This is an amazing mattress. My first thought was "It feels like I'm laying on jello!" It is just soft enough and just firm enough at the same time. It fits the needs of both my husband and I at the same time! You just have to try it, it's like none other!

My boyfriend and I had been sleeping on a ten year old mattress for the last year or so and after waking up with a crick in both our necks three nights running, we decided a change was needed. In swept the Purple! It was easy to set up and fit nicely on the frame we had. I didn't notice any weird chemical smells or anything that I've heard horror stories about with these rolled up, by-mail mattresses. The first week was rough as my low back got used to the new support, but now that I've grown accustomed to it, I wake up less often, rarely toss and turn, and start my day without unyielding neck pain. If you have back pain, lower back pain, do not get medium or soft ones. I noticed this issue more and more actually after the 100 days, I have the 3" one, it's comfortable when you lay on it, but when I wake up next morning, my lower back hurts. I wish I could try the 2" one, maybe it will help, but since it's already after 100 days, they can't make it happen.

I loved how purple backs up its claims with science and demonstrations and on top of it all, you get 100-night trial. With all this confidence I knew I had to try it. And once I did both my wife and I were amazed. We loved it so much we've been telling just about anyone that would listen to us about purple. We even bought a second one and will slowly replace all the mattresses in our house to purple mattresses. I also love the sheets that we got. Softest most comfortable sheets ever. I've never had a bad nights sleep even when my 1 years old wakes us up in the middle of the night haha. Eventually, I want to try their pillows and test that out.

My husband and I have been using the purple mattress for 3 weeks now! We absolutely love it! It is so soft yet still firm. We love how our body is comforted, it's seriosuly like a cloud. He used to get back pain from our old mattress and now he no longer has it! We have the platform frame too and it was so easy to set up and I love the height of it. We seriously can not wait to go to bed every single night!!!!!!

The fact that the mattress is shipped to you and literally takes three minutes to set-up is incredible. Honestly it's just not working out for me though, it's been over a month and every morning my lower back hurts so bad it is hard to even move to get out of bed. I'd return it but I've read it's a huge hassle if you didn't get the mattress cover, we'll see. The sheets are the best thing ever, just get the sheets.

We have had this mattress for almost a year. We tried to return it within the 100 days, but they didn't have a way to pick it up so it was up to us to donate it to get the refund. We couldn't find anyone anywhere that would take it, so the 100 days came and went and now we are stuck with it. I had never experienced back pain from a mattress until I slept on this one. It makes my lower back and ribs hurt so bad that it wakes me every single night even after months of use. When I get out of this bed my feet are tingly and it doesn't seem to matter what position I lay in, so I can only imagine the damage this mattress is doing to my spine.

I'm in my late 60's with many medical problems. I've had major back surgery my shoulders are arthritic. I have been in pain a long time and have not been able to sleep for quite some time. I stumbled across the purple mattress by chance after reviewing the advertisements I decided to order a mattress. I'm currently 2 weeks into sleeping on the purple mattress and the difference is outstanding I'm sleeping much better with less turning and tossing. More rested. And less shoulder pain, back pain and pain in general. Would I return the mattress? Not without one hell-uv-a fight.
