Let me preface my review with this: my husband and I have lived near the Equator for a long time before settling in the Upper Midwest. And our bodies adjusted to a "cold" night being around 74F inside the house. So while the makers of the bed claim it is "neutral" in regards to heat, and others indicate it is pleasantly cool, we have found it to be COLD, even after 3 weeks.I will explain how we cope with that factor later on. But we LOVE how it feels and how we sleep because: 1. I have had major chronic pain in back, hip, neck and shoulders off and on since about 1999. I finally found some diet and structural correction that was working, but the practitioner told me he couldn't fight 8 hours a night on a bad bed (my old mattress). Within a couple days, my structural correction held and has held for the last three weeks. The guy told me to only come back if I hurt. I HAVEN'T GONE BACK. 2. We travel for work a great deal, and of the many types of beds in different parts of the world and in different hotels and homes, this is by far the most soothing for our aching tired bodies and most restful. 3. Omg! I suffer from back pain, knee pain and Trigeminal Neuralgia just to name a few, which get worse at night. And my husband suffers from back pain as well. Well who knew it was mostly our bed!? We switched to the purple mattress and what a difference it has made. While first it took adjustment time to get used to, and a chiropractic visit, the pain has lessened so much. On top of that I sink into beds hard, as I'm no small girl, but with the purple mattress I feel like I'm floating on air. My old mattress has now been banished to the spare room to torture my poor guests and is exhibit A in convincing them they need a purple mattress like mine! Yes I let the spend some quality time on Exhibit Beach aka The Purple.

My husband and I have been purple owners for about 3 months now. Initially, I wasn't so sure I had made the right choice. For weeks I was still waking up achy and stiff. I was waiting (dreading) to hear the "I told you so" from my husband. He was very skeptical of the advertising I shared with him, but left the decision up to me. You see he is pretty much happy on any type of mattress, but I have degenerative spinal issues that make it very hard for me to get comfortable. I've tried pillow top, sleep number, memory foam, all with no relief. I was desparate to get out of our last mattress and stumbled upon purple. I took it as a sign that it was the ONE for me because PURPLE is my favorite color!! Happy to say that every day I feel like my body is adapting more to the mattress. Although I'm still struggling with my pillow/neck comfort. My hip and low back pain is definitely not keeping me awake at night anymore. I absolutely LOVE the bamboo Purple sheets I ordered! so soft - and cool to the skin. I get in my bed now when I want to relax:) Time will tell if the mattress is the "perfect" one for me. Have noticed that there may be a small "dip" started where I am laying. If I'm not imagining it

This is simple... I would wake up with back pain and wake up every few hours. Unable to sleep all night. I got this mattres after lots of research. I am happy to report that I am able to sleep all night, I wake up refreshed and look forward to my bed every night since I know I can now sleep

I can't say enough of how much my husband and I love this mattress. My husband has had 3 back surgeries and he's sleeping well now. It took us 2-3 nights to get used to the mattress but as each night went by, the comfort level became better. We absolutely love it!!

I think it is too hard for my liking. I've had it for several weeks. I usually wake up a few times during the night which I didn't use to do that. I wake up in the morning with a sore back and hip. I will probably put a memory foam pad on top of this mattress to see if that helps. This mattress is very comfortable laying on while I'm watching TV. Maybe if I was a back sleeper it would be better.

Most of the mattresses available in the market have the same exact materials or layers with different thickness or different arrangement, Purple is the only innovative brand that is actually different and working perfectly, I bought 2 one for me and one for my parents couple months later.

After almost 40 years of constant back pain and two back surgeries and changing up several mattresses I found one that that works for me. After several weeks of research on the many mattresses out there, I decided to give purple a try. I visited their manufacturing plant where they have a show room in Alpine Utah. I was unsure at first when I pushed down on the mattress because it felt to soft. However, the showroom representative said just lay down on it and see how it feels. I was surprised of how well it formed to my body and gave great support. After a few more days thinking about it I decided to give them the 100 day free trail a try. Like the old fisherman adage. This is a keeper.

We decided to give the purple mattress a try because my husband is having hip issues. So far his him has improved a ton after just sleeping a few nights on the mattress. Customer service was very helpful in placing the order and help us take advantage of the promo that gave us free sheets and 2 free pillows. We love the quality of all of it!! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend the products and the company.

5 stars for customer service 5 stars for really fun material 5 stars for my kids love to jump and play on it 3 stars because I have to use an extra blanket or I freeze at night. LOL! I never knew my memory foam style bed was keeping me warm. For some people this is a major plus. 4 stars because I may sleep a little better but it wasn't the miracle I hoped for in helping my back. 5 stars because Purple is the best color ever!
