Mattress got here, no sheets, though. Bummed, because I'd really like to try this thing (it's still rolled up in the corner), but I find myself debating whether I should give my money to a company that bait and switches. I know sheets are a small thing, but, small thing or no, it sucks when they lie to get sales. If they'd just responded to my inquiry regarding the missing sheets all would have been forgiven, but they must not care because it's been four days, and I've checked back twice, with zero response other than the auto-generated response when I contact them. Boo. Guess I'll go research a Casper.

Got the original purple in a queen size. I am a sode sleeper, 200 lbs, broad shoulders. My partner is a back, side, stomach sleeper, 130lbs, wider at the hips. The shipping was easy and fast. Set up wasn't too difficult, but these are heavy mattresses and a bit unwieldy to move around once out of the package. The issues I had with the mattress were some of the same documented in various reviews. 1) as a side sleeper the mattress caused my arms to fall asleep. 2) my partner as a side, back, stomach sleeper it wasn't firm enough and says her lower back was a sore after sleeping longer periods. I think the purple hybrid would likely solve these two issues for us, however the cost is a bit prohibitive. I do qualify for financing a 2nd mattress, and if I get a hybrid will review my contract with the original purple. After the trial I gifted the mattress to my brother in law. He and his partner had the same issues, but we both liked the cooling factor of the purple, especially during the summer months.

Coming from a Tempur Pedic, this mattress is so much more comfortable and supportive in the right places. As a stomach sleeper, I woke up with hip and lower back pain on the Tempur Pedic. First night with the purple there was a major positive difference. We've had it for a month, and I actually wake up pain free. The support system really works, in my opinion.

I feel compelled to write a review, even as there are thousands out there already. I'm a side sleeper with very broad shoulders, and a touch of scoliosis. I've had trouble getting comfortable for as long as I can remember, waking up with back and shoulder pain. While I can't say that this mattress has magically solved all my problems, it is by far the most comfortable and supportive mattress I've ever slept on. When I lie down at night, I get the sense that I'm lying on some futuristic spaceship mattress. The grid design is mushy and supportive at the same time. I also purchased the king size purple pillow, which is the first time I've ever felt comfortable sleeping on a single pillow.. usually a king size large pillow is too big and jacks up my neck, or I wind up using a 2-3 smaller pillows to try and build a bridge for my bottom arm to go through. I did my research for both pillows and mattress, read reviews, did price comparisons.. I almost went with a tempurpedic for twice the price, I'm very glad I didn't.. This design, for me.. is absolutely superior to memory foam. I'm very stoked on this mattress and would highly recommend it. Delivery was fine, took about a week (or two?)... I got the included sheets which are good, as the bottom fitted sheet fits snugly. I would have been really impressed if Purple included a king pillow case, to match my pillow.. but that's fine. So far, I'm very pleased and satisfied with this mattress and the service I've received from Purple.

What back pain???? I had my previous mattress for 7 years , it was suppose to be good till 10 but it was done. I woke up cranky and felt sleeep deprived. My fiancé and I were on the looking for months online on what to get to replace this pain cushion. We looked at all the mattresses in a box and I did not want you typical memory foam . Then I came across PURPLE. I loved the time they took to make it different from the rest and the cushion part that looks like honey combs ugghhhh those things are clouds. We bought it the next day , 2 days on laying on it and we were like we are not returning this it mine!!! I woke up with not back pain at all . I sleep through the entire night and didn't want to leave the bed. I highly recommend this for sure 100 nights free is amazing but believe me you will make your decision to keep this amazing mattress very shortly

I've had my Purple mattress for about a month now - I haven't slept so comfortably in years!! I was waking up with back and hip pain every morning with my last mattress, the inner spring type. I haven't had hip pain since the very first night with this new mattress, and my back pain disappeared after about a week. I was also worried about sleeping hot with this mattress, and it's actually the opposite - I have an extra blanket because it's so much cooler than I'm used to!! I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

My wife and I had gone through 2 different mattresses ranging in the $2000-$2800 range in just 8 years. We decided we needed to drop big money for a super duper remote controlled bed. However, just then we saw a Purple commercial! To be honest the cute commercial drew us in. After some research we figured we had nothing to lose so we purchased Purple. It was so easy to set up and surprisingly didn't have any funky smell to it. It was quite a bit thinner than our other mattresses, but what it lacked in height it made up for in comfort! I'm a train wreck of old injuries incurred during sports and the Marine Corp. making comfortable sleep difficult. However, after the 3rd or 4th night my neck tension and pain was gone. Furthermore, my shoulder and lower back pain has greatly diminished. To say the least less is more in this case. We are very satisfied with our Purple mattress... and LOVE doing business with folks who have a great sense of humor!! Oh and lastly, our seat cushions are awesome, thank you! I found out about the purple mattress from my son who purchased one over a year ago I was trying to find something that will keep me cool but also firm and the purple mattress is both. After several days it will even start conforming to your body but not wear soft but comfortable. As for the stretchable sheets I have totally falling in love with them I know they're very expensive but they are so worth it on your skin how thin they are and they just feel great against your body. I've actually talked about the sheets so much and the mattress that my girlfriend went out and purchased her the mattress and two sets of the sheets. I love your products

Bought the Purple Classic in Twin XL so my wife and I can decide independently if we like it or not. So, for me, I ended up with backaches every day with this bed and gave it over 6 weeks to see if things work out. Unfortunately, it did not but I do like this bed for its feel and its coolness to sleep on. It definitely is very soothing overall and I noticed that I would fall asleep in it and stay asleep. If not for the backaches, would definitely keep it. My wife has no such complaint. Talked to customer service about this couple weeks ago and they suggested a couple ideas and if does not work, then return it as per the policy. So, they do stand behind their trial period policy, which is good too.

Had this pillow for a year or so now and it's the worst pillow ever doesn't keep you cool is not comfortable big waste of money I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on this company or their products had to rate before I submitted it I would do zero but it won't let me
