This purchase has been a long time coming, I've been waiting and researching for 2 years and I'm glad I finally got one! I've had insomnia and spent hours in bed waiting to fall asleep. With this mattress I am not having that problem! I'm not waking up sore because I don't have the proper support and comfort anymore. I will be buying another for my kiddo too, she has moved in with me because my mattress is more comfortable.

1st mattress arrived with a couple dinner plate size divots in the top foot side. Mattress seemed completely fine otherwise. Slept ok but feet kept going into the divots. Purple customer service was more than apologetic and sent info on providing pics to show the divots and quickly sent a replacement. Replacement has been awesome and experience with customer service was uncharacteristically prompt and pleasant. Mattress sleeps cool, is the perfect amount of softness and support. I travel a lot for work and look forward to a better nights sleep whenever I get home. Highly recommend! I would rate 5 stars but the first one had defects...

My wife and I wanted to love the Purple mattress, but it was too firm for our sleeping tastes. It did sleep very cool compared to our prior bed, so that's a plus. I am giving a good rating due to the ease the company made in returning the mattress and refunding my purchase price. The mattress gives plenty of support, but we like a bit softer one. I see now they offer 3 versions, one of which may have worked for us, but we got the "old" style and have since moved on to another bed.

I went from a very soft pillow top to the purple mattress. It was a huge change and at first I didn't sleep well. I back stopped hurting, but it look a month or so until I could fall into a deep sleep again. Also, this mattress is very hard to move. This mattress so far is better than the Tempur-pedic mattress I had. No matter how I sleep, on my back, side or stomach, the purple mattress is comfortable. I'm not sore from sleeping. Being a chronic insomniac, I actually had an almost fear 9f going to sleep, as it usually never happened and certainly not for an entire night.
