I bought this mattress about about 8 months ago along with a sheet set that I paid for mind you. I contacted purple because i recieved a email stating the label was made with a tracking number from the shipping company. I contacted purple many more times was even told i was getting a free purple pillow with shipment but no its still in a puple haze of denial and lies . I look at my mattress before bed each night and feel betrayed a comfortable betrayal.

I purchased a new standard queen Purple Mattress to replace a box spring type mattress.I think the Purple mattress is more comfortable.I am a side sleeper and I am noticing less shoulder pain now that I am sleeping on a Purple.The delivery went fine.I was able to set up the mattress by myself although it was heavy.The only thing that concerns me is that a Purple mattress is not as thick as a box spring.I hope the Purple mattress holds up well over the years.

After cracking a vertebrae and rupturing a disc back in '98 while in the Marine Corps, I found that it was impossible for me to sleep on my back without a pillow under my knees. I spent years struggling to sleep without pain, and after countless different mattresses I tried Purple. When I first got it I expected it to be no different than any of the others... needless to say I was completely blown away the first time I slept on it. For the first time in nearly 20 years I would stretch out entirely on my back with no pillow under my knees and no pain. In fact I fell asleep almost instantly and slept through the entire night, and every night following... something that rarely happened in the past. For anyone with back pain or injuries, I definitely suggest Purple for both its support and comfort.

We have the .3 hybrid. After spending 2500 on a mattress, I don't think I should be sleeping on my bob-o-pedic in the guest room. The smell is horrible. It is still airing out after 3 full days with the windows open...ridiculous. Can't tell you if it is comfortable or not because I wouldn't know! How is it possible that it is non toxic yet has this foul smell? I am very close to asking for a refund. Reading reviews that said their mattresses smelled too and they got a replacement and now the airing out game begins again. Not sure I want to deal with that. Also, had the "powder" that everyone was talking about. Don't believe the reviews of YouTube saying it's a myth. Trust me, there is powder.

This mattress is definitely not for someone who has lumbar spinal issues. I wanted to like this mattress, however, i woke up with more back pain. I'm 119lbs side sleeper and back sleeper. This mattress offered no support and it was if I could feel the gridding that is within the mattress. I returned today and spent the extra 1k to go with a tempurpedic as it is hands down worth the money.

Buying a purple matttess has been a fascinating experience. Everyone I dealt with was positive and it's just a fun company to buy from! My mattress is wonderful. I was even so impressed with the follow up when I had a concern about an issue with the bed. They made sure I was 100% satisfied in handling the issue. That kind of service is almost unheard of anymore. The purple company is most definetely one of a kind. I'm a purple customer for life!

This was my first time buying a purple mattress and I have to say I was not disappointed, I instantly Felt the difference from my old mattress after the first couple of nights . Not sure what I was Sleeping on before(lol) but I am Completely in love with my new mattress.

I absolutely love this mattress. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I can now look forward to going to bed at night and not have to worry about waking up sore the morning after. Thank you Purple. Definitely recommend this mattress for average size individuals or couples.

Used to have a pillow top that cost about 3-4 times the Purple. After only 4 years I was consistently waking up with a very sore back. I have slept like a baby in this mattress. My wife and I are very pleased. They sheets are wonderful too. So soft!! Would buy again.

No more tossing and turning - no more shoulder pain - no more hip or knee pain. I had bought the Purple pillow a while ago but didn't enjoy it that much - because my mattress was garbage. I finally bought the Purple King sized mattress with the Purple sheets and Purple mattress protector (which doesn't ship to Quebec, but I got tired of waiting and arranged for it to be delivered to a friend in Ottawa). I drove 2 hours to pick it up and 2 hours back - it's pretty heavy when it's packed. We unrolled it as per the instructions and slept on it that night... the first two nights were... weird. We didn't sleep well the first 2 nights, but they do say in the pamphlet to give yourself time to adjust. Then it was night 3 - morning of day 4. I didn't move or twitch the whole night and woke up feeling awesome. It took an extra day for my husband to get used to it - he sat up in bed that morning and said - "Wow! All those little cricks and creeks - they're gone". We both would spend the night tossing and turning on a mattress set that cost over $3000. My husband would wake up frequently and have to read to fall asleep - he will still wake up once or twice, but he can just fall back asleep without having to pull out the e-reader. This mattress has changed our lives. Thank you Purple! Now please start shipping to Quebec - if you need help with the documentation translations, let me know, because I have been raving about this bed so much I know of at least 3 other people who want this bed NOW!
