with additional tempurpedic toppers (2 of them). It finally started to leak and that's when the back problems ensued. I've had this for about 2 weeks now and I wake up feeling great. I highly recommend trying this mattress out. Even though the shipping time did take 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, it's worth the wait.

So its been months since we first got this Bed and I was impressed at the way the bed felt and most of all the coolness of the bed. I think I made have made a mistake. I purchased a top for the mattress thinking it would make it somehow better but I am missing the coolness of the bed. So if someone buys a Purple bed and then think about getting a top/cover for the mattress thinking it will make it better. Think again. Other than that I am happy with the bed. Not so much the seat cover. Its to tall and when I put it on any chair it adds inches to the height when you are sitting on it. Maybe a Purple RUG. Anyways those are my thoughts so far. Hope this may help someone.

It took longer than stated to get the mattress delivered, so we were out of town when it finally came. We received no communication about a shipping date until after the quoted time when it was supposed to have arrived. We had to have friends come and move it from our porch into our garage. I like the feel of the mattress, but I think the gel layer on the top should be thicker for heavier set people like myself. It feels to me like it does very little in the way of supporting and cushioning pressure points. I did eventually adjust to it. I have this bed as a back-up for me to sleep on when I am on call for work, so I don't wake up my wife in the middle of the night. I greatly prefer to sleep on my Serta iComfort mattress because it supports me better.

We have spent so much money trying to find a mattress that we both could agree on and have a great night sleep, after buying 2 very high end expensive mattresses and ready to just give up, we were told about the purple mattress! Customer service was phenomenal, shipping was fast and this has been the best mattress ever!! Perfect night sleep on the 1st night! Didn't need a week or 2 to get used to it! Highly highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my Purple Mattress for the first few nights but within 2-1/2 weeks the mattress was already sagging on my partners side. I have had neck and shoulder pain since the first couple of weeks. This just wasn't the right product for us. I made contact to start the return/refund process and I was impressed to find out Purple was going to donate my mattress to a local charity of my choice and once I had a receipt then Purple would refund me. I live in a rural area and discovered it difficult to find someone to take it. When I completed the form required for return I then picked to have Purple take care of finding a place to donate. I had not received a response from Purple and sent an email asking for an update and I've still heard nothing back. I'm bummed this mattress didn't work out for us and am very disappointed in this return/refund process.

My husband did extensive research when we decided to get a new mattress, and after hours of reading and watching YouTube videos, we settled on Purple. The ordering and shipping process was incredibly easy. I loved the mattress right away. It took him a little longer to get used to it because our old mattress was a little more firm, but he's very happy now. I would recommend a Purple to anyone. My only complaint is actually about the sheets however. We received a set as a Christmas gift (we actually just got them last week because they were on back order, which was fine) and the white sheets have a very obvious pink hue to them. The look white in the box but as soon as I put them on the bed, especially next to our ivory-ish duvet, they are very obviously tinted pink. I don't know if we got a bad set or if this was intentional.
