My husband and I was super excited to get on your purple mattres, when it arrived we noticed a stain on it and contacted purple and they send us a new cover which was pretty good, but after one month sleep on it even using the purple sheets, we were waking up with a sore body. Purple came out way too firm to us. I'm 120lbs and have back pain my husband it's 180lbs and his back is good but sleep on purple gave him some pain as well. We finally decided to return it and everything was smoothly until it was time to refund. They simply gave me a time frame of 5-10 business days that is over and not money is back to my account. I tried to reach the person I was deal with but I have not answer still, so I chatted with another person that told me he would be doing my refund and I should wait 5-10 business days again. The problem it's we're sleeping in an air mattress now just waiting on purple so we can go and buy a mattress that will be better to us. So I'm very upset with this company and I do not recommend.

I've had the Original purple mattress for about four months by now and I have to say that it indeed prevents eggs from breaking when you sit on them. This mattress is very different from every mattress I have used before. My purpose of getting the original purple mattress what to get away from the spring mattresses that so commonly collapse, or puncture the top covering after a while. The Original Purple mattress is perfect for this. On the other hand, the original purple mattress seems to be soft when it's warm or when there is relatively low humidity, and as hard as a rock if it's cold or rainy. This is just based on my observations and waking up with shoulder pain on rainy and cold days. Even when I lay down I can tell that its more firm when cold and rainy. This mattress gets it just right when conditions are perfect; and trust me, it is the best mattress I've ever slept on when it is.

It started 10 years ago. Every time I would visit a relative's home, hotel, or friend's house, I would always get Mattress Envy. The mattresses I would sleep on always seemed more comfortable and supportive, and slept cooler than any of my off-brand memory foam mattresses at home. Coming back home was always a drag and my body yearned for something more comfortable. Finally, I took a leap of faith and purchased the New 3" Purple Mattress. I've been sleeping in it since August 2019 and haven't looked back (I haven't felt my back while sleeping either). The mattress sleeps cool while still being supportive whether I'm sleeping on my back or side. It contours to my body immediately rather than having to take 15 to 30mins to warm up in order to soften up. In other words, I no longer have Mattress Envy. I'm always looking forward to the night I get to come home and return to my Purple Mattress. I recommend it to everyone!

We love our Purple mattress & our purple pillows. We sleep through the night, very comfy, no back or neck pain in the morning anymore. Just needed to have a California King mattress instead of just a King, doesn't fit our bed frame. Check measurement when ordering.

I'm a side sleeper and the mattress didn't work well for that, but when I made myself sleep on my back it worked great for a few months, but then kept going downhill. A huge bowl developed in my husband's side. Purple sent us a replacement mattress, but that will probably last 6 months before needing to be replaced.

I have never been a huge fan of memory foam, so I decided to go with the Purple Mattress. It is simply the most comfortable surface I have ever sat or laid on. It has a little bounce and is very supportive for my back and nerve pain in my arms and legs. I also don't ever feel my partner on her side of the bed.

We've been sleeping on our mattress for about 3 weeks so far. Waking up without pain! The opening process was a tiny bit tricky because nothing was said about the inner plastic and how that needed to be cut open, but we googled some videos and cut it open. I highly recommend you bring the mattress into your house to acclimate to the temperature rather than leave it in the garage (like we did) so you aren't freezing cold the entire first night.

Switched from a hot, worn-out memory foam mattress and very happy with the Purple. My only complaint is the odor when you first open it. I had it sitting out for two days with the fan on and windows open and it still smelled for at least a week later (the pillow still has an odor to it three weeks later).

Love the mattress - we have bought four and our friends and family are buying them too - however, the pillow is epic design fail - My husband and I have gone through numerous blow up pillow replacements because they are cheap and keep popping. Never spent so much on something that sits in the closet because I can't stand it breaking anymore - so mattress great - pillow sucks

Sustaining many injuries and having shoulder surgery years of discomfort. This mattress and purple pillow the latest model first time in a very long time I have whole nights of solid sleep. I'd recommend to anyone who is serious about there comfort and sleep quality.
