My wife and I have had the bed for about two weeks so far and I have to admit it's not what we expected. Maybe we need to give it a little more time to get use to it but we weren't amazed by it. If we're not satisfied about it in another two weeks we'll probably end up returning it.

I am writing this review because I would like everyone to know that sometimes you will not get what you pay for. I am a veteran with multiple injuries and was excited to have a bed that promised the most restful night sleep and a relatively painless wake up. Instead I have received a huge headache. It took a week to receive mine and my fiancée bed and we had ordered a queen size mattress. They gave us a full size after a week spent on an air matress. They also decided to ship everything " mattress, frame and sheets" seperate. So now for at least the next 2 days we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The icing on the cake is that this company has decided to ignore all of my emails. If you are hoping for a stressful headache filled night of sleeping on the floor purple will help. Between the constant changing of delivery dates and complete disregard of you being a valued customer they will gladly take your money and not give you the courtesy of a phone call.

We had ordered another brand of bed in a box mattress and it was way too firm for my husband and me. We ordered the purple and as soon as we laid on it we were in love! It is perfect for us (not too soft and not too firm) I am 145 lbs and my husband is 185. I have had really bad back/hip pain for about a year now and got a chiropractic membership. I was so pain free for the first month of using the purple that I totally forgot to use up my visits and go to the chiropractor!

Ordering was easy, receiving the mattress went fine, and the return process went great...but the mattress itself was a bit too soft for my wife and I...I wasn't sure if it was because I am a bigger guy, weighing 315lbs..but my wife is small and she didn't like it either...wishing I didn't have to return it..oh well, glad we tried Sincerely, Raymond Horchuck

My first experience with a Purple product was a seat pad for my truck, I was an open road trucker. Before the pad I was in agony after I could easily drive 700 miles. I decided to try the mattress at home because I had changed jobs and needed a new mattress. I am still in the trial period but I fall asleep immediately and don't wake up with a sore back. The mattress doesn't feel super luxurious but the support is perfect all night long.

After doing much research on finding a new mattress, I stumbled on a commercial for Purple. I watched. I was doubtful on how great the product claimed to be. I had slept on a memory foam bed before only to be woken up many time through out the night trying to roll over and finding myself fighting to get out of my body impression left in the mattress. Again, waking up sore, stiff an miserable. My search continued, but I kept finding myself watching the commercials for Purple. I have read ALL the reviews. Finally after a month of wasted research I purchased Purple. The first night I slept like a baby. I still woke up slightly sore. I think due to my old mattress' effects. However, each morning I would wake up I found myself less and less sore and more and more rested. I can't imagine not having this bed. I am so thankful I stumbled across this commercial. I just wish I had placed the order sooner! If your having doubts about this mattress like I did.....do yourself a favor and just try it out. They give you 100 days to make up your mind. It only took 5 days for me to decide to keep Purple. On another note: Shipping was quicker than expected!! Thank you.

We've had our Purple for 2 weeks now and we are sleeping better than ever and waking with no soreness at all. You can tell by the condition of our covers in the morning that we are not tossing and turning like before either - this is by far the best bed we've ever had - thank you!

Some reviews said that the mattress would take a little getting used to... Night #1 I was sold. I woke up with zero back or neck pain, I'm a massage therapist and I get my own sessions once a week, I'm able to book further out for myself because it has made such a huge difference in my sleep and my body. I HIGHLY recommend this mattress! I hated Serta, Bob's, Temperpedic, and Mattress Firm. Say what you will about buying a cheaper mattress, because I've been there multiple times and would choose this mattress over food any day. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE BEST LIFE CHANGER IN MY LIFE!!!

I have issues with my spine. I'm a stomach and side sleeper. Anytime I would sleep on my stomach my lower back would kill me on other mattresses. And if I slept on my side, I would wake up aching and popping. Ever since I've had this mattress I wake up with so much less pain then when I went to sleep. No more headaches and stiff necks (I have the purple pillow as well). The first night on this baby i woke up drooling lol. I would definitely recommend this mattress. Only problem is I haven't found sheets that fit it perfectly, so I guess that's why they sell sheets... also probably why they are so expensive.

This bed is different than any other I have ever slept on before! Your body really does sink in where it needs to and is supported where it needs to to keep your back aligned. My husband and I are both very happy with this bed. I will add that I was concerned that it would end up feeling like a memory foam mattress that sinks in and has no bounce, and I was very pleased to find out that this mattress has a nice amount of bounce to it!
